I reject the response because there has been multiple phone calls after a credit on the account was discussed. I received bills after it was canceled for amounts that were not the same as we discussed making me not want any dealing with your companyThen I asked for a credit on my card on Jan20th, Feb 19th, Mar31, Apr27, and have the email documentation to prove this so please do not act like I have not asked for a credit to my cardI have called the Brunswick number the Jacksonville number the number on the statements that were sent after the account was closed trying to get someone to resolve this issue even the credit card company called the number they had for your company today and I receive the same spill of someone will call mePlease just credit my card

All fees have been removed from this account and it has been closed with a zero balance

The $was placed was placed back into the customers account at 9:12am this morning 6/The transaction number for this process is #***

These units were serviced and the crew out there working watched them as they were serviced as well as a sticker was placed in the units. There were times that there were cars in the way of the trucks to service the units and the crew just stood there and did not move the vehicles causing no
serviceAs far as the Arwood Waste truck just riding by this is not the case as our sister company *** *** *** *** serviced the units for us and the trucks have there names on themThe units have very recently been removed *** the customer owing $1246.52. When Mr*** called and placed the order for the portable restroomArwood Waste did indeed sub contractIt has been verified that the unit was delivered to the specific location. When the delivery driver arrived at the location there was an attendant there that advised him as to where to
place the portable restroom. The charge of $is a valid charge owed to Arwood Waste

I am rejecting this response because:*** did not tell me that it was only another 10-day rental Instead she said I should call when we wanted it picked up Apparently as a result, the dumpster was picked up and we were charged for those days, which we have paid Yes, there were no fees, because we PAY OUR BILLS ON TIME.Yes, *** called our home (***) and left a message but neither she nor *** called my (***) or my husband's (***) cell, which we left several times as contact numbers and that you listed as our contact number in one of your original explanations We have tried to call *** back, but yet again we were told she wasn't available.***'s actions have caused us to have to put our refuse in the weekly/bi-weekly trash/recycling pickup bins, which has caused us to have a large stack of trash bags piled up in the back yard of the property Another fellow investor has stated that we can use his dumpster, but we do not feel that is fair to him, nor should we have to jump through these hoops since we tried several times to get our dumpster returned but have not been able to get anyone to speak us.Originally, I had stated that we only wanted a call of explanation, but now after a continued comedy of errors, we would appreciate an immediate delivery of a dumpster and the ability to pay the per diem rate, rather than having to pay the large initial rate that we paid

complaint to be posted for all to view so that hopefully others out in the working mans world need not be dragged through this whole ordeal if they have the facts about the way Arwood Waste does businessI would recommend that whichever bureau is in charge of keeping a companies business practices honest take a serious look into Arwood Waste's policiesOvercharging people outrageous prices for undesired goods or services and then settling to a lower amount seems like a scam to skim more money off the top causing people to still pay more than contractually obligated for fear of having their names dragged into a collection agency which in turn compromises one's creditAlthough one mans opinion might not matter or mean much to a company like Arwood Waste, I imagine that if every one of Arwood Waste's potential customers were to have the facts about the way that Arwood does business that not a single person would be doing business with that companyNo one wants to pay more than what is owed, and certainly no one wants to be taken advantage of in the way that Arwood Waste seems to be getting away with over the past couple of yearsRevdex.com complaints as Arwood Waste, and Revdex.com complaints as Arwood Waste, IncDifferent names, different phone numbers, same people, same shady business practicesIn the end I guess all I can hope for is that the wrongs are righted and Justice will prevail, and no one else has to go through the same hassle as I did

I sincerely apologize that you had such a bad experience with Arwood Waste. We tried everything we could to supply you the units you requested. Arwood Waste has since implemented new procedures so no one else endures this type of issues on what is supposed to be a glorious stress free timePlease accept my apologies and if you ever want to use Arwood Waste again you will have a credit on your account for future services

We sincerely apologize for this oversight.  This is the first time that we had an event domino such as this one did.  We are a national company who partners, networks, and teams with many companies across the states.  It is literally impossible for us to have an...

accurate count on inventory, which in the normal course of business, does not effect us at all.  Unfortunately, we were not prepared for this, and  with the onslaught of orders for this event, there were multiple orders that were double booked, and even triple booked.  The companies that we use in these rural ares only have so many units, and they were booking orders at the same time we were. There again, this usually does not effect us in anyway.  We just were not prepared for this, as this has never happened in this way to us before.  Unfortunately, we had to "Overbook" quite a few orders because of this issue.  While we do apologize for the mix up, we hope that you can take some satisfaction in light of the fact that we now have a model to follow on large events like this.  We have a process, and if followed, it will alleviate the possibilities of this happening again.
