While I appreciate that DTE is looking into the matter further, their response in no way resolves my ongoing complaint.As per my response on 2/3/15, DTE has not contacted me about the ongoing issueDTE has
not confirmed that the meter was installed properly, nor have they been able to explain the
increase in daily charges since the new meter was installedDTE is forcing customers to replace fully functional analog
meters with their "new" meter, in this case at my costDTE has been unwilling to refund the meter installation fee/initial opt-out
fee of $despite countless hours of my time with verbal and written
communications regarding issues spanning close to two years and my insistence
that I did not want my fully functional analog meter replacedOn
1/28/2015, Mr*** (from DTE) stated he would send out a worker to ensure the meter
was correctly installed, but no attempt to contact me has been arranged, nor has any attempt been made to provide me with an unbiased review of the installation.To resolve this ongoing problem with DTE, I
again request that the AMI Opt-Out initial fee of $be waived and that verification from an unbiased third party be conducted to ensure that the meter is
non-transmitting/installed correctly

DTE simply sent us a form letter that did not address the concerns we had presented in writing We have yet to have our specific questions regarding smart meters answered DTE continues to dance around the issue We sent a letter to DTE in February with several questions that required detailed answers; a form letter just does not cut it

DTE has promised many times to investigate and resolve the problem, however, months later my electric line still lies on the groundIn fact, yesterday, a DTE truck was out and the driver said "Wow, this has been here for a long timeThis is ridiculous." He couldn't fix it himself, but he promised an "underground crew" would be out that day"No later than tomorrow." As of 3:45pm, no one has called or shown up.To resolve this, they need to CALL ME and GIVE ME A CONTACT NUMBER WHERE I CAN SPEAK TO A HUMAN reliably until this is resolved

Our office has reviewed Ms***' complaint and provided the following resolution:
We verified that Ms***' account is invoiced for two residential service meters (electric and gas) only. We explained that her account was previously delinquent and was reported accurately to the credit
bureaus. Ms*** understood and accepted this explanation

First of all they did not even get my name rightMs*** are you kidding me? I was offered a refund of $dollars and could enroll to greenbacks but would have to pay more money each monthThey did not offer to replace my washerI have given them enough money alreadyit was insulting, so I refused and cancelled my so called appliance protection paln

Our office is in receipt of this complaint. As of 05/12/2015, the services were released to Mr***. Electric meter installation is scheduled for 05/19/and gas meter installation is scheduled for 05/20/2015. This complaint has been resolved to Mr***'s
satisfaction
