We have had a service tech for AC a few months back that was GREAT and now for plumbing we had Justin M. and he was OUTSTANDING! Justin came for our standard inspection and pointed some very important facts about our plumbing. We needed some work ASAP and Justin was able to get all the parts and come back the following morning to take care of it all. Justin answered every single question we had, even if we asked it more than once, he was patient enough to explain it again. He was very neat and even put on those booties before entering our home. [redacted] was an excellent technician and solved a very difficult problem. He had to locate several gas leaks in a very old house where many of the pipes were located under a large house in a very shallow crawl space. He did not give up until he had located the leaks that were in widely spaced three different locations. He thoroughly communicated what he was doing at every interval during a very long day. He returned promptly the next day to insure there was no residual leakage. He remained friendly and comforting throughout a very stressful procedure.
I was able to get a same-day appointment with [redacted] from Anderson Plumbing and Heating. He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the repair in just over 90 minutes. I will call Anderson the next time I need plumbing services.
The service from Reggie at Anderson was very good. The only concern I have was the price for the work which I felt was too expensive. Unfortunately, I was caught in a tough spot as the job was urgent and I did not have the opportunity to search for another contractor. I have a disabled person in the house and the water heater had to be replaced immediately. I doubt if I would recommend this contractor due to the price of the product and service.
Michael P. Arrived on time and went right to work on my air conditioning. He diagnosed the problem and explained my options. He was courtesous and answered all my questions. He estimated the time for the repairs and went to work. From start to finish, he hit the estimated time on the button. Way to go.

He discussed the maintenance agreement options with me and was very pleasant when I declined. He went over the inspections that he performed. I would consider him a valued employee
Plumbers were knowleagable and efficient. Took time to teach me how to relight water heater pilot light. Cleaned bathroom floor when finished with toilet install and sink repair.
We called Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air to come an look at a slow moving drain. [redacted] came out right on time and had the drain moving in no time at all. Great Job! We've used Anderson's on many occasions and they have always given us friendly and professional service.
I woke up to a clogged disposal and sink. Coffee in hand I called Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. It was 7am Saturday morning. "Can you help me,PLEASE?" "Of course!" And they did, again. I have relied on Anderson's to replace toilets, install a water heater, fix a clogged shower drain, and change a water bib for my washer. They are ALWAYS prompt, professional technicians. This time Larry Fawcett,who was on-call, arrived the SAME DAY within hours of my call. He was very professional, explained the problem and reviewed his procedures, fixed the drain, protected my home AND the neighbor's below, cleaned up after completing the work. The price was just as we had agreed upon. I would definitely recommend his work and Anderson's Plumbing.
Of course of all days for the kitchen sink drain to stop up was Monday Dec 26,2016. A holiday. I tried several plumbers but all were closed. I called Anderson plumbing. Salgau Roofing, Inc. has been doing the clay tile roofing and brick repairs on my home for several years. The repairs to my 1926 English Tudor home have always been completed well and on time.
[redacted] and his crew from Anderson Plumbing and Heating out performed all expectations I had. They did a complete demo of my heating and a/c ductwork and installed a new furnace and a/c in 2 days as promised.
[redacted] and his team work very hard both days and the system worked as promised at the end of the 2nd day.
