The hand sanitizers that were delivered are SMALLER than I ordered and was not unscented. Cant reach them: don't answer phone & I get email error note
I ordered two 8 oz bottles of unscented sanitizers from Art Naturals website. What arrived was two SMALLER
7.4 oz bottles of Lavender scented hand sanitizer bottles. So I got less product than advertised and it's the wrong product than advertised because it's scented! I don't want scented, I want UNSCENTED- and I want all 8 oz that were advertised.
I tried for two days to call them but their message said they are not taking calls, but to email them. I emailed twice but I got an email stating "email account is over quota". I tried re-sending by replying to the shipping confirmation email but I have not received any responses.

After trying for over a month to reach and communicate with anyone at the company, After the Revdex.com got involved I finally received a response from the company. The company has provided me with a refund as of 5/12/2020. It should not of taken over a month and help from Revdex.com to get resolution!

I placed two separate orders on 4/6. Received a notification from UPS that a label was made for the first one. That order still says a label was made, no tracking available. The second order my parents received the next day. I received the order shipped email the day after that. Sent an email to the company on Wednesday asking about my first order. No response. Early this morning I filed a claim with PayPal for my first order. I understand this company might be overwhelmed with orders however that does not excuse the absolute horrible customer service. I will never buy anything from this brand ever again.

We like many other companies experience a baklog due to the high demand of hand sanitizer requested for all of our customers around the country, and we try very hard with everyone of our customer to make sure they get theorders and their products, unfortunatelly, sometimes we are unable to do more thsn just reship the orders, the shippment and delivery process delays are out of or hands when the order left our warehouse, how ever we can assure that if the product take time, could be for the quantity of products requested on the order.

I have order hand sanitizer from this company 2 separate times. My order was delivered with in 10 days. One review said all they received was a bottle of water, my order was a gel and did have alcohol in it. I am very pleased with this company and it's products! :)

Lack of response regarding paid, placed & missing order on 3/13/20. As of 4/2/20, INVALID EMAIL! Emails to *** BOUNCE BACK!
I have emailed *** and tried calling regarding my order placed 3/13/20. When my county and then the state of CA implemented SIP order, I emailed and requested my shipping address to be changed bc my work was closing. My initial email went through but NO response until a week later through a 3rd party email vendor that they apologize for the delay in response & shipping due to the SIP order. Fine, no biggie, I'll just respond to that email and again request to ship to residence. EMAIL BOUNCED BACK, and CONTINUES TO BOUNCE BACK! If I don't receive my order, not a problem, AS LONG AS I RECEIVE A REFUND for products I'm apparently not going to receive. At a time when my employment status is determined on a week by week basis, my *** order is not exactly minuscule. Didn't expect anyone to pickup when I called but BOUNCED EMAIL...***??!!

To date, they have had someone respond saying I "should" see my refund reflected in said number of business days and it still has not happened.

Order not delivered and Art Naturals is not responding to phone calls or emails at all.
I place the order XXXXXXXXXX on March 11, 2020 with a committed shipping date of March 25 for 2 packs of hand sanitizer. At this date April 2nd the order has not been delivered yet. I have tried to call Art Naturals and they only have an automatic response indicating they are not answering phone calls and that orders were already shipped and have some information about when the orders placed more recently will be shipped. I tried to contact them by email a couple of times during the last two days and my emails are coming back as undelivered because their servers are collapsed and can't receive more emails. Under current COVID-19 circumstances I can understand there could be shipping delays but they should respond by phone or email which are the only options available. They are not capable to respond to emails but continue accepting orders through their web site. I just want them to respond with an status on my order shipping date. Thanks.

Order was delivered

I received the incorrect product and have not been able to get a hold of the company. I also paid for expedited shipping that I did not receive.
On 3/11/20 I placed an order for 8 bottles of unscented hand sanitizer. I paid an additional *** for expedited 1-2 day shipping. My credit card was charged right away for the order total.

