As discussed with *** at the time of placing the order and cancelling. For us to provide our service we need you to be off the board with any previous or future shipping companies. I dont claim its his fault and I apologize that it happened this way but we have been trying to work on
this order for him for weeks and this information is still listed here. This has left us no ability to work on the order. IN most cases like this and via our terms and conditions it states we can charge $225. We only billed Ryan $for cancellation because I do not believe this was his fault. Below is the order posting please let me know if you would like to see the contract signed with terms and conditions I mapped out above

Paid top dollar for transporting a car from Colorado to New JerseyWas promised by Anthony that they would be in contact every step of the wayThere was no contact , I had to call trucking company driver when he didn't pick up when promisedI was told there would be hours notice before delivery , driver called hours before delivery and delivered at nightHow can you inspect car condition in the darkThis company promises the best and delivers the worstBEWARE!

This company stated they would transport my car on specific dates-I contracted with them a month in advance-no one ever called and I called a week in advance, multiple times,to be told they were still working on the contract-they never called or picked up the vehicle-a week later I received a phone call from a trucker, but explained to him I had to get another company and why-I then received a call from Auto Transport 123 saying they were charging my credit card 100.00 cancellation fee-I immediately called my credit card to refute these charges-this company is a rip off and their business practices are abhorrent-

These guys were supposed to set up a pick up time ad date with me, but I found out a few hours before that they were coming the same day. I never heard from the dispatcher, just my buyer. Very unprofessional.

Good Afternoon-Please be advised we have spoken with the customer 7/**/2015 and are resolving the complaint with customer directly. We have issued a Credit Adjustment in the amount of $100.00 for the Cancellation fee outside of our Cancellation Policy.Transaction Record...

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
It absolutely does not say anything about being on the board with an existing company. It states that I can't go into contract with another company after I signed with AT123 or three days after cancellation. It also states that " If an order is canceled due to something out of AT123's control the reservation fee or $100 will be charged and either put on file or be deemed nonrefundable on a as per situation basis." If being on the board with another company was something AT123 deemed reason for being unable to fulfill my auto transport they should have never accepted me as a client until after I was off the board with any other company. The fact that they chose to accept me and weren't forced to do so means that it wasn't beyond their control.

sans-serif;">After reviewing the complaint we can certainly understand the customers concerns, however I would like to point out a few key points.   ·        Customer contacted us to Transport a Motorcycle at a reduced rate of $775.00 with the understanding that pick up dates were flexible. We scheduled a Carrier within 3 days of the First Available Date: 03/**/2015 [redacted]
[redacted] Load Estimated: 03/**/15 Delivery Estimated: 04/**/15 On 03/**/15 9:42 am - Customer contacted our office to advise us he cancelled the reservation with the Carrier directly outside of our Cancellation Policy.   Cancellation Policy is as Follows: All orders must be canceled in writing and delivered by U.S. registered, or certified mail return receipt requested by Auto Transport 123. Reservations are fully refundable at any time if we do not perform our services after 10 business days. If your vehicle has been dispatched and it was cancelled, your reservation fee will be charged in full. If an order is canceled due to something out of Auto Transport 123's control the reservation fee or $100 will be charged and either put on file or be deemed non refundable on a as per situation basis.   We did not receive a letter in the mail confirming order was cancelled, or even that the customer wanted to cancel. We explain to customers we have Customer service 24/7 a week, a representative can help with any questions or concerns. If the customer was unhappy with the Carrier for any reason, he could have called us to get a driver sooner, or to verify dates for pick up.   Settlement Option: We would like to extend a partial credit of $50 however, we ask that the customer contact us to issue a partial credit to his account, otherwise he has the option to utilize the full $200.00 towards a future transport.   Casey M[redacted]

