This company claims to own drivers, and they do notThey are just another broker, and they cannot help you anymore than the rest of these brokersThey give you a time in which your car will be picked up, and unfortunately, they do not follow throughThey are crooks and thievesMy car was picked up three days late (I chose them because I believed them) and was thus, delivered lateStay away from these crooks

I spoke with M.Gof this company on Nov**, He told me that my vehicle would be picked up by November **, by one of their drivers He assured me that my Credit Card would not be charged if they did not pick up my vehicle as agreed On Nov**, I called and spoke with S., who assured me that she would cancel the shipment I made arrangements and transported my vehicle personally on November ***Then, on November ***, this company charged my card $ Now they are telling me that no promises were made and I was not told no charges would follow Very dishonest company Beware

Excellent service, timely pickup and Early delivery

Im not sure what went on here we release all of our terms and conditions to our customer prior to having you sign., We do not even allow a customer to sign until they click a check box confirming they have read our terms and agree to them..? I would refund you 50$ just out of sheer decency but I'm not sure what went on here or where signals got crossed This is just like a hotel , but if someone tried to book your hotel room while your room was reserved free of charge there would be a feeExactly as we operate I realize you decided only shortly after which is why im making an offer for $ I hope that suffices Otherwise you can use the full $towards any transport of your choice

I called in April upon someone else's recommendationI spoke with Brandon a couple of times and he told me several times that no fee is charged if the reservation is cancelledOur moving plans were not set in stone, but I booked in order to lock in the decent rate we were offeredLong story short, the couple who referred us ended up having to cancel their reservation and they were charged a $cancelation feeMy husband and I ended up having to cancel as well due to major changes to our moving plansWe were immediately charged $as wellI have disputed with my bank, am writing this review and will also be calling during business hours tomorrow until this is rectifiedYes, it says in the contract that a $(or greater) fee could possibly be charged on a situational basis, but Brandon swore up and down several times this would not be assessed which is the ONLY reason I bookedI am interested to hear the recording of the phone calls I had with himStay far, far away from this companyThey are flat out liars and will say anything and everything to get your credit card number

I will also leave feedback on all the transport sites as soon as I have a chanceI saw a few negative comments from other people as well; now I see why! there is absolutely nothing misleading it states explicitly in the paperwork the cancellation fee and our reservation fee if dispatched to a carrierThis customer states right in his complaint that he was in fact dispatched to our carrier As the Revdex.com knows I have offered refunds or resolving options in this case I will offer nothing This customer has an issue with quality , he can make the complaint about them than,
