First batch of hand sanitizer began to emit an awful acrid smell. They sent us a new bottle and this time the texture is so sticky we can't use it! Waste of time and $$$, do NOT buy their hand sanitizer!

Sales order placed on 6/7. Pd for but not shipped. product in stock
Order # *** was placed on 6/7/20 paid w/AMEX. Card charged on 6/20. UPS tags generated but not shipped. 3 phone calls within 3 weeks attempting to find out why product has not been shipped. Only status on UPS tracking states "Shipment Ready for UPS". I was told on each of 3 calls, sorry, we will ship right away. Status as of today, 8/10/20 remains the same. Product not shipped. I had them confirm that product was in stock and they declared "yes". They have been paid but they cannot or will not deliver product or provide satisfactory explanation as to why such delay after payment

Desired Outcome

Contact and encourage Virgin Scent to fulfill there obligation. If not resolved in short order then i shall contact the AG of Ca.

Product Received

Ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer in April, it is absolute garbage. It smells like kerosene and hurts my hands. The company did not respond to my emails. Complete garbage and waste of money. They should be sued.

Totally scent free unless you count the smell of alcohol! Silly people

I am happy to receive the refund since I never got the product ordered.

I made an online purchase on 6/4/2020 on 6/29/2020 I did not receive my products. I ask for a full refund didn't receive it and it's now 7/22/2020.
I made an online purchase on 6/4/2020 I didn't receive my products 6/29/2020 called ArtNatural customer service to inquire about my purchase. The customer service rep said "I didn't receive my products because of lack of payment." After 10 minutes of being on hold the rep returned with the promise to call me back which she never did. I called customer service to inquire a second time on the same day this customer rep confirmed that I did pay for my purchase and asked me to be patient. I asked for a full refund on 6/29/2020. I was told I would receive my refund between 5-10 business days. I called customer service for the third time on 7/14/2020 because I didn't receive my refund and I was told to have patience. It is now 7/22/2020 ArtNatural have my money and host of excuses. I have no product and no refund.

I've ordered from ArtNaturals for almost 3 years now and they've just been getting worse and worse. Every delivery is missing items or they ship you items that are 3 years old according to the manufacture date and only have two weeks of shelf life left before they expire. I spoiled myself this past Christmas and ordered over $300 worth of Clay/Mud Masks, Cellulite removers, and anti-aging serums. Well aside from the serums, all three of the masks were about to expire and so were my three cellulite removers.

Then the time I ordered after that they sent me a box with Tea Tree Body Wash, I had ordered 10 at $16.95 US!! Needless to say they were just thrown into a bag and half the bottles broke open and spilled everywhere. So recently for their July 4th sale I purchased 10 more of the body washes. I received one (1) bottle and paid for 10. I asked them to send me the other 9, but instead insisted on giving me a refund and stopped responding to me.

This company is evil, they package their products horribly for delivery, they sell expired products, they don't send you the right amount of product. They do nothing right. I'm finished with them and I'm going to make sure everyone knows about them. I now know why Amazon.ca will no longer carry their products. Scam artists.

I sent in a complaint back in April 2020 of this company taking 25.97 in March 202) but we never got the money. First they say 7-10 days to get it.
That was in middle of May then when I threaten to email you all at Revdex.com again they say in middle of june 17 that something has happened and it has to be sent on up. Still no response.
This is now 4 months and no refund.

Desired Outcome

The company has many many negative reviews and no returns taking place for mine and many other orders. Is it just give up on a return? Or what now after 4 months. Contact of company? I tried many times for 2-3 months and all I heard was a recording of back orders, back orders. No customer support rep at all. The phone would hang up after recording

Company refusing to provide refund of $499.98 which they already agreed to because they mistakenly sent out replacement order. I do NOT want product.
4/3 - Order 2 - 64 pack of sanitizer. 128 total

4/17 - Received only 64 of 128

4/20- Emailed requesting cancellation of missing order bc I no longer need/want

5/14 - Received email response stating that replacement order was placed instead of cancellation

5/15 - Emailed again requesting cancellation and not replacement.

5/22 - Received email response stating replacement would be cancelled and refund of $499.98 would be processed

6/22 - Emailed again requesting update on refund

6/22 - Received email response stating error in system and escalation of refund will be processed.

6/24 - Replacement order received by office employee. Was not on site to refuse so unaware it was delivered. Package still in receiving unopened.

7/3 - Received email stating they cannot process refund of $499.98 as the delivery of the replacement packs of hand sanitizers were both accepted and not refused, as you mentioned.

