I am not sure why this is here as we have paid the invoice in full appox. 2 weeks ago.  This was paid through [redacted] bill pay.

Earlier when I said our sister company serviced you, you made the statement yeah but the bill came from Arwood Waste not our sister company. I will be more that happy to ask for a duplicate invoice from oursister company and send to you.

[redacted] has been refunded the $198.93. This was put back on a credit card.  We did not run his  card without permission. Either Mr. [redacted] or someone affiliated with Mr. [redacted] paid online directly to Arwood Waste.

I will do a good will adjustment on the account on the money owed as well as send a lien release.  There is not a refund due. I will take care of these adjustments when Mr. [redacted] is satisfied with the offer of the adjustment I will forward a lien release to all parties involved.

Mr. [redacted] called our office on 2/22/17 @ 8:28am for delivery on 2/23 for a roll off dumpster. Please see attached order form all fees associated are on the form. This form was immediately sent to Mr. [redacted]advising of all fees he agreed to and giving him time to cancel if need be. Arwood Waste...

I am rejecting this response because: I can provide statements from the many witnesses that prove my point that the unit was not cleaned for months and was unusable to anyone who was on the property. They had to use the woods to relieve themselves.  Also can provide statements as to how no one working at the house ever saw anyone out cleaning the unit from November 2013-July2014. I find that nearly impossible especially if they were suppose to be out there every week cleaning it as they said in Sept 2014 when I was trying to get them to come and clean it again. Also I do not understand how my amount due could double from Dec 2014 to now. Arwood keeps stating that all they are asking is for the money they are due, well all I am and have been asking since July 2014 is the money that we are due from all the months of non-service.  My attempts to resolve this matter peacefully have been ignored for many months now.

This was an error on Arwood Waste's part and these fees have been removed. Our internal system had a major malfunction and crashed with all our information.The account is closed with a zero balance

I am rejecting this response because: you did not fulfill this order because you did not provide a trailer. Your delivery man called and said here's a name and phone number. Your business failed to provide the reliable, dependable service it advertises. You did not bother to contact me after I completed the survey that your company sends out. You seem to be missing the main issue. I had a contract for $1394; at the very last possible moment you left me without the trailer and passed me off to another company. This incurred an additional cost of over $500.  Do you consider this dependable and reliable service that you advertise? It wasn't my fault, but I'm the one stuck with the additional expense. We called the week before the wedding and on Thursday and were guaranteed a toilet. The stress this caused our family the day before the wedding was awful .

resolution is satisfactory to me. After submitting the complaint the business said they could have the unit to me on Monday July 27, which was unacceptable to me as I needed the unit for July 24th. They were unable to tell me why my unit was not delivered on the confirmed date or where it was. I had told the business I was submitting a complaint but cancelled the unit because it would be useless to me if delivered after the 23rd. I am satisfied with the cancellation and the fact my card was not charged but would like to know why my unit was not delivered as promised.

The account has a zero balance however, there is not a refund dues as we do not pro-rate.  I sincerely, apologize that you called and the unit was not removed per your instruction but it has been now and your account is closed.

Arwood Waste spoke with Ms. J[redacted] this morning about the situation.  The situation has been handled in house.  As I have no way to know exactly whom she spoke with we have taken steps across the board in our office to assure this does NOT ever happen again.

complaint, I spoke to [redacted] and cancelled the pickup.  That is when I was told about the per diem.  They still didn't explain why we never received any call backs nor have we received a call from management as requested in the complaint.

I just tried to call the number that was supplied [redacted] and received an automated voice mail.  After looking at the account I see that the dumpster was originally set up for removal on 12/12 and after Ms. [redacted] called in the removal date was changed to 12/22. The dumpster was removed on 12/23/14.  You have a zero balance we extended your rental with no penalties per your request. I am not understanding exactly what you are wanting me to do.I sincerely apologize that this has escalated.

Mr. [redacted] called in to the Arwood Waste customer service line and order a dumpster.  Arwood Waste does not guarantee delivery and or removal times.  We services the dumpster per Mr. [redacted]s request.  He is now asking for more money than he paid to begin with from...

Arwood Waste.  There is no refund due as services rendered.  I called him and left a message.  If Mr. [redacted] chooses to use Arwood Waste again we will do the service at no charge for him and all he will have to pay is the dump bill.  Arwood Waste strives on good customer service and we will go out of our way to accommodate our customers.
