Our office has investigated Ms***' concern. In response, on 06/11/2015, our Home Protection Program (HPP) management team dispatched a different company to service her bathroom faucet. The HPP manager followed up with Ms*** on 06/16/to ensure that her concerns were
addressed. Ms*** confirmed that she was satisfied with our efforts to resolve her concerns. We apologized for any inconvenience she may have experienced.Thanks

Ms*** was contact by our Home Protection Program Management and was offered to enroll on our Greenbacks plan to help assist with appliance replacement cost. Ms*** declined the enrollment and requested to cancel her HPP coverage. The plan was cancelled as of January 28,

We have resolved the issue with the customer and have explained to her why her rates increased

DTE IS IN RECEIPT OF THIS COMPLAINTWE WILL INVESTIGATE AND CONTACT THE CUSTOMER

That is not acceptableIn a phone conversation with *** ***, Damage Claim Agent from DTE on May 14th, she indicted that DTE knew this exact issue was a problemShe explained that
in 2009, they changed the way the install the line to prevent these lines from not being properly enclosedThey did not do their due diligence to correct the lines that were installed the old wayThey knew this problem was going to eventually happen and did nothing to prevent itThat is negligence! I do not accept their resolution