On 3/17/20 I received an email stating that my order had finally shipped. I got a tracking number which showed an ETA of 3/23/20. I sent them an email on 3/19 asking why I had not received the expedited shipping. I did not get an answer.

I received my order on 3/23/20. I was sent the incorrect product. I ordered unscented hand sanitizer and I received lavender scented. Also, ALL of the bottles were not sealed and leaked. I tried to call several times and they do not answer their phone. It just plays a message stating that due to high volume of calls, they cannot take any. The recording says to email and they will respond within one business day. I sent them an email on 3/23/20 requesting that they re-ship the correct order, and refund my shipping. I have gotten no response.

I ordered aloe vera gel (the label says "aloe vera gel"). What I got was what looks, smells and feels like water. When I went on their website I noticed they don't sell the gel anymore- just something called "aloe vera juice". Perhaps that is what they sent me- but it is NOT GEL and it's not clear what it even is. No one from the company has answered any of my communications via their email, website review, or facebook reviews or messaging.

I ordered two items, received one, attempted to contact company, phone message states that due to current high demands, I won't be answering the phone number listed and system disconnects. I have sent two emails and haven't received a response to neither one. Status indicates merchandise has been delivered. Two bad only half the order was delivered.

Doesn't take long for them to get their money though...
All I want is to get what I paid for...

They offered 2 different resolutions. I suppose the second one (refund) is the one they are going forward with which is fine. That was my second choice.

Placed order, never received. Company will not return email requests for a refund.
Placed order XXXXXXXXXX on 3/15. Received a notice that it was shipped 11 days ago. The UPS site shows that the merchant has not even mailed the package. So I'm assuming the company is creating labels to show items have been shipped and holding onto the label for weeks until the product is made. When I made the purchase, the site showed the item in stock. Now weeks later, there is a notice on the website regarding overwhelming demand and timeframes for shipping. I have attempted on several occasions to contact the company via email and Facebook to cancel the order and get a refund. No response. I am attempting to get a full refund and would appreciate the help of Revdex.com.

I accept this only if they will make sure I get my full tefund.

Sent 4 emails. No reply. Already charged for order still processing. Cancel and refund.
I placed 2 orders on 3/12 and one on 3/13. The second two orders shipped and were delivered. The very first order I places still says pending as of two minutes ago. I have sent 4 emails asking to cancel it and refund me. They have already charged me. The order says it has not shipped as the other two completed orders did. When I try to call it says that they are overloaded and you can't even leave a message or speak to anyone. It says they have live chat during certain hours but there is never a link to access chat.
I want this order cancelled immediately, I want confirmation of that and I want my card refunded for the order that, despite being the first order placed (all for same items), has not ever shipped. There is absolutely no customer service to contact whatsoever.

I would like to make it clear, because I don't think it is in the response from Art Naturals - the order they gave tracking information for - and was delivered, is the third order that I placed and not the order at issue in my complaint. I believe it is misleading and appears that I am complaining about an order that was, in fact, delivered.
The order at issue was eventually refunded but not until well after I placed this complaint and it is not the order with the tracking number the company included in their reply.

I tried to call and email to stop an order or how to return the product but they don't answer the phone or any messages I've tried multiple times
I placed an order for hand sanitizer then reading all the negative reviews I emailed as they directed to cancel the order, no response. Then I received an email with my tracking information completely disregard my email to cancel so I tried to call and they have a generic recording that they are too busy to answer their phones and to send an email(to the address they don't email back) if you go on their fb page there are many people who share my story. I just want a refund

They will not respond to me! They stole my money!!!!
I made two orders from this company one to Florida and one to California. The order for California I never got a tracking number but for Florida I did. I emailed called and sent a message on Instagram several time. They refuse to answer the phones and help the customers I spent over a hundred dollars on the first order. We got the order for Florida only to find out it was the wrong amount. I am attaching the two orders I placed. The one for California I never got. This company needs to be shut down for stealing money from people. They are doing gives always on Instagram but not helping the customers who purchased with their money. This is a scam company I want my money back for both orders or just send me my correct items. How can a company not respond to emails or phone calls. I would like someone to help me resolve this isssue. For them to con Americans for hand sanitizer is disgusting. How and who can I speak to about them never sending me my products to California and sending the wrong one to Florida?

