Art Naturals seems to be taking advantage of customers on Amazon and via their website during the pandemic. I have two separate orders both of which They say They have shipped, and both seem to have been lost, and this has been going on for almost a month. They do not answer their phones, they do not response to emails, and if you read reviews they are dishonestly doing this to most if not all of the customers. This seems to be a scam. Please don't order anything from them.

This response is kind of disingenuous. You don't answer your phones or respond to emails and the shipper claims they have never seen anything in the way of product. They state you consistently create fictitious shipping labels so that you can bill our credit cards with it seems zero intent of ever shipping anything. Every day people on Facebook, Amazon and the Revdex.com complain of never receiving anything nor ever getting their money back.....taking advantage of people is never right ...doing I the midst of a pandemic is morally reprehensible!

I had purchased a total of 8 Unscented Hand Sanitizers (2 separate orders of 4 each) from Art Natural totaling close to $90. The size was small at only 8fl oz each. I thought it was overpriced for it's size but did not care due to the scarcity of hand sanitizers. Because I am very sensative to smell, I had to make sure that the hand sanitizer was unscented.
It came to my absolute suprise that they sent coconut scented hand sanitizers for both orders. It could not have been a mistake since I had placed two separate orders one week apart. I tried calling, however their phone line was not accepting voicemails. I have been emailing multiple times since 3/27 and it has been almost one month now with absolutely no response. They sent me a product I did not order, charged me for it and at this point is not responding.
I tried to leave a review on their website, but there is no way to leave a review for the product. The product has very high reviews, however no way for the purchaser to leave feedback, which means that they are selectively choosing which reviews to post on their website for the product.

Please note that the product was received but Art Naturals sent me the wrong product. The product was advertised as scent free and what I received was clearly not. Although you ask me to contact your customer service line your phone number is not accepting any calls. I have emailed multiple times and no one has answered my emails. I ordered from ArtNaturals on March 12, still didnt receive order and no way to contact. Emails do not get delivered, no working chat or phone,
I placed an order with Art Naturals on March 12 via their website. At that time, the site indicated that all orders would be shipped by March 25. I have reached out to them on many occasions to get a status of my order but the emails bounce, the live chat feature on website no longer works nor does the phone number. I have tried to cancel my order to get a credit on my credit card by have been unsuccessful.

Have not received order within advertised timeframe. Order still outstanding.
Product advertised as in stock with shipping within 48 hours of order placed. Placed order 3/9/2020 (order # XXXXXXXXXX) and inquired about shipping time via email on 3/10 due to current pandemic. Did not get email response until 3/20 indicating orders placed before March 16th will leave facility by March 25th. Orders placed after that date are now pending March 31st. Sent second email on 4/1 as order tracking still indicated order has not been shipped. Recieved email 4/6 indicating estimated deliver of items 4/2 - 4/6. After checking order tracking, order still has not left warehouse.

While I do understand the situation many organizations are in at the moment and artnaturalsTerms and Conditions indicate "artnaturals(r) cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.", I do think the organization can be held accountable for false advertisement of items in stock as well as shipping within 48 hours of order placement. Artnaturals is completly in
control of their website and the statements made there. Customers are made to believe that items are available and ready for shippment while they are not. Artnuturals is taking money from customers without fulfilling their part of the order or with delay of more than 4 weeks. This is unethical and unacaptable business practices.

Desired Outcome

First of all, i would like the items i have ordered as i have fullfilled my part of the contract and provided payment. Secondly, i would like that the organization updates its website to reflect accuracy of Items available as well as of shipping times and customer service responses. I would like to protect other customers to have the same experience due to this false advertisement.

Unable to contact them about canceling my order. Unable to leave a phone message or speak with anyone.
I purchased a product online in shortly there after, I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped. The phone number they have listed (XXX-XXX-XXXX) has a voice saying they do not except phone calls. The email address they have listed (***) comes back with a mailer daemon. Because I have no way of communicating with them, I was unable to stop the shipment of the order. The website says I have to have approval for a return but I cannot get in touch with anyone in order to get approval

I would like to return the product shipping paid by the vendor because they would not respond in time for me to cancel the order and I would like a refund

I placed an order and am way past shipping expectations. Cannot contact the store by any means for customer service.
I placed an order on 13 March 2020. I was assured if placed prior to 16 March it would ship by 25 March. It is now 07 April and still no package. Additionally, the company offers no means to contact them to resolve the issue. I have tried phone, email, social media to no avail.

Desired Outcome

I wish to be contacted by the business and informed of my order's status. I wish to be given tracking info. At the very least, I want a cancellation of my order with full refund.

