My name is *** ** *** I had a partial done at the Aspen Dental location in I realize that they only guarantee years replacement, however, they should have at least tried to repair it My complaint is that they obviously use incorrect material when making them I should have not heard that they are warped, and I need to buy a whole new upper partial Their material should not have warped if it was made properly in my opinion I will never recommend that anyone get partials from the All I did was take them out of my mouth daily and put them in a cup They should not have warped

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Aspen DentalAt first everything went very well, everyone very niceThat was the first half hourI was left sitting in a room that was freezing cold for over an hour, By then I was very upset, and went looking for someone to help meI was then sent to financial, this took another hourI had no idea what she was doing, every now and then she would turn the computer to me for a signatureShe tells me it is going to cost four thousand dollarsI was quoted elsewhere for four hundred fifty dollarsShe said she would make some appointments and would I like my teeth cleaned in the mean timeI accepted, might as well get something for all the time I was thereI proceeded to get my teeth cleaned, I must ad mit it was a good cleaningAfter she finished she proceeded to give me a auto toothbrush, toothpaste and mouth washI already have a similar toothbrush and said soShe said it was included and I might as well take itNo one ever mentioned it was 135.00, or that the toothpaste was 35.00, and mouthwash was I left very upset, but I still didn't know what the charges wereWhen I returned home I thought about it, decided I wasn't going to be treated that wayI went back the next day, cancelled all appointments and ask to pay my billI'm still thinking I owe around They read me off the balance and tell me I still owe apxAll I had was a cleaning, it should not be over 100.00, and I couldn't pay them, only the finance companyI left furiousI have proceed to tell everyone I know to never go to AspenI had been told that company was a horror story, that can't begin to describe my experienceI will always tell people not to use this service, I live in a very large community, and this kind of thing gets around very fastThis a rip off company, and should be put out of business I do not believe I should have to pay this bill, as it was done by trickery

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have not seen a credit for the toothbrush at all, never once was told that there would be a credit issuedSo if Aspen Dental can provide proof that the toothbrush was indeed credit back to my account with Dental First then I guess that issue is considered resolved. The issue with the remaining $is not resolvedFind attached the last Treatment Acceptance that I signed releasing the $ for the upper partialAfter that transaction it states I have a credit balance of $ Also attached a transaction history from Dental First showing a credit issued for $ So where is the other $credit due? Also attached is a claim form from my insurance company showing that in March of this year Aspen Dental filed a claim for my upper partial that I clearly paid for in JanuaryWhen Aspen was called I was told that a claim was never filedAll of the other replies from Byron S*** are not worth acknowledging as I am not a High School Kid who needs to go back and forth with the small stuffHe is incorrect on a lot of what he says and leave it at thatLastly, I would like to add that I have absolutely no problems with the services received by DrP*** or his Technicians (all of the girls hygentists/technicians all absolutely wonderful).

I am writing to alert others about the way this company does business Their apparent business model is one if bait and switch The bait: a promise, an assurance that the final set of dentures (that you are allowed to believe you've already paid for) will be the difference between-"driving an old truck, and finally getting a jaguar" When you arrive for the appointment to have the set made, the office staff offers to relign the original, ill fitting temporary denture When I protested that my appointment was to begin the process if being fitted for the permanent denture, I am told that a new doctor had taken over the practice, and that'll be $more dollars

The worst dental experience I eve had in 40ys of going to the dentist
I was at an excellent dentist a few weeks earlier for a cleaning with full xrays, but had to change due to an insurance switch
I needed a simple crownthis procedure usually takes 90minAfter and half hours the dentist was only able to complete the drilling and unable to secure a temporaryThe dentist filled a small cavity, which she was convinced I had without looking at the xraysI took a copy of the xrays from that day and had them compared by seasoned dentistBoth said there was no evidence of a cavity
A the assistant repeatedly jammed my jaw with her interments damaging my jawIt took weeks before I was able to open my mouth all the way without pain
The temporary lasted about hours and I had to find another dentist to repair the damage
I also compared their cost for the procedure with the other dentist officeAspen is double to cost
It took weeks for my mouth to heal before the more experienced dentist could finish the crown
Worst experience EVER! ...and they are still holding a deposited of mine

I do not accept this offer and refuse future treatment from aspen dental auburnWhat I asked for is very fair and apparently you do not have correct information in front of youThey used the original screw to mold and place my new crownThat screw was installed by another dentist years ago.if you had actually read my ccomplaints you would understand that the screw isn't the issue also my insurance would not cover my crown because of waiting period which is why I had to financeSo the fact that aspen dental would brush off my fair offer without so much as to have the correct information In front of them is irresponsible and unprofessional Try again.

The $Visa refund was processed back to the Visa card used for payment (Card ending in # ***) by Aspen Dental on February 09, 2016. Typically it takes approximately business days for receipt by the Visa card Bank. How quickly that refund is posted to the customer's account may be an issue with Mr***'s bank. If Mr*** has contacted his Visa card bank, and the refund is still "not" showing as being received, he may contact me directly and I will have my refund department research the matter.
