DTE is in receipt of this complaint. The person that filed the complaint is not DTE's customer of record.  What is the relationship? Any documents to show person can conduct business for customer of record?

Our office has investigated Ms. [redacted] concerns and provided the following resolution:
On 04/27/2015, Mr. [redacted] was contacted regarding his concerns.  We explained that a letter addressing his concerns was mailed to his attention on 02/28/2015.  Mr. [redacted] stated he never received...

the letter.  We offered to fax the letter or resend via mail.  He accepted the offer of us resending the letter via mail.  A copy of the letter was mailed to his attention on 04/28/2015.

DTE will investigate and respond to the customer.

We have reached out to the customer and inform them we're investigating the case and will call once it's resolved.

DTE has already responded to this concern.  The customer also contacted the MPSC.  DTE considers this matter closed.
