Arwood Waste supplies dumpsters and sanitation units that is what type of company we are. Mr. [redacted] called our office ask for a dumpster we gave him a price and he accepted.He actually called and ordered another dumpster under his wife's name and later cancelled it. Arwood Waste has done nothing wrong. Had Mr. [redacted] done more research he would have found the dumpster company in his area. Just like 411 you pay for them to find the number you pay us to find a dumpster. I apologize Mr. [redacted] does not see it that way

I am the [redacted] and I just started working your account today.Your total outstanding balance is $275.29. The dumpster weighed 6.82 you were not given the 3 ton allotment and adjusted that as well as removed the $14 dollars for the over days allotted.As far as the tree goes AW subbed the job...

Our office was called for the removal and it was mistakenly removed 5 days early. Arwood Waste would be happy to reimburse you the $34.38 which would be the amount for the 5 days. As far as going on private property the driver went on that property weekly to service so we were not aware that we were...

not to go on the property.

I am rejecting this response because: Nice try but I asked. "This is [redacted] correct?" Sales lady responded with, "This is Arwood Waste." Then there was silence for a second while I comprehended that there were multiple numbers for this company listed with [redacted]. And when I informed the sales lady that I already had a poor experience with Arwood she said she had heard about that. Own up to mistakes and fix them. Don't make up excuses. Why don't we look into the record of the calls since your call center records calls for quality assurance?

Arwood Waste done everything in our power to supply the requested items.  I have tried to locate something elsewhere.Unfortunately there is not anyway to give you the money difference.  These things are beyond Arwood Waste control and we notified you as soon as we were aware of the problem

equipment that was NOT rushed to the site and was not delivered in the time that it was promised. We clearly stated when we inquired about the rental we only needed it for that week. If the equipment could not be delivered by the end of day the NEXT business day like promised (which would be considered rushed) then [redacted] that placed the order should have informed us that it could not make it and we would have not placed the order.  Why is [redacted] being charged 100$ cancellation fee on a rushed order that was not rushed? The equipment literally showed up four days after order, three days later then promised and as we were getting ready to leave the site and did not get unloaded did NOT  get delivered or used.

The balance on the account has been removed and the account has been closed with a zero balance.

Arwood Waste does sincerely, apologize for the unfortunate  lack of service you received. Arwood Waste could not service your area with the restroom trailer. Again this was an episode that has occurred very few times and we are working diligently with all of our sister companies...

to assure it does not happen again.  Please accept Arwood Waste apologies.

Arwood Waste was advised by [redacted] that we should leave the credit on the account as his contract would be up with there current company December 2015.  This is the reason this is the reason this has not been refunded.  I am requesting the refund nowand it takes appox. 7-10 business days...

for this to show on the credit card.  This payment was made to Arwood Waste by credit card and unfortunately this is how we have to credit it back.

Arwood Waste advised the customer in ample time that we were over booked and could not supply the unit. Arwood called and emailed multiple times to advise.  Arwood Waste strives on excelling in our service.  I sincerely apologize that we could not supply the unit.

Arwood Waste has implemented standard procedures to avoid these unfortunate incidents.  They are very minimal however, things do happen

Mr. [redacted] actually placed the order with Arwood Waste. The removal date of 3/7 is a tentative removal date and all customers are advised to call our office for removal.  As you can see attached the invoice from our sister company showing the services that were rendered.  As she stated the...

invoice was billed at $3,200 and has been reduced to $800.  When billing I did not realize Mr. [redacted] had requested and paid for multiple cleanings per week. After speaking with our sister company I was advised the only extra was for the Saturday and Sunday cleaning which is why the invoice was reduced. Mrs. [redacted] continued to slander my employees with harsh words as well as verbally abusing my entire staff, as well as myself.  Arwood finally received payment from [redacted] on 5/26/16 by check number #[redacted]

The total you paid was $188.93 which is for services rendered.  All other fees have been removed from the account.

I am rejecting this response because:
As stated previously, photographs taken of the property this summer for the purpose of sale have been requested but are not yet available.  They will be forwarded as soon as they are received.
We maintain that there was no unit at the property to be removed on November 24, 2014 at 4:30 AM.  A notarized letter from the [redacted] stating that the unit was removed in May in her presence as well as a description of the individual representing Arwood Waste is available.  This letter may be scanned and emailed to Arwood Waste or through the Revdex.com website OR may be mailed.  What would be preferred?  Additionally, a three way discussion with the [redacted] and Arwood is an option.  How can we arrange this?
I have also provided a June 16 response from Arwood indicating charges were for the pick up via email. 
The broken door was reported to Arwood via the telephone call between May 2 and May 12.  Photos were taken to document this as there was no replacement of the unit.
The November 2014 billing indicates charges for the period of May through November.   No previous monthly billings were sent for monthly rental and/or service.  Is there a log available of our account detail which shows the dates and times services were allegedly performed?  Is there a log of how the unit was removed in November or who the individuals spoke with?  Again, the gate to the property is locked and would not have been accessible without the assistance for the [redacted].
We greatly appreciate the prompt and diligent attention this matter has now received and look forward to resolving this matter.
