Very pleased with the new roof, job was done in the time promised (1 day) that included a tear off of the old roof. The crew was proffessional and cleaned up everything. The price was much lower than previous quotes.

They explained what they were doing; what problems they found; and what my options were- in detail - as they inspected my water heater, showers, tub & toilets. They had all parts & materials needed for the job - with them (on their truck). They completed the work in a timely manner and even cleaned up after themselves in the areas of my home where they worked - bathrooms, kitchen & garage. I am pleased with their service and pleased with the quality of their work.

I did a DIY toilet replacement and all went well except the valve was leaking a tich. So I called Anderson and from the moment the call began to the fixing of the issue this was an excellent experience. Professional and polite, and personable as well.

Upon his arrival, [redacted] was sure to check my work and fixed the problem. When I asked him a question about my other toilet, we found an issue and that was fixed as well. Contacted the company for a maintenance checkup on my heating unit, which was at least15 years old. The tech, named [redacted] arrived and promptly went to work to give me a thorough review with suggestions that could help me make a service choice. When I inquired about the cost of a new heating system, [redacted] arrived and he answered my questions completely and gave me the necessary information I needed to make a good, sound financial decision. I went with a new unit. On the day of installation, "[redacted]" and [redacted]., arrived and immediately went to work on the installation. I needed to leave my home for about an hour and felt confident the security of my home was in good hands. The installation was completed in good time but there was a problem with the new thermostat. Since a replacement unit was not available at the time, the company called me the next day and within a matter of hours, the technician came out and installed a new thermostat.
This company made the purchasing and installation of the new heating and air conditioning unit a "dream," no pressure, information given when asked and prompt service. Thank you.

We had a sudden loss of water pressure. I called Anderson Plumbing and made an appointment. They knew exactly what to do, and fixed it expeditiously and considerately.
[redacted] was an excellent technician and solved a very difficult problem. He had to locate several gas leaks in a very old house where many of the pipes were located under a large house in a very shallow crawl space. He did not give up until he had located the leaks that were in widely spaced three different locations. He thoroughly communicated what he was doing at every interval during a very long day. He returned promptly the next day to insure there was no residual leakage. He remained friendly and comforting throughout a very stressful procedure.
The plumber was courteous and on time for the service. The plumber explained what was going to be done thoroughly along with taking care not to dirty work area.
We just signed up a few months ago for VIP package and so far Anderson does not disappoint. We have had a service tech for AC a few months back that was GREAT and now for plumbing we had Justin M. and he was OUTSTANDING! Justin came for our standard inspection and pointed some very important facts about our plumbing. We needed some work ASAP and Justin was able to get all the parts and come back the following morning to take care of it all. Justin answered every single question we had, even if we asked it more than once, he was patient enough to explain it again. He was very neat and even put on those booties before entering our home. I would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing and especially Justin M! Thanks for a great job Justin!
