Price gauge: hand sanitizer Amazon for *** per bottle whilst on its website the same was priced at *** for 4 bottles aka *** per bottle.
I bought 2 bottles from Art Naturals on Amazon and then immediately canceled the order because I realized they were price gauging. The company refused to cancel my order and shipped the item anyway a week after I wrote to . I am immune compromised and at high risk from COVID. Amazon customer service wrote to Art naturals as well TWICE advising them to cancel the order and they did not respond to Amazon. They advised me to return the order but then did not send instructions. Even if they do, I am at high risk for COVID because of my health. How can they ask me to go to a store!! All I want is a refund of my order or at least a price adjustment of *** per bottle. Refund the balance *** = *** x 2 =

Website claims hand sanitizer orders were supposed to ship on 3/25 if purchased before 3/16. Have yet to receive any tracking info or explanations
Ordered through this website for hand sanitizer due to it being unavailable anywhere else. Price was significantly high for the amount but I was desperate so I paid it. It states orders placed before 3/16 would ship on 3/25. I placed the order on 3/10. I expected to receive shipping confirmation on the 25th of March or the next day. I emailed the company on the 26th and never got a response. I also tried calling multiple times and every time it goes to the beeping dial tone. I would not care if shipping was delayed but customers should be made aware. If you are claiming you have hand sanitizer in stock then you should be prepared to ship it or at least have a way to communicate with the customers. I have also seen there website has fake reviews and the real reviews on other webpages state when items are sent out they arrive damaged and product seems sketchy. There were not many reviews available for this company prior to my order or I would never have taken the chance. Do I file a complaint with PayPal to get my money back?

Ordered product and credit card was charged. Product never delivered and company totally unresponsive to phone calls, email, social media messages.
Ordered essential oils and hand sanitizer on March 13 and was immediately charged *** on my credit card. I never received an order confirmation email so I contacted them by email and phone to ask when it would be delivered. They didn't respond to either. Because I never received the order confirmation I cannot recall exactly what I ordered. I believe it was 2 bottles of essential oils and 6 or 8 bottles of hand sanitizer.

The product was supposed to arrived a week ago and it never did. So I contacted them through email, phone again and also through Facebook and Twitter. I also emailed the CEO. Still no response.

Upon searching their social media I found dozens of similar complaints from other customers who were scammed in the same way.

Desired Outcome

I want the charge reverse/ refunded.

Ordered on March 9 from art naturals 3 2packs of unscented 8oz bottles of hand sanitizer cost *** per pack cost of *** Order ***. It comes up On PayPal as virgin scent. On 3/21 t I received 1 two pack inside a manilla envelope. Both bottles leaked leaving me with 2 half empty bottles. I have tried contacting the company several times and emailed several times and placed comments on their FB page but haven't received any response. Can you help me please.

I was mailed the incorrect order. Their phone line says to email. I emailed them twice and got an auto generic response back about ship dates.
I received my order on 3/17. I ordered two bottles of unscented hand sanitizer from them. I received lavender hand sanitizer instead. I'm not able to do scents. I emailed them on 3/17 to inquire about this and got a generic email back on 3/20 about how they were super busy and getting the product out as fast as they could, listing anticipated ship dates for orders. I wrote back letting them know that they hadn't addressed my concern regarding the incorrect order and how to go about returning/exchanging the product. They responded back with a very similar auto email as the last one on 3/20. I was charged for the incorrect product on my debit card. I still have heard nothing back from them. I called them initially on the 3/17 when I received my incorrect order first before I emailed and their phone voicemail at that time stated that due to high volumes of calls that they could be reached via email. My order number was #XXXXXXXXXX.

I would like either an exchange or replacement of the correct product, or a refund.

Artnaturals is taking advantage of the Covid-19 crisis by deploying bait & switch techniques. They will not refund or exchange the product they sent.
I placed an order for unscented hand sanitizer. After a couple week wait, I was sent an email my order was shipped. After another long wait the order arrived. Inside the package was not unscented hand sanitizer. They sent coconut hand sanitizer - which is a product not even advertised for sale on their website. Additionally, they are price gouging and increasing prices to make more money during the Covid-19 crisis. After many un-returned emails, Facebook messages, and phone calls to the company, I turn to you to ask for a refund of this product. This company has to be referred to the Attorney General of CA as well for their deceptive business practices.

Ordered from them. Sent an e mail 2 days later to cancel my order as no one is available on the phone. No reply. Have e- mailed a number of times but no reply. Noticed they have charged my credit card and sending notices my order has been processed after 3 weeks in their system. Their shipping date is past and U P S. has no idea who I am.