7/3 - Emailed that I never stated that the package was refused. Clarified refund was requested bc I ONLY received half of my order. Elaborated on the fact that the replacement order should have NEVER been shipped out. The replacement order was shipped out almost a month after I was told I would receive a refund. Pointed out that emails are binding contracts as well. Furthermore, I informed them that I was NOT on site when the product was delivered. If I was, I would have NEVER received it. Someone else signed for the product. Upon research, the package was still sitting in receiving, unopened. Requested return label and process FULL refund. Lastly, pointed out the fact that they can NOT in good conscience, charge me $499.98 for a product that they were selling for $199.95 at the time of shipment!!!! Total price gouging which in itself is a great excuse for refund.

7/9 Received email stating, "we cannot process your refund due to the delivery of 1 pack of 64 bottles and the 2 replacement packs of 64 bottles went through, for a total of 191 bottles received by you... it is more than the 128 you paid for. Please be aware that for security matters the alcohol-based products can't be returned.

7/10 Sent following email:

Since I have not opened the boxes, I was unaware that I received additional products. Products which I no longer want or requested. Having a business myself, I truly don't understand this type of customer service.

Basically, you are forcing me to keep an unwanted product when you advertise "100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee." Furthermore, no where on your website do you state "that for security matters the alcohol-based products can't be returned"

Please be advised that a formal complaint will be filed.

Company to provide return label and refund $499.98. Per email, they agreed to refund not once but twice so I want them to honor. It was their error that they sent replacement so they should provide return label. They advertise "100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee" so they should honor. Furthermore, no where on their website do they state "that for security matters the alcohol-based products can't be returned". Most importantly, I do NOT need or want the product. Especially, after learning that I was charged $499.98 for a product that sells for $199.95. They should be reported for price gouging!

Follow up to Case #XXXXXX. ArtNaturals responded on May 18th 2020 agreeing to refund my money. They still have not done so.
Label says "Scent Free". It smells horrible. Given media reports, I'm not even sure it contains what is on the label. I want a refund.
Order placed on Amazon on April 10, 2020 and shipped April 13, 2020.
6 pack of 8 fluid oz bottles for *** plus *** shipping/handling plus *** tax for a grand total of ***

Order received but despite advertisement that product was "unscented fragrance free" it smells horrible.

In addition, recent media reports call into question whether the product contains ingredients as advertised.

I can't use this product due to the above issues and want my money back.

The business finally returned my money. You may close this complaint. Thank you. Without your involvement I doubt this would have been resolved.

They never shipped or confirmed shipping. Lied about my payment not going through right away. Never sent shipping confirmation with tracking.
I ordered June 10, 2020.
It is July June 30th. They never sent any shipping confirmation. I asked about it ten days later (twice) and two days later said my payment went through only recently, which is a lie, and that shipping confirmation would come. It still hasn't come today on june 30 and I asked again. They responded within 24 hours to say: "Hello there,

They overcharge me for the Hand Sanitizer I bought from them.

I bought a Hand Sanitizer from them. I knew it was expensive but i've decided to buy it. A bought a 16 bottles in 8oz. and I paid $ 147.80 OR# *** on April 8.
They charge my card on April 9 for $ 118.24. I was surprised but did"t do anything.
A little over a month ago, they have it at Sam"s club already. Although it was in different size but way cheaper. So I check their website again and sure enough the price went down! I was pissed! For the same 16, 8 0z. bottle it went down to $59.95.

So, I have decided to get in touch with them thru Email and told them that I want my money back which is
$ 58.29. Because what they did was sell it for a high price for the consumers and weeks later they lower down the price.

I have never heard from them. I do believe that I have the right to get my money back.

Claim to have refunded me on May 16th. As of today, 6/15/20, I have not received my refund. Multiple attempts to reach company.
On 4/16/20 I opened a case with Revdex.com due to poor customer service (no response after 3 weeks or purchase) for two transaction ($328.25 and $210.21 = $538.46). Revdex.com Case # ***. ArtsNatural responded on 5/11/20 (which I have proof of all emails) and stated that both refund was issued on 5/16/20. I have only received 1 refund in the amount of $328.45 for 1st order# ***. The 2nd transaction in the amount of $210.21 transaction #3203047700 has not been refunded to me in the form of payment. I have sent multiple emails 5/21, 5/26, 5/27, 5/28, 6/1, 6/2, 6/11, 6/15) requesting status of refund. Today is June 15, 2020. Still no refund for the 2nd transaction. On 6/11, customer service from Artsnatural claimed the $210.21 was refunded on 5/28. Still no refund after 10 business days. Which I waited patiently for the refund, still no refund on my end. Then ArtsNatural emailed the 2nd time on 6/11 after claiming it was refunded on 5/28 that after doing deep investigation on my refund, they found an error during the process. They have not yet to update me and refund my money. I am upset and pissed off as multiple lies, delays, and poor customer service. I want my refund immediately!!!! I refuse to purchase anymore products from a scamming company.