Never received product (4 8oz bottles sanitizer) & company has been unreachable: emails are returned and business is not taking phone calls.
Placed order for 4, 8oz bottles of Hand Sanitizer on 3/11. Received notice that items were shipped on 3/18 via UPS (15 days ago). Tracked my package to Tacoma WA on 3/23 where it was transferred to post office but never received by me as of 3/31/20. I have contacted UPS and they said per seller they handed the package off to USPS. However, The USPS cannot locate the package. Both parties suggested contacting the seller but I have been unable to reach someone at Art Naturals to trace the package. All emails are bounced back to me with the message " The email account that you tried to reach is over quota" and when tried to reach by phone, the voicemail says that the company is not answering phones and one cannot leave a message. I am currently out $45 for products I have not received and cannot reach the business to find out why or how to rectify this.
I am concerned that this company is taking advantage of current pandemic and making bogus sales of sanitizer.

I am requesting a full refund for products that were not received. If this was indeed a mistake my first preference is to receive the products I paid for and have those products expedited to me.

False advertisement about having hand sanitizer in stock and ignoring customer inquiries
I ordered hand sanitizer on March 15 from Artnatural website, they claimed that it is in stock and will ship in 5-6 business days. They did not ship anything, I called their number, but it is on voice mail, not taking calls because of high volume of calls. I emailed them and first email doesnt get any response, for the second one I got an email that if I ordered before March 16 then my hand sanitizer will be leaving their facility by March 25th. To date, April 01, I have not received my order, any answer to my emails. I asked for a refund, they have not done it, not taking calls. I am concerned how they still advertise in their website that hand sanitizer is in stock. They are giving people false hope and information. If I knew they wont send it to me, I would shop around other places. My job is essential and I need to get out, I dont have hand sanitizer because of them and false advertising. They have disappeared now and there is no response for my questions from them. I emailed them several times, call them, they did not leave me other options. This is first time I see a business is so dishonest about their service. Thanks for your time reading my complaint.

My horrible experience with merchant, artnaturals.
I was looking online for hand sanitizers bc of the lack of in the stores. I found that the website artnaturals was the only site that had "Hand sanitizers In Stock" so on 3/12/20 I ordered 2, 2packs (total of 4 bottles) of 8 oz unscented hand sanitizers at the price of $39.96 Shipping ***
A total of *** Which I found to be a bit expensive for hand sanitizer. Maybe price gouging?
I emailed them on 3/16/20 asking about when should I expect to receive my package bc I never got a confirmation #
They replied back on 3/20/20 that I should receive it around 3/31/20
So at this point I realized they did not have hand sanitizer in stock, like their site says.
On 3/31/20 it delivered, I went to my mailbox and opened my package, there was only 3 bottles in my package and no receipt. I emailed them immediately, telling them the problem and that I should have received 4 but only got 3.
I wasn't happy with the price for four but getting three, I was extremely upset. I kept checking my email to see if I got a response and I finally got a Failure Notice ***
I kept trying to email them and got back about 6 more of those failure notice emails from yahoo not being able to get through to them. I called their customer service number and they have a recording, saying to email them if I need to get in contact with them.

I then looked up reviews (which I SHOULD have done before ordering from this company) and there are more complaints just like mine, than people who are happy with artnaturals. Also a ton of people were saying that their stuff is watered down and I noticed my hand sanitizers don't have that alcohol smell to them, very weak.
I will never trust them again bc saying they have hand sanitizers in stock, when they don't. Sending me 3 when it should have been 4 bottles and seems like they blocked my email some how bc they know dang well what they're doing to people and avoiding is their only option. Absolutely horrible!