I placed 03/21/2020 on their website They selling the same products for 60% less on Amazon. My order was not shipped, they wont refund wont respond
I placed an order on their website on 03/21/2020 Shortly after I realized they are engaging in price gouging since I paid about 60% more then what they are charging their amazon customers. I emailed them several times trying to receive a refund. I kept getting a generic email response thanking me for my order. I then called about 15 times but they don't answer the phone and there is no option to leave a message. I also contacted them on FB today. My order was not shipped despite their promise to ship it two days ago. regardless. I should be able to cancel an order that never even left their warehouse but they are ignoring me and several other customers who are trying to get a hold of them (see reviews on there their facebook page) Besides ignoring their customers they are price gouging taking advantage of the Coronavirus pandemic , which is illegal. Ordered sanitizer March 12 & requested refund March 13th. Called, emailed, Instagram messaged several times and request ignored.

This company took advantage of everyone's panic about Covid and price gauges hand sanitizer that wasn't even in stock. Ordered March 12, called several times no answer, emailed several times no answer from March 13 to now. Item was not shipped yet card was charged right away and no response for cancellation or refund. Went to their Instagram page and tried to request there where there are several other customers complaining of the same thing as well as Twitter. Got general responses saying they are busy and also that customer seduce is a different department from Instagram but that they would contact about my issue and email me. No one emailed and still no help. They continue to put customers down a wild goose chase for help and answers. Then I got an email saying package shipped yesterday and still no response to my request to cancel and refund. Took my and many other customers money without shipping but won't respond for request as to cancel and refund.

Full refund. I do not want the product as it is overpriced and also the customer service is reprehensible. Some customers even complain items finally received a day or two ago damaged and with various scents they don't order. I just want a full refund and cancellation. I ordered a bottle of their Aloe Vera Gel from the Amazon site to mix with 90% alcohol to create an effective hand sanitizer during this Covid-19, Corona Virus pandemic. What did I receive for my $19.00? A bottle of water! That's right. No gel. Plain water! The bottle had their label for Aloe Vera Gel on it alright but was filled with nothing but water! Don't waste your money or time ordering from this "company". Beware these scammers!

Arrived March 24, 2020. The box was wet and damaged. One of the four bottles was broken. This should have been a green aloe vera GEL. It appears to be soap water. It absolutely is not what is was represented to be. This appears to be a scam as aloe vera is a key ingredient for hand sanitizer. It appears this company is sending out water instead of the product at a elevated price during the height of a pandemic.

Desired Outcome

I wish to be immediately, fully refunded without having to return the scam product. The company page is now deleted from Amazon, however the reviews are present. Many others have left reviews yesterday and today with the exact same comments. That this was an inflated price gouging fraud.

One more computer-generated email that was sent to me and is NOT addressing what I am complaining about. Read my complaint. Refund my money. Your computer-generated emails is another issue I have complained about, and what do you do? Send me another computer-generated email. I will try again:
1. I placed an order.
2. Immediately after placing the order, I tried canceling it
3. No one answer the phone
4. I kept receiving the same generic, computer-generated response as the company sent just now.
5. I have sent over 100 emails, tried contacting them also via social media, phone calls and they kept sending me the same exact email as well as marketing emails
6. You are once again sending this email to me, not responding to my actual requests, not giving me a refund, and in the meantime, while neglecting hundreds of customers, selling their products to chain stores. Unacceptable, feudal, and criminal behavior. Taking our money away and ignoring us, the customers who paid for the product in good faith. It is my right as a consumer to be able to cancel an order as soon as I placed it. I am seriously considering starting a nation and a call action lawsuit. ArtNaturals, your behavior is despicable. Why have you bothered to "respond" here, finally two months later with the SAME generic email that says nothing whatsoever about my case? What is your point?

I ordered un-scented hand sanitizer and received the sanitizer with a fragrance. Customer Service doesn't respond.
On March 12, 2020, I was searching the internet for a company that sold hand sanitizer due to the virus outbreak. I came across ArtNaturals site and placed an order right there and then because they advertised scent free products. I was aware the product wasn't going to ship for at least a week as it was noted on their website. The next day, I went to the page on Facebook and saw a lot of posts about how this company was scamming customers because customer service wasn't responding back to them about their orders. I called and sent numerous emails and private messages and it wasn't until 4-5 days later that I heard back saying they were overwhelmed with the number of orders and was trying to fulfill them. On Monday, 3/16/2020, someone from the company posted a video showing that they received a large supply of the sanitizers and that they were getting ready to ship any time. A day later, I received tracking info and on Saturday, March 21, 2020, the package arrived. To my surprise, the sanitizer was infused with lavender and not un-scented. The company didn't contact me to inform me of the change and just shipped it assuming it would be ok. Well, there was a reason why I didn't want the product scented. I sent them numerous emails and private messages and haven't heard back. Not sure if I will. I don't know if I'll have a reaction to the lavender scent and I'm sitting on the fence to dispute this with my credit card company. I've had two other companies pull a fast one on me that I had to dispute. Getting tired of being taken advantage of.

