Dylan D did a very conscientious and thorough job in fixing a blockage in our plumbing system, explaining how the drains were connected and improving drainage 100 %. All for an extremely reasonable charge as well.
[redacted] did an outstanding job. He explained what needed to be done with the shower faucet and cartridge. He took it all apart, cleaned the pipe using an air compressor and replaced the cartridge. When finished, he tested it and all worked well. He made sure that all the work area was clean and thoroughly explained the contract before I signed it. He also did a thorough inspection of the plumbing system, (which all items passed).

1. The owner, [redacted] went upon the roof to accessed the damaged, took pictures then showed me photos of the areas that needed repair.
2. He gave me an estimate of the cost.
3. He informed me that he had other projects he needed to complete before started on mine
4. 3 or 4 weeks later he repaired my roof and sent me a bill.
5. He also sent me photos of the repaired area.
6. Also I need to add that he repaired a small area of the roof that was not on the original estimate with no additional cost to me.
7. [redacted] was very polite and prompt. I will not know if he did a good job until after the winter months. This is Nov so I will have to see if the repairs holds up in the spring,

He was kind and explained all details. He worked quickly but like a master of plumbing. The finished job was a work of a great plumber. We were very pleased. On two separate occasions now they have had to remove tiles, make the necessary repairs, then replace the tiles. The extensive repairs were done to perfection each time, AND the crew - 21/2 stories up - never broke or cracked even one tile in the process. They justifiably take pride in their work. I respect their expertise and recommend the Salgau company without hesitation.
Once again, Anderson Heating and Plumbing came to my rescue as my guest bathroom's toilet developed a leak due to a crack in the bowl.
[redacted] was the plumber. He was courteous and informative. He explained all the options available to me. I decided to replace the toilet. He installed the new toilet and he was efficient and cleaned up after himself. I am so very impressed with the staff from Anderson's Heating and plumbing. I don't where she finds such capable and courteous individuals. Anderson's Heating and Plumbing have assisted me with my air conditioning, my hot water heater, my heater and my plumbing challenges. What a great company.
[redacted] was the tech who fixed my central A/C He quickly tracked down the problem and fixed it. he then quickly checked coolant levels and other maintenance items while explaining what he did. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I was very pleased with my experience
We called Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air for a drainage problem. They were at our house within a couple of hours. They cleared the blockage and were great at cleaning up the mess the blockage had caused. They had their draining tech come out an hour later to determine if our drainage system was working properly. [redacted] was great at explaining what was going on, and he and his partner were quick, professional, and very clean.

Anderson's has done a wonderful job of replacing our heating/air conditioning system. The sales representative was professional, no high pressure at all. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough in his measurements and presentation of the options available to us. The installers were fast and efficient. They were honest and told me all possible issues that may arise during repair and kept me informed by phone throughout the repair. They took great steps protecting the unaffected areas from damage and very clean. After they finished it was like they were never there.