[Your Answer Here]
The gas tank level bears no means?  The bottom line I have provided you proof I put gas in the car within 30 minutes of the car being picked up at the same location.  I spoke with the driver [redacted], who picked up the car and told him I put gas in the tank he told me that was fine, "that you will need gas on the other side".  We also joked about the fact that it was good I put gas in the tank in NY vs. CA due to cost.  Even if that weight was a factor, a gallon in gas weighs 6lbs. what is the vs. a 2 ton car?  In addition, if this was the case why was I not told the gas would be dumped?  No one, and I mean no one had the right or my permission to dump gas.   In regards to the tracking, well if that was the case how come the OnStar tracked only from Tucson to California?  You do not address the fact that all items that one uses to drive, seat position, mirrors, car radio were all completely altered.  One does not alter these to drive a car onto a transport, they alter when they are driving the car a distance.
You also do not address the bottle of urine in my car, why in the hell would I leave a bottle of urine in my car?  Why would any decent person [redacted] in their car and leave it there? I am not one of these animals that drove my car,  Here is what happened the car was transported to Tucson, where this S&M Transport took over and were running behind schedule or had other deliveries and drove my car to the final destination in [redacted].   As soon as I opened the door of the car I knew right away it was driven.  I also really do not care if you think these are serious accusations, these are not accusations they are facts- period.  I feel completely violated that someone drove my car and took a [redacted] in it!!
I have provided the proof, I contracted with Auto Transport 123, your sales rep [redacted] told me that you have your own trucks and transport the cars yourselves.  Look at your website you have transport trucks with your business logo on it.  The bottom line is my car was driven, I am owed the mileage, gas, and the detailing to get the urine smell out of my car.  I contracted with you who you handed off my car to is your problem, Auto Transport 123 is responsible for refunding my requested amount.  I have provided all the documentation to [redacted] to support these events.  I am not asking for the full amount back, I am being fair and requesting the mileage cost, gas and detailing.  I have my car with no damage other than the urine smell and 450 plus additional miles.  Own up to what happened and do the right thing.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This company is refusing to
refund the $100 even though no services were provided. I did not misinterpret
our conversation. I was told via the telephone on Tue May *, 2014, that there
would only be a cancellation if the vehicle was already on the truck and then I
decided to cancel. He states, “This was explained in detail to her as well.”
This is nothing short of a lie and absolutely ludicrous. He simply told me over
the phone, when asked about the $100 fee, “…to not worry about it; that’s only
if you have the vehicle on the truck and then decide to cancel.”

He stated, “shes [sic] under the
impression that a cancellation fee is only charged after the vehicle is already
loaded and in transit even though it would be impossible to cancel at that
point.” This statement is false. I was “under the impression” because that is
what I was told; however, I was simply explained that if the vehicle was
loaded; I never said a thing about the vehicle being in transit.

I was also told that the calls
are recorded. I would love for them to be reviewed. I’m either being lied about
the calls being recorded or lied to about their cancellation policy. Either
way, a business lying is completely unethical and not good business practices.

The only reason both myself, and
the contact person in Ohio
were able to get in touch with anyone is because of our persistency in calling.
She contacted the business once and was told he would follow up within 15
minutes: He never did. I called repeatedly because I left several messages:
None of which were returned. I was conveniently disconnected, given the run
around, and outright ignored.  The only
contact was of my own doing, (two phone calls that were maybe 3-5 minutes
each). There was never a single call back or a single email. I was told the
pick up date could be Fri May *, 2014. So yes, I called over the weekend
numerous times because here we are Sat May **, and I still wasn’t provided ANY
information as to the status of my order. Even a simple answer as what was
going on or saying that it’s taking a little longer than expected would have
been appropriate & I probably would have continued my order, but to
continue to give me the run around is outlandish.  I have phone records to prove no call
back. I allowed the remainder of the weekend for some kind of communication,
but to no avail. Because of the poor customer service and complete inability to
keep me informed as to what was going on, on Monday May **, I called and decided
to cancel my order.

He states, “On Monday when
she was told there was a driver being scheduled and ready to pickup the car she
came up with an excuse as she is not getting the car anymore and is purchasing
a new car instead?  Really after all of that to get this car shipped to
then schedule a driver to come and pick up, you are then just not getting the
car anymore (Which by the way was mentioned as being gifted the car)  so
now you are no longer being gifted this free car when we have a driver on
Monday?” First and foremost, it is completely
irrelevant as to whether or not this car was being gifted to me. Secondly, he
makes this statement as if he called me and then I just abruptly cancelled.
This is not the case. I called, and he proceeded to interrogate me as to “why,
what’s going on, I thought this car was being gifted to you, we have a truck
ready for pick up tomorrow” (Tue, May **, 2014). So which is it…they have a
truck ready for delivery Mon May **, or Tue May **, 2014?

I find this particularly odd that
he is making a statement that he allegedly had a vehicle ready for pick up that
Monday when I received a phone call from MK Transit on Thurs May **, 2014
stating that they will be ready to pick up the vehicle on Sun May **. This was
after the order was already cancelled and I was already charged a cancellation fee!
He called again the following day.

