In July I started get extensive dental work done at Aspen Dental Brooklyn, OhioIt was approximately $worth of workThere were many issues throughout the processI had a "deep cleaning" done on my first visit after which I was given an electronic Oral B toothbrush, only later to find out I was billed $for said tooth brushNo one in the entire office ever told me that it was not free, they just handed it to me on the way out of the office, I figured I just financed $worth of work I got a free tooth brushWhen it was later brought the attention of Byron one of the office personnel, who said Oh they should have told you that there was a costBring it back in the sealed box and we will give you a credit, well by the time this took place the Toothbrush had been used and the box thrown awayI needed two Crowns- the first set of crowns were made incorrectly and were too small, so they had to be re-done (which was at no cost to me), when the new crowns were comp

Dear Mr***: Thank you for sharing your concerns about the balance showing past due resulting from the billing to your dental insurance for the services your received. I am writing to you on behalf of the Albany, NY Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Aspen
Dental Assoc of Hudson Valley PLLC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Albany, NY Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. The balance showing due on your account is a result of your dental insurance not remitting payment for the x-ray services that you received on November 02, 2016. Any balance remaining after dental insurance has responded to a claim is the patient/guarantor’s responsibility. As a courtesy to you, the past due balance has been removed. You will receive no more invoices for that service date. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint I am available for any further questions at the below contact information. Dear Mr***: Thank you for sharing your concerns about the cost of the services for the PLD Cast denture you received on March 20,
2017. I am writing to you on behalf of the Auburn, NY Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Aspen Dental of Central New York PLLC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Auburn, NY Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. On April 20, 2015, you paid $with your Discover card for dental treatment which included the PLD Cast partial denture. On April 27, 2015, a refund for $(cost of the PLD Cast partial denture) was processed back to your Discover card. Complaint: ***i am REJECTING this response because its does NOT ADDRESS THE DAMAGE DONE TO MY MOUTH, and GUMS! ASPEN ADDRESSED the FINANCIAL SIDE, but NEGLECTED MY MOUTH, and the DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE ILL-FITTING "DENTURE'S!" I CONSULTED THE OREGON DENTAL BOARD, AND THEY'RE AWAITING THE RESULTS FROM MY PERSONAL DENTIST WHO WILL "ADDRESS" THE "UNADDRESSED" PORTION OF THIS COMPLAINT- MY DENTURES, & ASPEN'S "LACK" TO REPLACE WHAT THEY "DAMAGED"in more ways than one!

This is an update to my prior complaint response. We have been in contact with Ms***’s dental insurance provider *** Dental concerning the November 21, 2017, open claim issue. *** has advised us that the claim is being processed as “out of network” and that payment for
those services will be sent directly to the patient. *** Dental did not advise us of the amount of the payment. We have closed the claim on our end and as a courtesy taken/absorbed the estimated participating provider discounts. Ms*** will have a balance due to Aspen Dental of $81.20. Enclosed with this fax is a copy of Ms***’s Aspen Dental account ledger history showing the adjustments, balance due etc. Thanks, Sincerely, Ron H*** Senior Patient Satisfaction SpecialistAspen Dental Management, Inc. Here is my response to this complaint.____________________________________June 22, 2016 Dear MsMitchell: Thank you for sharing your concerns about the refund to your Genesis Finance account. I am writing to you on behalf of the Amsterdam, NY Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and
operated by Aspen Dental Assoc of Hudson Valley PLLC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Amsterdam, NY Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. The reason a refund was not processed back to your Genesis account for the existing credit after payment from *** Dental was received is because you had pending appointments on your Aspen Dental account. You in fact had appointments scheduled in May and September 2015. Both were cancelled and rescheduled. Your last visit was on November 19, 2015. You had another appointments scheduled for 3:30PM on May 23, 2016, which was cancelled at 08:AM on that date and was not rescheduled. With no pending appointments scheduled for you, the credit balance of $was refunded to Genesis on May 26, 2016. Unfortunately Aspen Dental cannot reimburse you for finance charges accrued on your Genesis Finance account. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. I am available for any further questions at the below contact information. January 17, I had the first of two appointments with Aspen Dental to have a routine cheand cleaning and a couple of teeth filled At that time the office at Aspen Dental checked with my insurance, *** *** *** to verify coverage and to let me know what I would owe as my part I began my treatment which was a deep cleaning that dayBefore I left the office I told them I wanted to pay the entire amount that I owed before I left They tried to talk me into setting up a payment plan but I insisted on just paying the amount I owed in full which was I returned on January 24, and they completed my cleaning and filled two teeth Before leaving that day I paid which I was told was the total amount I owed I never returned for any more appointments but was surprised to be sent a bill for over $from Aspen Dental, supposedly because they had decided that they were not a provider for *** *** ***? After some time they reduced my bill to $ I

I made arrangements to have FIVE TEETH extracted and was informed I would be completely put out for the procedure I was not "put out completely" But only placed in what they after the fact called "conscious sedation" I was never clearly informed I would not be put under for the procedure I was completely awake, made several attempts to inform them I was not asleep and feeling pain they continued through the entire procedure insisting I would be fine I will never step foot in this office again and feel they failed to explain the procedure to me prior As well I have been charged financially for services which I feel I did not receive One being not asleep during the procedure I have also been charged with services which were planned, but never completed such as a two step cleaning AND A VERY EXPENDSIVE TOOTH BRUSH, WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED I was never afraid of the dentist but am suffering from Post Traumatic Stress over the entire extraction

I had my back right molar filled in March It almost immediately felt odd but there was no pain so I thought that it was perhaps not flush with my tooth surfaceI returned in October for my biannual appointment and I had a small chip on another tooth that I needed looked atDuring that examination, Dr *** the temporary dentist, who is the only dentist I have been treated at that office that I would recommend, said that the tooth under my filling was cracked and I would need the filling redone, which would be done at no cost, in addition to a filling in the other toothWhen I returned for the appointment for the fillings, Dr *** the permanent dentist asked why I was thereI said that I needed a filling in the bottom molar and to have the other filling redone due to the tooth being cracked and said that it had never felt rightDr *** said that there was nothing wrong with the filling and declined to replace itInstead, he just filed down the edges, despite both the
