Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have not seen a credit for the toothbrush at all, never once was told that there would be a credit issuedSo if Aspen Dental can provide proof that the toothbrush was indeed credit back to my account with Dental First then I guess that issue is considered resolvedThe issue with the remaining $is not resolvedFind attached the last Treatment Acceptance that I signed releasing the $ for the upper partialAfter that transaction it states I have a credit balance of $ Also attached a transaction history from Dental First showing a credit issued for $ So where is the other $credit due?
Also attached is a claim form from my insurance company showing that in March of this year Aspen Dental filed a claim for my upper partial that I clearly paid for in JanuaryWhen Aspen was called I was told that a claim was never filed
All of the other replies from Byron S*** are not worth acknowledging as I am not a High School Kid who needs to go back and forth with the small stuffHe is incorrect on a lot of what he says and leave it at that
Lastly, I would like to add that I have absolutely no problems with the services received by DrP*** or his Technicians (all of the girls hygentists/technicians all absolutely wonderful).

I have no further response at this time. We are attempting to assist the patient with filing a claim to his medical carrier. I must be very clear that this is a courtesy provided by Aspen Dental as we do "not" participate with medical insurances. If/when we receive a reply from his medical carrier (they will reply to their subscriber) we will re-submit a claim to his dental insurance carrier

Aspen dental advertised on TV dentures for $per upper and $per lower I called them to verify that they accepted my insurance and told them I seen their advertisement on TV I got up there which is 1/hours from my home and they tell me that I can't get the discounted advertised rate because I have insurance The advertisement did not say if you have insurance you can't get the discounted advertised rate I would like to get the discounted advertised rate utilizing my insurance This is why I have insurance,I should not have to pay over $just because I have insurance This is one reason insurance rates are so high Companies that do this take advantage of insurance companies I would have a balance of $instead of $by getting the discounted rate utilizing my insurance

To whom it may concern: In response to Mr***’s complaint, he recently spoke with the Aspen Dental Regional Manager *** *** and an agreement was reached whereby he will be refunded the $that he paid for the denture repair and exam. The refund will be processed back to the
*** card he used to make payment with on June 05, 2017. Please allow 3-days for receipt and posting by his credit card bank. Thank You, Sincerely, *** *** *** ***Senior Patient Satisfaction SpecialistAspen Dental Management, Inc.*** *** *** ***

Because I haven’t been to a dentist in a few years, I was referred to DrP*** at Aspen Dental by my friend because she had dental work done for several hundred dollars by DrP*** and she was satisfied with the work he performed on her teeth
I called their office at Northcliff and made my appointment to see DrP*** on January 15, at 2:p.mfor a free evaluation DrP*** explained what had to be done to my teeth and I was introduced to the office manager Marcus R*** to talk about payment of the work to be done During my conversation with him he was called to the telephone and I was then introduced to some gal to complete this conversation about payment I was given documents that showed the work to be done on my teeth by DrP*** and the entire cost(copies are attached herewith) The work to be done on my teeth was fillings -- (one tooth had a silver filling and this silver filling had to be drilled out of the tooth before they could fill this tooth) and there

Dear Mrs***: Thank you for sharing your concerns about the cost of the dental treatment you received and your request for a refund. I am writing to you on behalf of the Dewitt, NY Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Aspen Dental of Central New York PLLC. I
certainly do apologize for your experience at the Dewitt, NY Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of a complaint filed on your behalf by Mr*** D*** with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. I am very sorry for the delay in processing the refund resulting from your overpayment for your dental services. After the posting of all insurance payments and provider discounts, your Aspen Dental account reflects a credit balance of $989.80. The credit is in fact greater than you indicated, because your dental insurance paid more for your services than was originally estimated. A refund in the amount of $is being processed back to the Dental First Finance account that you used to pay with. Please allow 3-days for receipt and posting. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. Dear Mr***: Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received. I am writing to you on behalf of the Horseheads, NY Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Horseheads Dental, P.C. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Horseheads,
NY Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it along with your Aspen Dental account with the Regional Manager, Valerie. The denture that you purchased included a hard reline to be done after the extractions healing process. There was no charge for that service as it is done on the same denture that you have. Therefore; there is no “permanent denture” charge to offset the $balance that you owe. As a courtesy, I have been authorized to remove the $balance. Your Aspen Dental account now reflects a $balance due. Please contact the dental office at ###-###-#### (option 2), if you wish to resume treatment and receive the no charge re-line that was included in your original purchase. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2016/10/13) */
I spoke with an Assistant Manager with Aspen Dental on the phone the other dayDuring our conversation he assured me over the phone that: my balance with ASPEN dental was $dollarsASPEN dental would no longer contact me by phone,
mail, or email to try and collect money from meI said that is good, thank him and told him I looked forward to never hearing from his company againAgain before I made the appointment with ASPEN Dental for the free evaluationI spoke at length with an
ASPEN representative on the phoneHe explained what would take place during this free visit and assured me there would be no charge to me for this visitWhen I went to the free visit at ASPEN, I made a point of asking every individual I met at the ASPEN dentist office, "Is this a free visit?" I was assured by all that it was
I thank you, Better Businses Bureau for getting in touch with ASPEN and bringing this misleading, upsetting and unpleasant experience with ASPEN dental to a satisfactory end

I went to Aspen Dental in Washington, Missouri I have dental insurance It had been a while since I last saw a dentist, so I knew I needed work done I kept all my appointments and the one or two I couldn't I changed in advance of the upcoming appointment My problem with Aspen is their billing/invoicing Every time I went to my appointments, I paid the full amount I owed in cash The invoices stated the amounts my insurance *** would pay, so each time I went, I left the office with a zero balance Within two weeks after each appointment I received a check from Aspen in various amounts for overpayment I still have one check for $that has never been cashed Once the work was completed on my teeth, I paid my bill and left Of course, I received another overpayment check Out of the blue, I get a notice that I owe Aspen $ Mind you, I still had a $credit with them (I have the paperwork and check receipts too) I ignore it because I figure it was a mis

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Further, I have verified that the credit has been made to the financing account as promised. Aspen Dental routinely overcharges on advance payments, then balks at refunding the overcharge. In this particular situation, the amount in question was far greater than usual. Thank you for your kind assistance in resolving this matter

RE: Aspen Dental Account Number *** Revdex.com ID
# *** Dear Ms***: Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received. I am writing to you on behalf of the McMinnville, OR Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Madugula LLC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at McMinnville, OR Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account with the McMinnville, OR Aspen Dental Office Manager, Ashlee and the Aspen Dental Insurance Claims Department. The denture that you purchased was an upgraded product that your dental insurance did not fully cover. You signed a treatment acceptance form acknowledging that the $enhancement fee would be paid for you out of pocket. Your dispute with your dental insurance company was not warranted. The matter has been appealed to Delta Dental to re-evaluate the claim and they have denied our appeal. As a response to Delta’s denial, on July 25, your account was adjusted and the $amount charged for the denture upgrade was refunded back to Dental First Finance. Please allow 3-days for receipt and posting. Enclosed are copies of your account ledger history and signed treatment acceptance form. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry.
