Placed order for product on 3/24/2020 and received confirmation of the charge. However, the product was not shipped. Supplier is unresponsive.
I have sent numerous emails to Art Naturals asking for the status of the order I placed on March 24, 2020 (Order #XXXXXXXXXX). I have not had the courtesy of a response. I also have attempted to phone and speak directly with a company representative to followup on the status of my order, but your company's phone line has a recording stating that they are not responding to phone calls suggesting instead an email, which (I sent 5) receive no response. I attempted to reach the CEO and Founder of Art Naturals, Mr. *** but he also has been unresponsive. Is this a legitimate company?

Desired Outcome

I only want to have my order filled and receive a notification when that will happen.

Product not delivered as promised; business refuses to respond to emails (inbox full) and also has a phone response indicating it cannot accept calls.
I submitted a *** corporate order for hand sanitizer through their web site on March 17th. The company promised to ship our product by March 31. They took the *** through my American Express card but have not shipped any product yet. My order on their site still shows as "processing" and there is no way for any customer to contact this business - their email in box is full and all emails are returned undeliverable. Their phone number says they are not accepting calls. Under these circumstances there is no way to know if I have been scammed.

Desired Outcome

We need the product, even if it is delayed - just need to know the status. If the product cannot be produced or shipped, I expect an immediate refund of the *** that was charged to my credit card.

I ordered the "Unscented hand sanitizer - 4 pack" back on March 12th, 2020. I received a 4-pack of LAVENDER-scented hand sanitizer (I'm allergic to Lavender and fragrances, which is why I ordered unscented). I have emailed the company THREE times, reached out to them on Facebook, and tried calling (but got an automated message saying they are not accepting phone calls). I want a refund or I want what I ordered.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund as soon as possible or what I actually ordered as soon as possible, as I've now been waiting nearly a MONTH to receive an (accurate) order.

STAY AWAY!!!

Experienced the same BS as everyone else. This company is terrible. Bought a gallon of sanitizer. They sent me UPS tracking info the next day (4/8) but UPS shows they are awaiting the item; they haven't sent it.

Tried calling the Artnaturals # as well as their Virgin Scent number with no response and no capacity to leave a message. Sent several emails to their recommended address as well as their PayPal address, also with no response. ZERO communication from them. And I'm local--I live 10 miles from them. I could will call, but nope: No response.

Finally filed a complaint w/Paypal. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

No delivery of product ordered and paid for. Cannot contact the company by any means. They will not respond to email.
I ordered hand sanitizer on March 11th online and paid for it. They sent me an email it shipped on March 31, 2020. The UPS tracked indicates a label was created but it never shipped. I have tried to contact them by phone three times, the message says they can't respond because too much volume. I've tried email, no response to five emails. I've tried facebook twice, no response. I have noted similar complaints to mine on facebook.
My opinion, if the can't handle to volume they should cease taking orders so people can get this valuable product elsewhere. As it is they are endangering people's health. How? If I had known that they couldn't perform I would have looked elsewhere or made it myself. Now I am just without and at risk of COVID-19 infection, this is bad.

I want the product delivered ASAP. There method of conducting business is unconscionable.

I was refunded my money. Although I accept their response I still believe their business practices are remarkably substandard. To order and pay for a product and have no contact and no way to make contact for two months is unconscionable. If they couldn't fill orders in the agreed time frame they should have ceased taking orders until the could.

Did not received my orders which is worth $432.48 of 48 bottles of 8 fl. oz of unscented sanitizers. Bad customer service.
Placed my order on March 13th of 2020 and received same day an email confirmation regarding my order of 48 bottles of 8 fl. oz. unscented sanitizers. Did not heard back from them after 15 days informing me that my order should be in shipment by the 25th. On the 27th, I emailed them asking for shipment details and such. But no one responded to my email. Tried calling and no one answered. Despite that they are a bit expensive for just a bottle of sanitizers but I was desperate as my families did not have stocks of sanitizers. We are consist of three families with 3 elderly and 3 children. I agreed to buy on their website out of desperation to get some means of protection for my family during this difficult times. On March 27th. I received a box of sanitizers. But did not received what I order and not the right amount of weight. They sent me only 32 bottles of coconut scented 7.4 fl. oz. I sent them an email many times but did not hear back from them. I reached to Instagram and managed to chat with a lady name *** I told her everything. And on March 29th I finally received an email informing me that my orders has been shipped. It stated there 48 bottles of unscented 8 fl. oz. sanitizers. I tried reaching out to them but to no avail. *** from Instagram assured me that she refunded my missing 16 bottles but until today, I did not received any refund. They charged me *** for 48 bottles of 8 fl. oz. unscented sanitizers that I did not received. They cannot fool me because I checked the weight that the UPS received and it says there 17 lbs. only. And what I received matches with the UPS weight. But on their email stated a different story. Which I find it quite dishonest for them to claim they sent it but they instead committed fraud. I thought *** would be helpful with my issue but she as well lied to me about helping out. I am really disappointed that during this difficult times. There are businesses that will let people down and take advantage of our weakness. Steal our money and use our desperation to protect ourselves and our families. If they cannot make this right. I want my full refund of *** I told *** that if they value their customers. That they should make it up by sending my orders immediately as to show that they can provide good service. But instead, they kept accepting orders and could not keep up with productions. Leaving everyone being treated like *** just because they already have our money. It is not right, it is not fair that they will just take away people's money without fulfilling as a business what they are paid for. UPS weight received was 17.6 lbs and mine is 17.4 lbs. because one bottle has a loose cap caused for some gels to spill.

