[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:As previously stated I only signed up for the low income service plan to lower my bill, not triple it.  DTE refuses to acknowledge, nor credit my or issue a check for the over $3000.00 I have been OVERCHARGED for 10 years.  Their claim is I have used electric heat, which I claim I've never used.  Four different times a meter reader was supposed to check the CORRECT METER, NOT THE ONE THAT DOESN'T WORK, and never has.  DTE is also demanding entry into my home to confirm I do not use electric heat. I WILL NOT TOLERATE BEING CALLED A LIAR.  I expect DTE to honor the contract of $55.00 monthly for the next year.Additionally, I expect a full refund of my overages for the past 10 years.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I still have not received a break down of how I owe $1440 for a bill that is only $54 per month. I have not gotten any details on the break down of the payments and what they were applied to and/or how. I have asked repeatedly to be shown the details and have not!HOW IS IT THAT I OWE $1440 FOR A BILL THAT IS ONLY $54 PER MONTH. WHAT ARE THE DETAILS ON HOW THIS WAS CALCULATED?!?!?!
