I spoke with M.G. of this company on Nov. **, 20116. He told me that my vehicle would be picked up by November **, 2016 by one of their drivers. He assured me that my Credit Card would not be charged if they did not pick up my vehicle as agreed. On Nov. **, 2016 I called and spoke with S., who assured me that she would cancel the shipment. I made arrangements and transported my vehicle personally on November [redacted]. Then, on November [redacted], this company charged my card $200.00. Now they are telling me that no promises were made and I was not told no charges would follow. Very dishonest company. Beware.

Car transported from Arkansas to Washington state. Car was supposed to be picked up on Monday. It was picked up on Thursday. But, we were kept informed and contract says pickup may be delayed. We allowed for that delay. Car was delivered timely in Tacoma. The transport company was [redacted] out of [redacted]. The driver was extremely nice and car was delivered on Monday, as he promised. Keep in mind, there were seven cars he picked up from different locations in the country to be delivered by 18-wheeler. So, I will give them a positive review.

I have been moving and not reviewing email. So, the complaint is not resolved since I do not have my car. Indeed, the company only started working with me once they received the complaint. I believe that I should be reimbursed for renting a car much longer than expected.
I think this should stay open until I get the vehicle.

After I asked them to split the cost of a rental car,  they offered 150. After I didn't hear anything else from them I inquired and they did not respond.  These people are rude and I have the texts to back that up.  They  are incompetent. They did not know my car was delayed until I called them before the delivery date to check on everything. Then they couldn't tell me if the car was in San Diego or not and when it was going to be shipped.  Then,  they had no idea they promised to send it to [redacted] which doesn't have a port and I had to drive two hours to the other side of the island to pick it up.  These  people are  condescending then conciliatory and then rude again.  They tried to bribe me by offering to pay 250 if I would remove my posts and complaints.  So, I disagree that this is resolved since they agreed to pay 150 before. Companies like this should not be able to get by with insincere apologies where they do not accept any fault.

Guys...do NOT use this company. At all. This is a terrible business. A day before they were suppose to come get my car, I called THEM only for them to tell me that my order was on hold. U would think they would call me if they knew the order has to go out the next day. Of course it had to be canceled. Anyway, so 3 days later after begging and pleading and crying, someone finally helped me. They sent my info to possibly their most unprofessional truck driver. They set my pick-up for last tuesday. At the last minute, the driver tells me he cant make it until 2maro so jus leave my car unlocked (had to catch my flight). So I had to spend half my day finding someone to hold my car and keys at their residence. He picked it up the next morning. Fastforward: It is now Tuesday and the driver told me yesterday that he would be here today. Now he lies and says he's getting the truck fixed so it'll be later tonight. He jus so happen to get my # confused with another customer. He called and said "hi. Nakia? I'm on my way with your black charger. Is the location still ok" I said "this is not her. But ok. I'll see u 2maro after ur truck is fixed. All he had to do was tell the truth!! Now I gotta struggle to get around 2maro

I called in April upon someone else's recommendation. I spoke with Brandon a couple of times and he told me several times that no fee is charged if the reservation is cancelled. Our moving plans were not set in stone, but I booked in order to lock in the decent rate we were offered. Long story short, the couple who referred us ended up having to cancel their reservation and they were charged a $100 cancelation fee. My husband and I ended up having to cancel as well due to major changes to our moving plans. We were immediately charged $100 as well. I have disputed with my bank, am writing this review and will also be calling during business hours tomorrow until this is rectified. Yes, it says in the contract that a $100 (or greater) fee could possibly be charged on a situational basis, but Brandon swore up and down several times this would not be assessed which is the ONLY reason I booked. I am interested to hear the recording of the phone calls I had with him. Stay far, far away from this company. They are flat out liars and will say anything and everything to get your credit card number.