I would like a refund because their website had the option to order scent free products and my receipt shows this as well. Trying to contact customer service is impossible and their voice mail box was full for days to where you couldn't leave a message. I have a string of emails showing their automated responses. I private messaged the company on 3/16 to where they asked me if I wanted a refund. I told them no because I knew the product was going to ship in a few days. I didn't know then that I was getting lavender scented product. I private messaged them on 3/21/2020 sending them a picture of what I received. Haven't heard back. I have no intentions on sending bottles back because they made the error.

As of 5/13/2020, the company emailed me with a copy of a company check in full amount and a 2 day shipping label. I should be receiving the check in a few days for which I will depositing immediately. I'm going in good faith that the check clears. If it doesn't, I will be re-opening this complaint. I will never be ordering from this company again.

I have been attempting to obtain a refund from this business. All form of contact has failed numerous times.
I purchased a pack of 4 unscented hand sanitizers on March 12th, 2020 for a total of *** After taking notice that these packs were only 8 oz, I attempted to contact for a cancellation and refund. An email was sent with my order number, #XXXXXXXXXX. I waited for the required 1 business day, but no reply had and still has not been received. I attempted to contact again on March 16th, this time through telephone, but the call failed each time. It would ring numerous times before stating the mailbox was full and hanging up. I called throughout the day, but the same occurred. There was no live chat to be found. I resorted to their Facebook page, where I messaged, but received no way to contact. I finally read the reviews from other customers experiencing the same problem with customer services no one could be contacted about refund issues or items not received. Their support page on Facebook no longer works and their pricing is outrages. I want to make sure that I support others dealing with similar issues and prevent future customers from purchasing from a store that does not provide adequate customer service.

After multiple messages, a refund was issued on April 11, 2020.

Recently I placed an order for a product of hand sanitizer and customer service is unavailable.
I recently purchased a product of hand sanitizer which showed fully in stock at time of order, I even placed the order with expedited shipping in the product ordered. I was charged immediately and have yet to receive any updates nor a shipping delivery email as states in the email saying purchase accepted. I called their customer service number listed on their website and no one answered it went to voicemail and no one answered after multiple attempts through out the day to reach anyone.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a refund in full of product order or to receive product as promised and an apology from the company for the false misinformation on their website of reaching out to them at their phone number listed on their website. It almost feels as though it is a fake website and fraudulent activities to get you to purchase a product of hand sanitizer as there have been several price gouging and false misrepresentation of their product stock and options of expedited delivery.

I canceled my order well before shipping, but the business shipped anyway and has not given refund or even replied to emails or answered their phone.
On March 11, I ordered from artnaturals the product "unscented hand sanitizer - 2pack." (SKU: *** Order number was XXXXXXXXXX. Price was *** incl tax and shipping, paid by paypal. Artnaturals said in email confirmation that the product was out of stock but would ship on March 25.

On March 15, I attempted to call to cancel the order, but only heard a prerecorded greeting with no way to leave a message but telling customers to send email inquiry instead. I immediately (still March 15) sent an email canceling the order and asking for a refund. I did not need the product anymore and was especially keen on not having it shipped to me because the product is in high demand now and I wanted someone who really needs it to be able to order it.

On March 17, I received an email from artnaturals saying it was being shipped. (Miraculously, it seems, it was now in stock.) I tried calling to again to cancel - still no answer by a person - and then emailed again to explain I had already told them to cancel, and to NOT ship the item. I still have never heard from them after any of my emails.

On March 18, I received a package from them and it is not even the product I ordered - it is a lavender scented hand sanitizer, and both of the bottles had not been closed all the way and much of the gel had leaked out into the package. So not only was it NOT what I ordered, it arrived damaged after I had canceled the order in the first place, and at a time when thousands of people are trying to buy hand sanitizer who really need it. This is shameful behavior on many levels. I demand a refund, and I am still willing to return the items they sent me.

After not responding to me directly for weeks over a shipment that was both not what was ordered and arrived damaged, I filed a Revdex.com complaint and eventually that compelled this company to do the correct thing and issue a refund.

I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer for *** on March 10 and have not had any confirmation or shipping updates and no items
I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer for *** plus *** for shopping on March 10. I paid through paypal. I have not had any updates on my order . my order totaled about *** I have yet to even get any email from art naturals to let me know when my item will ship or arrive. I have emailed them to ask them to PLEASE CANCEL THIS ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY to the original form of payment IMMEDIATELY.

They should not be advertising an abundance of hand sanitizer and take orders and money and never even contact their customers with a confirmation or update on the order. When I called the merchant number I got no response. Is this a scam during the corona crisis while people are scrambling for hand sanitizer? If they have such a huge stock as suggested on their website, there should be no delay in sending a confirmation or an update on shipping. Right now all I want is to cancel this order and get a refund of my purchase
