No refund if used once and didn't like product for how it works and smells
Ordered TOP 8 ESSENTIAL OILS AND BLUETOOTH DIFFUSER and water evaporated too quickly and didn't like smells so I called company to refund product but they said because I opened product and tried it they would not return my money because this was now a used product...DUH how would I have known it worked like this and didn't smell right if I didn't give it a try...but NO return...found very sad
Really want my money back
We have looked into this matter and can confirm that this customer was offered a 50% refund on this product as they had already opened the item and used it. When offering the customer the 50% off they got mad and hung up the phone before we could offer a full 100% refund as the customer was still unhappy.
We have already given this customer the full refund of her order.
