I would like to accept that...

DTE will review my account and payments and work toward resolving this - reviewing in and of itself does not resolve this complaint as that is part of the complaint - DTE has reviewed and is not crediting me w/ payments clearly made - however, if we come to an agreement (either where I can be shown I do not warrant the payment credit - or they accept that I have paid) I will consider this matter resolved. I do appreciates DTE's willingness to continue to respond to this complaint. Thank you.

we contacted the customer in January and explained that we cannot provide confidential information for legal and personal safety reasons. The customer understood and agreed.

I understand that DTE's original response was just a notification that they were investigating. However, Revdex.com only gives me the option to "Accept" the proposed resolution or "Reject" the proposed resolution.  Claiming to investigate the problem is no more a resolution of the issue than claiming to pay my bill.  Until the money is in a company's hand, I haven't paid my bill.Further, since my complaint was lodged, I have lost power again on August 17th at 10:10pm.

[redacted]     The dispute was not resolved they never told me why it happened or what they would do to insure it doesn't happen to me or anyone else in the future. DTE has the rudest customer service I have ever dealt with they say the dispute is settled because they of course are getting paid by treating me as a bad and or  slow payer the problem happened because they did not read my digital meter for six months (I keep stressing the digital meter because they installed it last year and said if I didn't agree to have a transmitter placed on it they would charge a additional I believe it was 10 dollars a month and as they stated it would be more reliable billing as they did not have to read the meter at the house this made since so I took a day off work to put my dogs in the house while they did the work) This would not have happened if they simply used their own system all the numerous people I have spoke to at DTE all state they have no idea why this happened. That is the reason they owe me a apoligy and why do they get to charge me for not having this transmitter what do I get for having it and them not using it?

DTE has received this concern.  We will investigate and contact the customer.
