company 123 is miss leading and not truefull because I have an e mail that I send them on Friday February ** were I am confirming that my pick up day will be on Tuesday ** of February and also saying that no one is getting back to me to insure that they received my phone calls and my messages . They never send anyone to do the pick up and I have witness from the company that manufacture our shipment which they never had anyone waiting out side for a pick up.
I also know that they never send anyone because their driver call me to find out when the pick up should be done and I told him that it was no pick up until the **, and that is the driver the this company supost to hire for the job.
Please don't let this company get away with their ways to do bad business .

I’m writing this complaint on record with the Revdex.com to state that I am not satisfied with how Auto Transport 123 handled or responded to my situation.This actually happened 5 months ago and I only complained now only because my bank failed to tell me that I was charged the $100 after I disputed the charge. I accept the fact that I won’t be receiving a refund, but I requested it because my chief complaint is the the poor customer service I received (which was never addressed within the response from the business). I cancelled because [redacted] actually scheduled to call me the next day and he did not. I had already given my credit card number and could not reach him.  The [redacted] of the company's reaction to me canceling, stating in a previous email that “We have call records. Not 1 coming from this #” rubbed me the wrong way. It was strongly implied that I was lying.  I don’t wish ill will on this company but instead of it being defensive when a customer complains, why not use it as an opportunity to listen to what they have to say and strive to displace any misunderstandings? I think true professionalism and a sensible resolution is for this business to be accountable in this way.  Bottom line is that the level of customer service I received was non existent once I signed the contract.

Promised the world during sales pitch, delivered nothing except a motorcycle with extra odometer mileage and road dirt that wasn't there at the pick up. Plus they lost a set of keys that cost $250.00 to replace. To date after two notifications, nothing has been done by them to rectify.

Please be advised we have issued a check on 10/*/2014 in the amount of $125.00.

We dispatched to this carrier the first day for pick up... They sat outside the customers pick up area for 3 days until the customer explained he couldn't get his units ready in time.  Now the customer is finally ready and we are working on trying to get someone else out there.. We performed service first day into contract [redacted] wasnt ready for pick up.

This place is unprofessional and treat people disgusting . They are a scam . They act like they are the ones transporting your cars but they actually sub them out. I received my car damaged and 2 days late. Which I had to stay in a hotel for 2 days because all my belongings I was moving with were in the car

Sir, AT 123 charged me $100 for cancelling the shipping order after 30 Mins when I called [redacted] back. If I were to make reservations with a 5 Star hotel and cancel within the recommended time I would not be charged for anything....I think you know this!!! I should not and I am not going to give you a reason why I am not going with your company to ship my car, so if you really want to make me feel better and do what is right refund me my $100. Auto Transport 123

As many others have pointed out, they lie to you before you even talk to them. They don't own the carriers they use. They're brokers like everyone else. Which is fine, but that's not what they advertise. Dealing with them, however, was absolutely terrible.
I called to have my car shipped on the [redacted] of April and had the representative confirm with me several times that my car would be shipped on that date. So I took the day off and stayed home waiting for a call to confirm to see when the driver would arrive. Just to make sure, I called Auto Transport 123 and they said "Oh, your car is actually scheduled to be picked up on May [redacted]. After a long day of back and forth (and promising me that they could get me my car shipped that day and changing their minds later, I cancelled and they ended up charging me $100. They also promised several times to call me back with updates and never did. I had to call them back every time.
Avoid this company at all costs. I don't know if they mean to do it, but they feed you lie after lie and promise you things before they're sure they can deliver (and they never can).

Im not sure what went on here we release all of our terms and conditions to our customer prior to having you sign.,   We do not even allow a customer to sign until they click a check box confirming they have read our terms and agree to them..?  I would refund you 50$ just out of sheer decency but I'm not sure what went on here or where signals got crossed.  This is just like a hotel , but if someone tried to book your hotel room while your room was reserved free of charge there would be a fee. Exactly as we operate.  I realize you decided only shortly after which is why im making an offer for $50.  I hope that suffices.  Otherwise you can use the full $100 towards any transport of your choice.

He admitted he did insult the representatives on several occasions. He was again asked to send an email confirming he would cease and desist from any further contact with Auto Transport 123, its employees, and affiliates, in which he was sent an email he could reply to confirming this. Instead he completely went against all direction and placed his opinions in writing.
Please note: we are more than happy to refund the $195.00 reservation fee back to the customer if he responds appropriately to the email sent, and discontinues to slander our company and insult/harass our employees.

Don't use this this company - they lie to you all the way - I was going to have my motorcycle shipped to Denver Colorado so that I could drive it to Sturgis SD - Spoke with an Irene and was promised that the bike would be there at the date and time that I needed - on the date that there driver Clinton said he would be there he didn't show up - I had to call them and they said he an emergency and would not be picking up anything - auto transport 123 didn't even let me know anything - The bike was to be picked up on a Friday and delivered on a Sunday - well this didn't happen and they said well maybe we can get this bike there by Thursday - the Sturgis ralley would have been nearly over by then - auto transport 123 was quick to pull 125.00 dollars out of my credit card and I haven't gotten anything back - this company will lie that they can get you vehicle where you need it but are just lying to you - I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to do any business with them.

Capitol One has closed their investigation of this case and have refunded the $225 deposit because they determined the merchaint FAILED to provide services (letter attached). Please find attached Auto Transport 123's  very own copy of my order specifically stating "just wont start. rolls&steers. no modifications". I told every single person each time I spoke with them that this car DID NOT RUN it is not my fault they are apparently STUPID.  The customer service  at this company is PATHETIC! They never return phone calls. After the initial dispute came back from my credit card company I called them and they said someone would call me right back-never happened. They refuse to talk to me beause they know they are in the WRONG. The credit card company pulled my money back so they will not profit off this pathetic attempt at a deposit grab. They violated their own contract on day 1 by charging my credit card the second they had the numbers despite the fact the contract states they will not charge until the vehicle is dispatched for pick up which did not happen until 5/*/14 almost 2 weeks after they charged my card. I will advise everyone to stay away from this company! I will also leave feedback on all the transport sites as soon as I have a chance. I saw a few negative comments from other people as well; now I see why! I will encourage others to contact the Revdex.com as well.