They will not ship what they have already charged for weeks after the item was supposed to ship. Company will not return calls or emails.
Order was placed on 3/10/2020. Expedited shipping was paid for an additional *** to receive the items within a few days of the promised shipping date, 3/25/2020. Order #XXXXXXXXXX has a UPS tracking number assigned however UPS has not received the package, therefore, order was never sent for delivery. Credit card has been charged. I've reached out to them via phone and they are not accepting voicemails. I have reached out to them via email multiple times and received only one response claiming that I would receive my items on time. They disconnected their live chat. It is impossible to contact them to come to resolution. Per social media, many other customers have experienced the same thing.

Item should be delivered with a refund for expedited shipping.

After multiple emails and enormous phone calls. The art natural customer service responded to 03/2020 order and refunded the money 05/09/2020 to the item which was never delivered.

A horrible business and experience. They are baiting people to buy their product claiming that it is in stock and will ship in 48 hours. I ordered from them and they have ignored 2 emails and still haven't shipped the product 8 days later. Total scammers taking advantage of Covid 19 .

The review stands on it's own merits. They promised something knowing it was high demand, failed to deliver on it and then blame COVID which is exactly what they were trying to take advantage of in the first place.

I ordered hand sanitizer on 3/12/20, was charged. Have not heard from them since. Don't reply to phone/email. Said shipped 3/25 overnight but nothing.
Bought 8 oz two bottles of hand sanitizer on 3/12 for *** including shipping charged to cc. Got confirmation email with my order number: XXXXXXXXXX. Heard nothing for two weeks so emailed them and got automated email back stating that orders placed before 3/16 would be overnighted on 3/25.
I haven't heard from them since. I've not received the product. I've reached out via email 3 times and phone. I've posted on their social media and realized so many others are in the same situation as me.

Desired Outcome

I would either like the product as soon as possible (like within the next few days) and if they can't fulfill the order, a full refund immediately. And they need to shut down their website if this is a scam so other vulnerable people aren't put in this position. My husband has stage IV cancer and we were counting on this company to come through for us!

As long as I receive the refund I suppose that is fine. Would have rather received product but refund is second best.

Unresponsive customer service and product never shipped.
I purchased hand sanitizer from this company off Amazon on 3/17. On 3/19, they created a label via ontrac (***). The creation of a label allowed them to collect money from me. On their web site, they said any order between 3/16 and 3/24 would ship on 3/31. My order did not ship. They do not answer their phone and the email they provide on their web site (***) is fictitious. On Facebook, there are numerous complaints of either issues with the product or cases similar to mine where nothing was ever shipped but they collected payment. There is no representative available to help with orders. This business should be shut down - they not only increased prices for hand sanitizer, but they also simply don't ship what cusotmers ordered, taking full advantage of this crisis. This is unacceptable.

Ordered 2bottles of aloe vera. Received them, unsealed and filled with water. There's was no aloe contents inside. Only water. Terrible! Want refund!!
On March 13th 2020 I ordered on Amazon the product from Art Naturals, 2 bottles of aloe vera gel. Order number XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX, total price *** via visa credit card. I received the product on March 26th,2020. I opened the package April 4th 2020. Found the product with no protective seal, when shaken product was very liquid like for a gel. When poured into a cup, straight water came out of bottle! Product had no smell, the 2 bottles were filled with water! Definitely had no trace of aloe vera. This is terrible business especially during this crisis occurring. Requesting full refund for scam, false advertising of product. Absolutely disgusting that a company can do this!

I received my shipment on 4/1/20 via UPS tracking ***. When I opened box there where only 4 items and should have been 8. The package was not tampered with from examining the box. It arrived to me the same way it boxed up.

Placed an order a month ago and still haven't received my items. I've emailed multiple times and sent messages on various social media accounts. I can't get any customer support to even give me a refund. This company is dishonest. Why would you accept orders for products that you can't fulfill? They event stopped allowing comments on their Instagram profile because of all of the customer complaints. Meanwhile they keep encouraging customers to place orders. This is so suspect and absolutely a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. I'll bee seeking to escalate this as far as I can.

