Did the work quickly with no mess or hassle. The toilets work well now and I will be calling for estimates for future work.

Larry F. & Dylan were amazing..... Showed up on time in clean uniforms,,, Not only efficient in removing large tree roots (NOT an easy task) from our tub drain but VERY clean,,, left bathroom clean,,, explained everything to me in detail. Changed in to clean shirts after job made him dirty.

Quick and clean, the owner came to check in the beginning to give general instructions and in the end to see if all was done well and they had cleaned after. We like him a lot, very honest and hard worker. [redacted] is always prompt to help, answers the calls - (emergency in this case as it was leaking badly inside and I have two little boys); and he is always present to check what was done - quality service from his team and from him a great responsiveness and commitment, he truly cares about his service and us, his customers and above all he KNOWS what he is doing. We recommended him to a bunch of other people that liked him too. Can't say enough.

Anderson Plumbing, Heating and & Air replied miraculously quickly to m online request for service. It was service the same day as the initial request. The service technician, James B was professional, knowledgeable and did efficient effective service.. This has been a wonderfully refreshing service experience. I did a DIY toilet replacement and all went well except the valve was leaking a tich. So I called Anderson and from the moment the call began to the fixing of the issue this was an excellent experience. Professional and polite, and personable as well.
[redacted] came to the house earlier than scheduled, which was great! And they checked first to make sure it was okay, which was awesome. Upon his arrival, [redacted] was sure to check my work and fixed the problem. When I asked him a question about my other toilet, we found an issue and that was fixed as well. I was grateful we checked that. Upon finding that second issue, [redacted] double checked to make sure my pressure and water heater were in good shape. Although it was a few seconds to check these items, it was reassuring that Anderson is a quality service and definately customer friendly. Workmanship was excellent. Another HAPPY customer...

They explained what they were doing; what problems they found; and what my options were- in detail - as they inspected my water heater, showers, tub & toilets. They had all parts & materials needed for the job - with them (on their truck). They completed the work in a timely manner and even cleaned up after themselves in the areas of my home where they worked - bathrooms, kitchen & garage. I am pleased with their service and pleased with the quality of their work.
Contacted the company for a maintenance checkup on my heating unit, which was at least15 years old. The tech, named [redacted] arrived and promptly went to work to give me a thorough review with suggestions that could help me make a service choice. When I inquired about the cost of a new heating system, [redacted] arrived and he answered my questions completely and gave me the necessary information I needed to make a good, sound financial decision. I went with a new unit. On the day of installation, "[redacted]" and [redacted]., arrived and immediately went to work on the installation. I needed to leave my home for about an hour and felt confident the security of my home was in good hands. The installation was completed in good time but there was a problem with the new thermostat. Since a replacement unit was not available at the time, the company called me the next day and within a matter of hours, the technician came out and installed a new thermostat.
This company made the purchasing and installation of the new heating and air conditioning unit a "dream," no pressure, information given when asked and prompt service. Thank you.

The technician who helped me, Larry Fawcett, (total coincidence on the last name for a plumber) was the epitome of professionalism! He was respectful, nice, and took care of my plumping issue promptly. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
We had a sudden loss of water pressure. I called Anderson Plumbing and made an appointment. They knew exactly what to do, and fixed it expeditiously and considerately.
Most courteous, informed and knowable tech regarding all our heating and air issues. Took time to ensure we knew how the system worked and never seemed to rush us through. Made sure both the Nest and Filteration systems were operating correctly, and fixed some issues he found.
The job was full replacement of the roof of a large, 1918 house. We appreciated the business owner's personal attention to the job. This included the thoroughness of inspection and photography of pre-existing conditions, including junctures of the roof with gutters, downspouts, copings, etc. Also his promptness in responding to customer questions, and his supportive management and attention to a large and capable crew, resulting in efficient and lasting work.
Salgau roofing recently replaced the roof on my back sun room. They were extremely professional, got the job done quickly,made sure to clean up and debris and if they had to move anything they put it back where they found it. I am highly satisfied with the work from this company and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.
The plumber was courteous and on time for the service. The plumber explained what was going to be done thoroughly along with taking care not to dirty work area.
