There was no offer made in fact how did the Revdex.com allow nearly days to go by without a response? Who dropped the ball because I certainly expect a response time to be more reasonable which is why I contacted the bureau to begin withRegards,

DTE had worked with the customer and resolved their issue in January 2016. The customer is satisfied

[You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease type details here:]Thank you for following up on my complaint Unfortunately, the issues surrounding the reason for my complaint still stand and I'm not satisfied that DTE really has any sort of plan in place to correct their horrendous residential gas line installation program Should it really take over months and at least phone calls and complaints to the Revdex.com and MPSC to get them to install a simple gas line? Does that seem reasonable to you? Is that the type of service the MPSC expected when it allowed DTE to acquire MichCon Is that the type of service you deem acceptable in the busiest business region in Michigan?To help illustrate for you just how bad that lead time is consider that I was able to get permits, excavate, pour a foundation, build, install the roof, windows, all mechanicals, insulate, etc the house I needed the gas service run to before they were able to install the line In fact I developed an entire subdivision in *** ***, sanitary, storm sewer, water, swales, grading, seeding, road bed and curbs in less time than it took them to run a single residential line 18" deep, 50' long and about the diameter of your finger Then it took them days and trips to install the meter due to a lack of consistency in their stated requirements and installers that say one thing and do another while altogether not really caring if their job gets done or not.This is not the first time I've had these problems with them I've been building houses in *** County for over years Every job I've done with MichCon has been a nightmare I don't have the same problems with Consumers, only MichCon And it hasn't gotten any better since DTE took over I don't understand that because DTE Electric used to be just as bad but they've actually found a way to improve significantly in the past several years Why can't they fix the glaring problems with their gas division? I constantly get questionnaires from DTE Electric whenever they do an install for me and I dutifully take the time to fill them out They actually seem to listen to the responses So what's up with gas? Is it the ugly stepchild at DTE? Was it part of the acquisition agreement that no attempts could be made to get rid of lackluster employees or contractors? I know they're a monopoly so the tendency is to not care about cus***er service but isn't it someones job to make sure they don't completely blow every job they have and anger their entire cus***er base, or at least the guys that are building the houses that require the gas in the first place?As if the lead time issues weren't bad enough you still have to deal with the misinformation and outright lies they feed you when you inquire about your install date If you call DTE directly they give you a target date that never materializes When you call back to complain about that they give you *** ***'s phone number, the installer for DTE *** Jr at *** *** will tell you weeks 5-times in a row and never show up any of those times Call back to DTE and no supervisor will return a call (I'm talking about you ***) so a representative has to send *** an email and he even lies to them, the very company that hires him! It's the most unprofessional business conduct I've ever encountered! Why do they continue to use ***? Why not at least have one other contractor they can call on? Installing residential gas lines really isn't that hard, surely there exists another company that could compete with the lousy service *** delivers and help spruce up DTE's Gas' image a bit It wouldn't take much since they're so close to the bot*** already.I know this is probably just one more rant to you but it really matters to me when my jobs are slowed down due to this level of incompetence It makes me look bad in the eyes of my trades and my cus***ers, it slows *** in *** County and affects everyone involved negatively Nobody benefits from their laggardly behavior Surely we as a state can do better than that.Thanks for listening,***

Our office has contacted Ms. [redacted] regarding her concerns.  Her request to cancel HPP coverage was approved; HPP coverage was cancelled as of...

12/19/2014.  During her HPP coverage, Ms. [redacted] was not enrolled on our Greenbacks program, therefore no reimbursement towards appliance replacement was issued.

Our apologies for the delay in responding to this case.  A resolution will be sent within the next few days.