We have an special Team that handle the complaints with customers, cause we are overwhelmed by the great quantity of hand sanitizer orders we have experiences on this trying times and is very difficult to answer all of the orders, cause the emails and response are getting answered by the time they got to our mail box, and some of them are been waiting for a couple time cause at the begiging was very hard to fix issues with our carriers once the product left our warehouse most when the emails we get has the information incorrect to search for the orders, so that represent some delays as well, how ever we can assure you we have alrready solve this issue.

On-Line Order #XXXXXXXXXX on 3/19/20 to ArtNaturals (dba name for Vigin Inc.) for 12 btls Hand sanitizer & 2 bottles Aloe Vera Gel for *** Box arrived 4/1/20, missing 4 btls Hand santizer & the 2 Btls of Aloe Vera gel are filled with plain water. Called Co. many times *** only got voice recording & no way to leave a message & corporate (XXX) XXX-XXXX mailbox was full-no way to leave a contact message. E-mailed Co., e-mails came back undeliverable. Went to Website-referred me to the 2 numbers already not working & e-mail address that is rejected any customer mail. My credit card was charged on 3/21/20 for full amt. Resorted to Facebook pg for ArtNaturals to discover 100s of complaints from other customers with same problems-scammed. They were also missing bottles, had bottles filled with plain water & many had bottles that opened up and contents drained in delivery boxes. Like me, customers can't reach anyone at Co.to get money back or get the rest of their order or exchange damaged items. Also a concern that since some bottles were filled with water, that other bottles like the hand sanitizer has something else in them; the consistency is very much like water & not hand sanitizer. We are all trying to fight the Covid-19 virus and I, for one, am scared to depend on the few bottles in my order that I did get, to be real hand sanitized to protect me during this virus. I am 70, disabled & have COPD & chronic bronchitis during this Covid-19 virus. None of us can reach this co. & I would like my money back. I got 8 out of 12 btls of hand sanitizer & I distributed 3 of the 8 to Fed EX delivery person, UPS delivery person & mailman so am trying to find them to warn them, that this hand sanitizer might not be counted on to protect them from the virus, as much of my order came with bottles of plain water in them. I still have the 2 btls of Aloe Vera Gel which are clearly plain water. The 12 btls of Hand Sanitizer was *** or *** each. I ordered 16 8-oz bottles of hand sanitizer for ourselves & our large family. I was charged for all 16 *** but only TWO bottles were delivered!
On Mar.24, I ordered 16 bottles of sanitizer for ourselves & lg family (we have 7 children & 13 grandchildren). I was charged *** for the order (# XXXXXXXXXX). We finally received the order with only TWO BOTTLES of the sanitizer. I tried many times to call them (I could not leave a message); sent several emails (all of which were returned as *** and I even tried to do a Live Chat (but there was nowhere on their site to begin the conversation). I do not know how else to resolve this issue.

Since I ordered the 16 bottles but received only 2, I would like for the company to send the remaining 14 bottles. If they cannot or will not do that, I want a credit on my account. Since the item was delivered two days ago, I have tried several times to contact someone at Art Naturals, but it was all to no avail.

The business has NOT followed through with me although their response (shown above) said they would. I reached out within these 10 days and still have heard nothing. I have not received their 'promised' replacement order nor to date have I been credited with a refund of any sort from them. Please help me to continue to get this issue resolved.

I will accept the resolution and here is why. I did FINALLY receive the product ordered. However, please note that the company did NOT issue a refund as they stated they did. However, my main issue was that the order was fulfilled, which it was. I appreciated that they were also going to give a refund but they did NOT do that, as they stated. Please beware of this company.

I ordered hand sanitizer on 3/6/20. It still has not shipped. The company's emails keep being returned. They have not responded to Facebook messages.
I ordered hand sanitizer 3/6/20. Website said it was in stock but it never shipped. Then website said products would ship week of 3/16/20. My order still has not been received. I sent emails the week of 3/16 which they responded to but now emails are "not deliverable". No one answers the phone. They go not respond to Facebook messages or Facebook comments. There are many people who have not received their products and have not had return communication from the company. Today is 4/3/20 and I have no product.

I reached out to the CEO and the head of sales two weeks ago directly. The head of sales messaged me back and took care of my refund. Please be aware there are hundreds of people on this companies Facebook page who have not received their orders and have not received refunds. I ordered my items on 3/10 and I never received them and did not receive a refund until last week (around 5/8). This is not acceptable. Do not keep taking orders if you can't fill them. This company continues to take orders and prioritizes its large company sales over individual consumer sales.

Ordered 4 bottles of hand sanitizer. Only received 3. Won't return emails or calls. And did not refund my money.
Ordered 4 bottles of hand sanitizer. Received my order and only 3 were shipped. I have tried to call. Their voicemail says they aren't taking calls, to email. I have emailed twice with no response. Now the emails are being returned. And I either want my 4th bottle or I want a refund of my money.

Desired Outcome

Refund my money for the fourth bottle! Or send me the hand sanitizer that they owe me in a reasonable amount of time!
