I love Mary Jean's company and her employees!! In December 2015, we had Anderson "tune-up" our heater and found out we needed new duct work because ours was split and leaking hot air into the attic. [redacted] and [redacted]. arrived promptly and did fantastic work. They were very thorough with the installation, they balanced the ducts and brought our system up to code. Our condo is now heated evenly. They protected the carpet during the work and even vacuumed up when they left. I am so happy with all the wonderful service we have received from Anderson. We had them install our new A/C seven years ago and they perform periodic "tune-ups" on that as well. All the employees we've dealt with are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely continue to use Anderson in the future.
This company cares about it's customers! We had problems installing a tankless water heater and called Anderson to come out and trouble shoot it. The tech was unable to do so, and told us to call the gas company. It was already installed and that plumber had done as much as he could, including checking the gas, which was fine.
We paid $99 for the service call, and a few days later someone from Anderson called to ask about our experience. AND....a week after that we received a full refund! What a great customer service attitude......we would use them again.

Great service as always from Anderson Plumbing. [redacted] the Technician came out today and all was taken care of in less than 1/2 hr. There was a clog in the kitchen sink drain which is connected to the dishwasher. Recently we had a Tech. from Anderson Plumbing repair one toilet that was rocking. That all went perfectly, too. I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing to everyone I know.
With my sinks backing up the people at Anderson Plumbing discovered the problem very quickly. [redacted]., using his camera, discovered that the line from our house had disconnected from the city sewer line. [redacted] and [redacted]. arrived on schedule and after digging 9' found the pipe connection problem and fixed it. Having to excavate all that dirt in the middle of out bushes they did a very efficient and clear job. Putting everything back the way it was has not been a problem thanks to the the job they did. Now everything is flowing like it should and our front yard looks fine. Thanks for an efficiently handled jab.
Recommended by my best friend and I am Wowed already by Anderson's service, attitude, professionalism and efficiency! Needed plumbing service on Friday of a holiday weekend and they sent 2 plumbers within a few hours. Eric and Devin arrived 90 minutes early (highly unusual service) and completed the extensive job in 3 hours (I expected it to take 4-5 hours). Very pleased and definitely recommend Anderson. I invested in their annual maintenance agreement too. Thanks Anderson team!

Needed to replace a home water pressure regulator due to water system hammering and reduced water pressure. Anderson plumbing was selected, and their technician, [redacted] arrived within the scheduled window. He expertly removed the old cutoff valve and pressure regulator and quickly replaced the defective parts with no leaks or defects!!! Highly recommend Anderson Plumbing.

They are professional and only once had to come back with additional parts as the majority of the time have parts on truck even if an extra task is added to job. They are clean and presentable and polite. I will and have recommended them to others and will use in the future.
We hired Salgau Roofing, Inc. to paint our English Tudor exterior and to tuck point the entire house, including essentially rebuilding both chimneys. We are very pleased with Salgau Roofing's work and responsiveness. The customer service was excellent! I have already recommended Salgau Roofing to other friends (especially those with historic homes) and will be happy to continue to do so.

He answered all my questions and made sure he explained things to me before beginning the work. If something out of the ordinary popped up, he made sure I was aware and asked if it was okay to proceed.
