Sam came to my condo today to service my heater. He was very professional and polite. He worked efficiently and explained something to me when I asked a question. He also noticed that I was keeping one vent closed and explained why it was important to keep it open at least a little. I was very pleased with his service.
We had Salgau Roofing replace and repair an old barn roof. They were professional, prompt and we are very pleased with their job. We will have them return in the spring to roof our home!
Salgau Roofing is remarkable. My job included the tear off of two asphalt and the original wood shingle layer. The 7-man crew completed the tear off, installation of a complete new deck and shingles in less than two days while working around scattered thunderstorms. They paid attention to details. Coordination was excellent for the deliver of the roll off (and pick up) and shingles. They did an excellent job of protecting and cleaning up the property. Salgau's proposal was very competitive and didn't charge extras for a few surprises. I would hire Salgau Roofing again and recommend them to friends.
Our technician, [redacted], was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, personable and very skilled at his job. He explained every stage of the project (re-route of hot water lines due to slab leak as well as replacement of toilet, sink, tub drain repair, etc) and went above and beyond to perform all tasks with professionalism. He definitely exceeded our expectations and we will definitely call to request [redacted] specifically for any future work we may require.
A non-urgent problem with a slow draining drain was fixed in a thorough and timely manner. Service technician also examined other plumbing issues and provided sound advice/recommendations for further work without pressuring me to do anything more during this visit.
Our ancient garbage disposal gave up the ghost and we contacted Anderson Heating and Plumbing as we had before. The dispatch was outstanding, getting someone out almost immediately. [redacted] came out, showed us clear-cut options and prices, and had replacement installed in about an hour. No drips, nor runs, no errors.
We live in a small condo and I use the guest bathroom for my showers, while my wife uses the Master bathroom for her baths. In both bathrooms the water temp is adjusted by a separate handle from the on/off [redacted]. The plumbing job on Aug 12th was determined before work started and consisted of the following:
1. Fix both water temp handles so they turn easily
2. Fix a leaky Master bath tub faucet
3. Fix or replace the pull button that directs the water to the shower feature in the Master bath
Before the Anderson Tech left our home on Aug 12th he instructed my wife and me how to adjust the water temp handle from hot to cold in the guest shower, after the on/off [redacted] was turned on. Then he made the statement that the water temp handle in the Master bath should be adjusted to a temp and left at that setting. I did not think anything of that because that is how I adjust the water temp handle in my shower; however, I came to find out later that my wife likes to move the water temp handle when she is filling her tub for a bath.
On the night of Aug 12th my wife went to take a bath; but, she could not move the water temp handle and I actually had to come into the bathroom and adjust it for her. When we compared the two different bathroom Water temp handle movements mine was very easy to move; while my wife’s water temp handle was very difficult for me to move and impossible for my wife to move.
On Aug 13th our daughter whom owns the condo placed a call to Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air and stated that we were unsatisfied with the repair job and that someone had to come out and make it right. That was all our daughter told Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air that we were unsatisfied with the plumbing job and when the Plumber showed up the afternoon of Aug 13th guess what he walked into our home with “YES that’s correct” the part to fix the difficult to turn water temp handle.
Go figure, it would seem to indicate that he knew the part he used to correct the water temp handle movement problem on Aug 12th in the Master bath was faulty when he left. Now my question to all of you “Would he have ever fixed our handle if we HAD NOT complained?” and I answer, NO he would not have fixed his error.
If you use Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air please make sure that if the repair job is not right “COMPLAIN” the company will make it right. I guess Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air has the time and money to do a job until it is fixed instead of doing it correct the first time.
Nice technician. Knew his stuff. Service call for a leak in dishwasher. Showed up on time all that good stuff...$700 later (1 Hr work) they were done. Are you kidding me? NO ONE is worth $700 per hour...Their commercials say "...No one wows clients like we do..." No kidding. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE....sound reasonable on phone but prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I would NEVER recommend this company just based on their completely over-the-top pricing. Save your money and find someone else unless you want to waste your hard earned money! If I could give them less than one star I would.
Anderson Plumbing showed up on time and did a great job. James had all the needed parts on the truck and was able to complete the job with no problems. I will use them again if I have another problem.
My mother is an invalid and it was paramount that the plumbing issue be resolved quickly. My mother's caregiver stated that [redacted]. was very professional and compasionate and was able to correct the issue and provide helpful advise as well. I would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air due to [redacted].'s performance.
Reggie D. was here yesterday for a hot water heater flush and plumbing check. He was friendly and professional while answering any of my questions. He explained a possible problem with the hot water heater and I decided to go with his recommendation as it seemed beneficial for a longer life of the heater.
Very Excellent Service. They completed a Tune up under $50.00 and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.
Other companies charge a higher service call fee just to come and do nothing but try to sell you a new air conditioner.

When the technician, [redacted], took a look at what we had and in a very professional way told us what he would do / what needed to be done if we decided to use Anderson. He told us what our options were and how much it would cost. He is the only technician that has ever mentioned about checking the anode rod to prolong the life of the water heater and since that made sense since we had a water softener we got the 10yr, 5 free flushes and anode rod checks. [redacted] really taught us a lot about water heaters and what we needed to do to maintain it, never thought about most of those things. He is really great.