I placed an order with Art Naturals on XXXXXXXXXX on 3/11/20. I have not received my order.
I placed an order with Art Naturals on XXXXXXXXXX on 3/11/20 for 12 bottles of hand sanitizer for our organization. I received email confirmation but did not see an an itemized summary with pricing (I found it later on the 2nd page) so that I could submit it to expense. I tried calling and no one has ever answered the phone. There is also no way to verify the order because the only way to track the order online is if you created an account prior to purchase, but I checked out as a guest. I tried emailing numerous times and received several automated emails on 3/20 not addressing my questions. I tried calling again and there was a recording stating if you placed an order before March 16th, it would ship by March 25th and anything after that was pending on March 31st. This was also reiterated in the automated email I received on 3/20 which also stated the order would ship out overnight with tracking. I finally received an email from *** on 3/30 stating he apologized for the delay but it "appears" that my order was shipped. He provided the order summary with the cost but no tracking. I emailed him twice on 3/31 for the tracking. He did not respond. I emailed him again on 4/3 stating I would bring this to the Revdex.com if I did not hear from him. No response and I have yet to receive the order. I have called Amex and they have this tagged in case I do not receive resolution.

Desired Outcome

I would like someone to get back to me with a tracking number and the delay in receiving the product. If this is not shipping out, I would like a full refund. When everyone is looking for hand sanitizer and I am trying to keep our office safe, this is horrible practice and customer service when it could potentially help save lives.

I appreciate the refund, and agree with most of the response, however weeks would go by without a response. If there was one, it was a canned response and did not address my question. When I was advised by someone finally that it shipped, it hadn't and went out much later. Others have complained about this as well. Moving forward, they need to be more mindful of answering people's emails. This isn't a luxury item. It is something to potentially save lives and if they are going to advise they have something in stock, they need to be able to get back to people within at least a 48-72 hour window max with some sort of legitimate response. Also to note - No one picks up their phone line ever.

I still feel the company did not address my 2nd response concerning that they do not get back to their customers during a timely fashion, do not answer their calls, or ship when they say they do. They told me my package was in transit and it came much, much later.

None the less, they did refund me as a courtesy, so I will consider this resolved. Thank you for your time and assistance.

4) Advised via e-mail delays in shipping but would be going out 25MAR2020 and shipment notification received
5) Order was for parents who are in mid 80s in assisted living - confirm daily it has not be received
6) Have attempted to reach company via
a) email - no responses / emails now bounce back with warning that company's inbox is full
b) phone call - message states use e-mail
c) facebook - no response and directs to e-mail.

My initial inquiry on order was answered to be patient until 3/25 but since then no e-mails have been answered.

This can be closed. Company finally responded and 17APR - more than 36 days after order was placed and 23 days after being advised order was shipping, my parents finally received the items.

I purchased 2 bottles of hand sanitizer from ArtNaturals on 3/12 and never received them.
I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer on 3/12/202 for $19.99 plus an additional 19.99 for expedited shipping. On 3/17/2020 I received an email that my order was shipped via UPS. The tracking info said the package would be delivered on 3/20/2020, but that did not happen. The shipping status was updated to package damaged. I called the company only to get a message saying they are not accepting calls, so I sent an email with documentation of my order and tracking info. I received a standard canned response and have not been able to reach them since. All emails are returned as undeliverable.

Placed two hand sanitizer orders on March 12, 2020. To date I have not received the merchandise (hand sanitizers).
I placed two hand sanitizer orders with this company on March 12, 2020. To date I have received the tracking data for one of the orders (I have yet to receive any product from either order). I have not received a tracking number for the second order.

They state that they provided me with a refund. No refund is showing in my account. As stated previously by me, I have received the merchandise for both orders. They state the product has no scent - that is not true - the products stinks. I ended up throwing away both orders as the smell rendered these unusable.

On May 14, 2020 I received a refund for both orders in my paypal account. Please feel free to close out this complaint. I will make sure to never deal with this company again and to always do my research before I buy from any company in the future.

-3/24/20: Contacted Business via email because it had been 9 business days with no update on the order (they guarantee shipping within 5 - 10 days). I did not receive a reply. Business contact phone and live chat not available. Checked business' Facebook page and they posted that if an order was placed before 3/16, it would be shipped and leave their facility by 3/25.
-3/26/20: I had not received an update. Sent Business a Facebook message and commented on their Facebook post. Did not receive a reply to either of these.
-3/30/20: Contacted Business via email again; I did not receive a reply.
-3/31/20: Contacted Business via email again; I did not receive a reply.
-3/31/20: Received Tracking # (UPS: ***). Business updated my order status to COMPLETE. I then checked tracking status and it shows the Label was created on 3.17.20 at 2:04 A.M. I reached out to UPS to check on the status and per UPS, the Business had not actually provided the package with the label created. I was informed by UPS to reach out to Business if it's been several days.
-4/6/20: Contacted Business via email and Facebook again; I did not receive a reply.
-4/8/20: Checked Tracking # / Package status again and it is still the same: Label created, but not shipped.

I never received my order / the product nor did I receive any sort of communication from the Business. Their website also has inaccurate / false / misleading information. The products they advertise are not in stock and the contact information is misleading (they don't have a phone or live chat) and my order status is inaccurate.

