I went to this place in late June for what ended up being dentures I still to this day do NOT have any dentures I have gone back several times to this place with what they called immediate dentures that were never put in my mouth for week or two after I got them No matter what they did I could not wear the dentures I decided to go to a general dentist and a denture dentist to get a second opinion They informed me that the dentures would not work and that I had a cavity on one of my lower teeth that was left in my mouth that should of been fixed first So I decided to ask for a refund since they offer a money back guarantee I called the office and was told that before I could get the refund I had to go back into the office for the doctor to decide When I asked why that was not in their guarantee they gave me I was told that it was the way the dentist there did it Nowhere in their guarantee does it say that has to be done but I had to do it because they would not refun

Dear Mr***:
Thank you for sharing your concerns about the balance due for treatment you received. I am writing to you on behalf of the Dunkirk, NY Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Dental Services of Dunkirk PLLC I certainly do apologize for your
experience at the Dunkirk, NY Aspen Dental office
I have received your complaint statement filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. All new patients of Aspen Dental are required to have x-rays taken and have an examination done regardless of the reason for their visit. These diagnostic services allow the treating dentist to accurately determine a basis for treatment
Given the circumstances in your case, I have as a courtesy removed the $balance due for the x-rays from your account. You will receive no further billings for that service. Your account now reflects a zero balance due.
I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. I am available for any further questions at the below contact information
Sincerely,
Ron H***

ALERT! *** *** ** *** *** Cincinnati is a scam
I had met with the finance staff to discuss procedures I neededWe had agreed to break down all my dental work into stages
First stage involved extractions, a temporary partial plate, then after months a permenant plate would be madeI went over this entire procedure several times with different members of the finance staffThe total amount out pocket after insurance was to be $I paid on full for the whole procedure before any work had began
I had the teeth extracted and recieved the temporary plate in March I was told to schedule an appointment in monthsLast week I called and made the appointmentToday (September 24th 2014) I showed up and was told I had to have several fillings and scaling done before a permanent plate could be madeAlso that I would have to pay additional money for the permanent plateThis was not what we had agreed upon in March
I had went over this several times with the staff in March to be clear on what was going to be done and how much it costI had to be certain before I paid one centThe fault that falls on me, is that I didn't recieve any paperwork from the office besides my reciept for the $
I know what I was told by the staff, or I wouldn't have agreed to anything unless I knew I could pay for it Then they want to try and screw me for additional moneyThey think they're slickThey got me though, as it's my fault for not getting any paperwork to verify my dilemaIf you choose to deal with these crooks you better make sure you recieve your paperwork!

As I stated in my complaint, Oswego Aspen Dental was supposed to make an appt for me in Cicero. They did and I went there and that office is so much more professional than Oswego. They made a new set of dentures and they fit pretty wellI went back for one adjustmentI am leaving for
Florida and if I feel I need more adjustments I will call an Aspen Dental near my location in FloridaI have to compliment the dentist in the Cicero officeI asked for a copy of my records and the dentist in Oswego hand wrote notes about me, most of which I couldn't deciferHer account of what occurred what not accurate. I would never send anyone to that office as long as that dentist was there

The following is a response from the New Hartford, NY Aspen Dental Office Manager, Jonatan P*** concerning this complaint: I spoke to the Managing Clinical Director (MCD) in regards on the matter and to confirm the original conversation we had in MayThe MCD will not refer a
patient in which they have never seenI personally spoke to the parent's of the child and offered them to come to the office to be seenThat if the MCD cannot help the patient they will be given a referral to be seen else whereParents declined opportunity to be seen by MCD. That same day the insurance company called the office in a conference call with parents requesting a referral I then explained to the insurance company that the MCD needs to see the patient in order for a referral to be givenOnce again we offered the parents to bring the child in and the offer was declined. We have no further response in this matterSincerely, Ron H*** Senior Patient Satisfaction SpecialistAspen Dental Management, Inc

Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received. I am writing to you on behalf
of the Schenectady, NY Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Aspen
Dental Assoc of Hudson Valley PLLC. I certainly do apologize for your
experience at the Schenectady, NY
Aspen Dental office.I am in receipt of your complaint filed
with the Revdex.com. I have
reviewed it along with your Aspen Dental account. The recommended change to your dental
treatment plan was made by the treating dentist. All clinical options and treatment are the
sole responsibility of the treating dentist, even in instances where a previous
provider had a different opinion on how to best serve you. The treatment charged to you was provided as
indicated. Per your statement your new
dentist agreed with the first Aspen provider and you continued on that path
with him. I also see how this was an
inconvenience to you; however it does not warrant a refund for the services
provided. As a courtesy to you and a token of my apology
for your experience, I am providing a 15% discount off the amount you have paid
to date ($1,072.00). That amount is
$161.00. I am refunding $to the
MasterCard account ending in # *** that was used to pay with. Please allow 3-business days for the refund
to post back on your account. I am also
enclosing a copy of your Aspen Dental account ledger showing all transactions
to date

Please close this disputeI received a full refund and this matter is now settled.*** ***Thank you in advance
