Our office has reviewed Mr. [redacted] concerns and contacted hin to discuss.  We explained that his account is enrolled on BudgetWise Billing with a monthly plan amount of $67.00.  This amount is based on his average usage consumption.  We explained that since the account is...

enrolled on BudgetWise Billing, he may pay his bill anytime during the month that his bill is due without incurring any penalties, late payment charges.   We explained to Mr. [redacted] that due to system limitations and meter reading cycles, we are unable to set an exact due date each month.  Mr. [redacted] was not satisfied with our efforts to assist him.

 Dear Sir/Madam:I was enrolled in the "HOME PROTECTION PLUS" program.  This program was for the repair of appliances,  my gas range was covered. Of course I c canceled my policy on when DTE refused to repair my oven.  However my  $28.95 payment covered a service period up to and including December 09,2014.  But, that is neither here nor there.  The fact is I paid for the plan that would repair my appliances.  This oven needs to be repaired.  I keep asking myself, why was I paying DTE $28.95 for, please somebody help me to understand!  I am looking at the letter I received when I enrolled in the plan. The first line reads "Your worries about costly unexpected appliance repair bills are over" That is a lie,but I believed it and I wonder how many other seniors believe it.  How clever to deem something unrepairable and they get nothing,  unless of course you have paid an additional monthly charge of about $17.95 a month.  Your repairman did not say that the oven was not repairable, just that the part cost $500.00. (Which I don't believe), but you would not let me have A second opinion.  I repeat:  this oven can be repaired, and I beg someone to tell me what my $28.95 payments were for????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Sincerely,[redacted]