I was sent an incorrect/damaged order and have not gotten a refund.
I ordered hand sanitizer and essential oils on May 6 (order #XXXXXXXXXX), using my Visa debit. I paid *** for two 8oz bottles of sanitizer, which leaked all over during shipment. I was sent the complete wrong set of essential oils *** I ordered the 8 Blend Set, and was sent the Top 8 Set). When I went to the website for contact info, I noticed the sanitizer was now *** I believe I was price gouged. It was the only hand sanitizer I could find in stock online at the time. I called customer service, and was directed to email, since they are not taking calls. I emailed (5/15/2020) asking for assistance correcting my order. I received an email back (5/19/2020, associate unnamed) stating I would be refunded, but it wasn't specified what I was being refunded for. After 10 days, I still hadn't received a refund. I contacted via email again with no response. I contacted them on Facebook June 4, and was told they would send a new order. Shortly thereafter, I was told they would not replace the order, but a refund was coming, and to give it an additional 7-10 days. Today I received a refund of *** out of the *** that I paid.

Product is great but company is terrible.

Very disappointed. Order processing, shipping and customer service including management departments need to be re-trained. I fully understand the situation that is going on in this world right now. I order a lot of stuff online in the past 3 months and most of it has been delivered on time, with the exception of a few order being late by couple days or at the most a week. Yet they keep using this excuse for a month and a half for not being able to fulfill my order that was incomplete when I received it.

Here is a TIMELINE for context of this review.

I ordered my product on APRIL 26th.
On MAY 10th I had half the order delivered and told you guys about it.
On MAY 10th, I was told that a replacement has been ordered and will receive my shipping info shortly. I received nothing.
On JUNE 7th I followed up to find out where the shipping details are and at first customer service tells me that my order was already delivered. I took couple emails to explain that I have an incomplete order delivered.
On JUNE 8th I was told that a replacement has been processed and I will receive shipping info shortly. I got nothing.
On JUNE 11th in the early morning, I had to email and follow up again to find out where my order and shipping info is.
On JUNE 11th because I didn't receive an email response, later in the day, I called and spoke with Epson and Vania and was told that they processed my order with added priority and will receive my shipping info soon. I got nothing.
On JUNE 15 I called again to follow up and spoke to Marie, who told me my order is being processed and I will have shipping info soon, to which, I got upset and asked to speak with a supervisor. She told me they cannot transfer and someone will call me same day to discuss what's going on.
Today is JUNE 17, I don't have my incomplete order, I had to email again to follow up for shipping and NO ONE has called from MANAGEMENT.

I gave up and requested a refund today and was told that I will be refunded for the missing items only.

You have lost a customer after I gave multiple chances to correct the issue. I understand the situation in the world affects business but you are not the only business in the world. I ordered from at least 15-20 other businesses in the past 3 months and 90-95% were delivered on time and some couple days late.

I am not sure how else to explain this, I spoke with people live on the phone regarding this and they all told me the same thing. I also mentioned above all the emails with dates that have been sent to me. I do not understand why it is so difficult to comprehend whats going on when I gave you a full timeline with dates and email communications that you guys sent and that I sent.

Anyways, you have failed at making things right for almost 2 months now, on an incomplete order.

Your action items above are also failing because I have not received my tracking info and its been 5 days now.

At this point, keep the product and REFUND ME MY *** MONEY! like I asked on JUNE 17th in the email to customer service.

And please do not use this pandemic stuff to your benefit to cover up the negligence and terrible job being done. ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS FOR GOD SAKES!

They false advertise! And price gouge.

Id like the price difference during a pandemic they should be selling honest products to there customers *** difference is huge. That goes from *** a bottle to *** so sad that they take advantage of their customers who are looking for essential items during this pandemic.

So the support team finally sends me an email but proceed to tell me that they are glad I received my products. I have not received anything. Then it says my payment was faulty but I have the screen shot of my bank record of when it was charged and how much was charged.