In addition to cancelling this
order, I received an email shortly after letting me know to acknowledge the
$100 cancellation fee. Before I even had an opportunity to respond, $100 was
taken out of my account in two $50 increments.
I am in dispute of this charge with my bank. They have since cancelled
my bank card; however, within minutes before the card was cancelled, Auto
Transport 123 illegally took another unauthorized charge of $100 out of my
account. This is fraud. There has now been a total of $200 taken from me. (See
attached my bank transactions).

I think it’s also a little outlandish that he claims “I wasted
valuable time,” and basically the are deserving of this $100 even though no
services were rendered.  This is not a
law firm that gets paid hourly; This is a business that gets paid to provide a
service, and that service was not provided.
It’s all over $100, and if so much time was wasted, it has now taken an
enormous amount of time to read emails, read complaints, respond to complaints,
file disputes, etc. A customer deserves a refund for poor service.

Their own contract states a cancellation fee of $100 if it's
"...due to something out of Auto Transport 123's control."  How
is poor customer service "out of their control?" I now want the original $100 refunded to me, in addition,
to the most recent fraudulent charge of $100.

Do not even bother calling this company. Signed a contract early July to have cars picked up end of July. They didn't come on day specified. Said they were coming the next day, never showed. 4 days later sent me an email saying they got another company to pick up cars on the [redacted]. Called that company and they said they aren't picking them up til maybe Thursday. All lies. Apparently they are unable to move cars.... why they are even in business is beyond me. They did take a deposit on my credit card which I am disputing. They broke the contract, not me. I may even seek reimbursement for the rental cars I have been payi MN get due to their neglegence.

I have finally received my car on Thursday the [redacted]. My cruise control button (that you press in to start) is broken. It's been pulled out of the switch. I don't know how it could have happened aside from it being yanked (?) out by someone who isn't familiar with the car forcefully.
There is no proof on my end as I did not take pictures of my car with date beforehand.
The car sat in whatever lot for a week and I don't even want to know what happened.
I'd like to close the complaint; however, I want to say that this stressful and unnecessarily difficult ordeal is due to the auto shipping industry having all the power over the consumers -  it definitely lets them get away with many things and take advantage of those looking for service. Good luck to others and be very careful of fine print!

Response:
We understand that [redacted] was disappointed with the response he
indicated that he received from our network carrier "Quality
Relocation" which we found very surprising, especially since they have
received great feedback from most of our customers...

travelling to WA. When I
spoke with [redacted] initially, I was very clear as to the process of our
service and on the many conversations that we had. I am one to always be very
detailed in explanation of our service and clarify when questions are ask. He
is right that I told him that I would indicate the timeframe on his order,
however it is usually within Wed - Fri for pick up and indicated we could
assist with the option of a storage in the location on the other end, neither
of which was a problem to accomplish. I always indicated that it would be our
network drivers/carriers that do this route every week and they own their own
trucks, not our own drivers.
I understand that [redacted], may have misunderstood some of the aspects of
our conversation. He had the contract for serveral weeks prior to pick up to
review in depth. There was never a question or a query from [redacted] within
that time relating to the terms of the contracts which clearly states that
"the reservation fee is due once the vehicle has been dispatched on to our
carrier", however we usually charge it closer or on the day of pick up.
[redacted] vehicle was dispatched the a couple days after he signed off on the
contract, over two months before the actual pick up date. Also, when incident
in particular occured with contacting the carrier, the only communication we
received was when [redacted] wanted to cancel. We are available at the office,
especially myself to deal with any issues which arise with the carriers. Had
[redacted], contact me prior to cancelling, I am sure that we would have been
able to reticfy the situation to his satisfaction. We are about service here
and ensuring that every customer's experience is smooth, howevr it is is
transport and things can arise.
Our cancellation policy does indicate it is $100 prior to being dispatched
with our carrier, anything outside of that the full reservation fee in due and
is non-refundable. I indicated to him that cancellation depends on when it is
cancelled, which is also stated in the contract. We would like to resolve this
misunderstanding and make this right, however we did perform the service that
was indicated and are being penalized for going beyond our service speck.

WE HAVE A CANCELLATION FEE FOR ALL ORDERS - WE HAVE OFFERED A TOTAL OF $125 CREDIT TOWARDS SETTLING CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT. IF CUSTOMER WISHES TO ACCEPT PLEASE CALL US ###-###-#### [redacted] BETWEEN 10AM-4PM M-F EST.