Worse company ever, don't trust this company, they lie to you and they trick you. They called my number and they offerd me a price to transport my vehicle, and the salesperson whose name was Dana [redacted] lied to me and forced me to sign the contract, she didn't go over the contract with me and alI charges, then I called them back to cancel the reservation they charged me none reasonable $100. She tricked me that I can cancel the reservation anytime but she didn't mention the charge. She was very rude to me and she said that I better be happy not to be charged more, and she accused me that I'm lying and asked me many personal questions which wasn't her business. They're theft family company and they're trying to set you up to steal your money.

After requesting auto transport quotes online, only 3 companies provided an actual quote in their responding emails. I chose to work with the cheapest company because I did not have to pay any money until delivery. This company requested very basic general questions to begin the process. I received multiple calls from auto transport 123, so I decided to call them back in case they could lower their rate. Lisa informed me that she could not lower their rate but the price of the competing company was to low and I should be skeptical. Lisa then invited me to view a website full of transport reviews, stating that auto transport 123 was top rate with thousands of reviews. She read the negative reviews of the competing company to me. She asked if I was currently under contract with this company and I told her no. However, I mentioned that they asked basic information to begin the process. Lisa interrupted to inform me how that was illegal. This was very alarming and I was immediately weary of the competing company. Lisa informed me that she could set up a three day window for pick up beginning 5 days later. I asked how long it would take to deliver the vehicle and I was told 3-5 days. I asked if that was 3-5 business day and was told that it was normal days. Everything sounded great. I was told that I would receive a notification once my vehicle was dispatched. At the end of the three days I called to find out if everything was ok. There was no driver dispatched yet. A new lady answered and sounded annoyed by my call. She told me that it was in fact a 3-5 day window. I called again the next day and they told me that I was able to dispatched, the vehicle would be picked up the following day, and they expected delivery date was 2 weeks later. After being lied to a second time I decided to inform someone about the discrepancies I was experiencing. I was directed to customer service. The lady on the phone was polite but she began taking my complaint personal. I informed her that I was not upset with her but that I committed to the auto transport 123 under false pretenses. She seemed very informed and told me that based on the mileage it would take 10-14 days. I realized that Lisa had to have known and decided intentionally provided false information to get my business. I then requested to speak with a manager. After being placed on a brief hold I was informed that all managers were on calls. I said that I would wait however long it took. The lady told me it may take a while. I stood by my decision to wait. After 10 seconds on hold I was on the phone with very angry lady. She did not raise her voice but she was very aggressive and rude. I told her about the late pickup and the grossly underestimated delivery time. She told me that the calls were recorded and that none of that was said. She told me the date and times of each call but never did she replay the converation. She then said that I have called many times and that she does not have time for me. After questioning on her not "having time for me" she denied that she ever said that. She told me that there were 3 other people in the room listening to and that was never said. She told me that her response was that there was nothing she was able to do and it would be impossible to change the delivery date. I understood that from other reviews on Revdex.com that this lady was probably a fellow employee based on the quickness of the transfer and the unsubstantiated previous phone conversations. She then asked me why I need the vehicle so quickly. I did not feel the need to explain that, and wondered why she asked a customer why they requested their business. I told her how I felt that I was lied to, that I would like my deposit back, and to cancel the order. She said no, that it was a no refundable fee. I chose not to file a complaint because of the low grade of the auto transport Revdex.com and how useless that effort would be. However, after further research, the competing company mentioned earlier has an 'A' rating and no negative reviews on Revdex.com. I believe that auto transport 123 might be advertising a website that is self reviewed for better marketing purposes. I do plan to go the transportation office on post for incoming/outgoing/deploying soldiers and inform them of what happened. I will try to pass on the word so that other soldiers can know what resources they have when choosing a vehicle transportation company.

I truly apologize that we faught the dispute.  I didnt tell accounting not to.  IT was my fault.  AMEX was called today and our action to fight dispute was lifted.  We have also emailed the customer in regards to this.

So, you are saying that your competitors' quotes are not accurate and it is not possible the service to cost $250. Also that I misinterpreted very bad the words of your sales person and  decided  to pay higher rates at $375 because of this misunderstanding.