Desired Outcome

I just want to know where my products are, the status and have them delivered ASAP. And if they can't be delivered, I want a return. I just need some sort of communication.

Final case updates: full refund received. Other updates since case was submitted:

4.7.20: Received a marketing email titled "It's Spring Cleaning Time! " from their marketing team: ***. I replied on 4.8.20 describing my issue again and attached the emails and documentation for reference.

4.13.20: Received another marketing email titled "It's Spring Cleaning Time!" email from their marketing team: ***.

4.15.20: Received a feedback email from ***
4.27.20: Art Natural sent an email notification stating they would issue a full refund for not receiving the order.

I also received an email from PayPal on 5.1 (where I paid for the order) stating my refund request (from 4.11.20) was approved and would be issued. I received the refund on 5.4.20.

And shockingly, I actually received a package from Art Naturals which included ONE of the two products from my order: Unscented hand sanitizer - 2 pack, see attached image: Hand Sanitizer Received on 05.01.2020_***

I did not receive the other product: Top 8 Blend Set.

Delivery and billing issue. Ordered March 14, billed March 14. Never received order. Received *** of order. Can't get response from company.m
X-XX-XXXX placed order for sanitizer and aloe vera. Confirmed with order number XXXXXXXXXX. Paid with PayPal with payment going to Virgin Scent. Shipping to occur March 24. My payment was charged to my account same night. I have sents emails as instructed on their email . the first 2 went through but there was no response. The second two were non deliverable. I called and message system was full. Called again and it has a message saying orders taken before March 16 which mine was were being processed for shipping but still have not received. Since I submitted my order through a Facebook ad I tben PMd them through that and once again received a rote message to email them and they would get to it immediately. I have received no initiated response yet they are fiercely advertising everywhere now even balloon sizes of sanitizer. I need that sanitizer.
I have contacted my credit card company and they are investigating. My recent experience with PayPal went no where. I don't want my money back I want the products I ordered. And I am extremely frustrated. I have saved all attempted communication

I simply want the 2 bottles of sanitizer and 1 bottle of aloe Vera gel shipped to me ASAP with an extra santizer for all my stress.

I placed an online order a month ago and still haven't received it.
I placed an online order on March 10. I received two emails on March 30 saying my order had finally been shipped. I tried to track it but UPS said only a label was created, nothing had shipped. I have tried emailing the company 3 separate times to just get some update. I haven't received any response. No company should have customer service this poor. A simple return email would have helped.

I placed order on 3/12/20, my card was charged immediately. I never received my product.
I placed my order for hand sanitizer on 3/12/20 & my credit card was charged immediately. I emailed on 3/16 asking status. Received email on 3/20 stating that it would ship 3/25. No shipment, email, etc. Sent another email on 3/29 asking status, NO RESPONSE. Sent another email 4/4 asking status. NO RESPONSE. Tried calling phone number listed for company, message says to contact them via email, no ability to leave voice mail. I want my money back.

The day after submitting my Revdex.com complaint (and credit card dispute) - both on 4/9/20, SUDDENLY I got an email on 4/10/20 from them that the order was shipped. The tracking info then showed as "ready for shipment" until 4/14/20 when it finally showed as actually shipped and to be expected 4/21/20. I did finally receive my order on 4/21. I believe it took my Revdex.com complaint & credit card dispute for them to react. And now they want me to reply with "how'd we do" survey!!

Ordered on line an item from this business on 3/18/2020, amount $74.99. No delivery, response to my e mails
Ordered an item on line on 3/18/2020, $74.99 charged to my card. Despite my numerous e mails to this business asking about shipping and delivery information I have heard nothing until today. Today here is the cryptic message from them:
"Thanks for contacting us and sorry for keeping you waiting. For better service, our mail system is recently being upgraded, so sometimes it may not be possible to respond to emails in time, so I hope you understand. After looking at the order, we found that your order has been sent out in a package, but the logistics information may be delayed due to the recent increase in express delivery volume. "

REGARDLESS of "delivery issues" they cannot tell me where my item is. Thanks or your help. Need help crediting my card .

Credit to my credit card.

Order charged to credit card but never received.
I placed an order #XXXXXXXXXX on 3/30 for $147.80 which was charged to my credit card at that time. I received an email that the order shipped on 4/3/20 and was marked complete with tracking number ***. UPS, however, shows that a label was created, but no shipment or package was ever given to UPS. I have made numerous attempts to reach the company by phone and email, but no one returns my calls or emails.

Desired Outcome

I either want the product shipped out as ordered or I want my credit card refunded $147.80

The company finally shipped my order on Friday 4/24 and I received it today 4/26. Thank you so much for getting them to ship my order after I was unable to do so after many attempts! Thank you for being there for us consumers!!

I ordered hand sanitizer from their website on 03/10. I tried to contact them and received no response. Still haven't received. It's been a month.
4 pack of hand sanitizer and an essential roller. The total was 40.97
