When my he called to arrange the transport he spoke to [redacted](whlch he stated he was the [redacted]) my husband asked if they were brokers [redacted] stat!!d N9! I We gave a deposit that day. The driver who was coming to pick up the car spoke to my husband and said he was going to pick the car up on [redacted] the[redacted], then called and stated he would pick It up on [redacted] the[redacted]. Icalled the driver to find out what time he would be arriving, I called 4 times and no answer and no return call after calling again and again a woman answered the phone and Iasked to spoke to [redacted], she said are you calling about the car Istated "yes". she asked him a few questions without him even getting on the phone and said that he will pick It up[redacted]. Istated that I was leaving for the airport early on [redacted]. they asked me to leave my key in It and he would get it. Iwas very hesitant but Iwas in a bind because Iwas leaving the next day. I asked him when the car would be there he stated [redacted] the **. Ihad a rental car and knew I would need one at least till[redacted]. On [redacted] Icalled and asked where the car was and [redacted] the CSR that we were working with stated she would call him, Iasked why not track him because that Is one of the reasons we went with them because we were told we could track our vehicle on line. She stated the only way they can do It was to call him. She did not call me bac!< on [redacted] so after * on [redacted] I called and spoke to [redacted], Itold him the story and he apolgized and I explained that I was now having to pay for a rental car for an additional day, he said he was going to find out what kind of discount he could work out for me. The next day the driver called me to let me know he was In [redacted] and Imapped it which was 2 hours away ..The car arrived at [redacted] that night. the driver screamed at me and thats when I found out that this car was brokered out. had to pay for rental for 2 day.Desired Settlement: Refund. Due to the driver pushing the pick up day by several days Ihad to pay for the rental car for two days longer than expected. I tried to work this out with AutoTransport 123 several times to no avail. I would like the money that Ihad to put out for two extra days rental, and brokering my vehicle out to [redacted] that has an F rating on the Revdex.com.

Response:

To Whom it May Concern-First and foremost we would like to apologize on the driver’s behalf for the delay in delivery. In our defense we provide “Estimated Delivery Dates” not Guaranteed Dates of Pick Up/Delivery as there are issues that Driver’s can run into while Transporting the vehicle to the desired location such as weather, traffic, or mechanical issues along the way.”All pickup and delivery dates and times are only estimates. Auto Transport 123 will not be held responsible for any natural disasters, acts of Mother Nature, or any other incidents out of our control.”We regret that it came as an inconvenience the delay of delivery while transporting the Vehicle. Our goal at Auto Transport 123 is to move the vehicle in a timely, and safe manner to consumer’s desired destination. We are willing to offer the consumer a good-faith credit adjustment in the amount of $50.00 - However full Reservation amount is not something that can be adjusted, as services were rendered.Regards,[redacted]Auto Transport 123

Revdex.com

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID#[redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They are stating that they cannot guarantee the arrival of the vehicle but the driver put off picking up the car by 2.5 days. He called and said he would pick the car up on [redacted] , then[redacted]( I had to call him 6-7 times before he even answered because I started panicking because he was supposed to be there and it was getting late and I knew I was leaving early in the ** on[redacted]) and finally he picked it up on [redacted] and I was not able to be there because I had a flight on [redacted] to catch a flight to **. I had to leave my keys in the vehicle because I had no choice I needed to get the vehicle to ** and was in a pinch because of him putting us off for several days. If the driver would have picked the car up when he was due to it would have been there on time. And I would not have had to pay for an extra 2 days of rental. I could not return it the day he arrived with the car because it was to late so I had to returned it the next day.So again this goes back to the driver putting off the pick up date several times. This all could have been avoided if he would have picked this up when he was scheduled to.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: This company provided extremely poor coordination, billing, and communication. Autotransport 123 promised a pick up of my POV on **Dec13 and failed to ensure the transport company followed through. Three days later I was forced to miss my flight because Autotransport 123 failed to provide a transporter. On **Dec13, [redacted] of Autotransport 123 asked me to drive to the airport and wait for someone to pick up the car. No one picked up the car. [redacted] subsequently asked me to drive the car to an address that turned out to be someone's private home. I was then asked to drive the car to a car wash and drive the car to a place where it would be loaded on to a transporter. The person that I turned my keys over to accidentally hit me on the head when he slammed the trunk door shut. After all of the stress, confusion and frustration I contacted [redacted] who offered me a deal of 1100 dollars- that's 500 less than the original contract. I accepted that. Much to my disappointment I noticed a billing for the 500 dollars on my credit card bill that after I contacted [redacted] to dispute was told it was a part of the original contracted price. Despite giving him an opportunity to credit my card I decided that based on his record of assistance I had better engage my credit card company and dispute the charge. As of **Jan we are still in the process of sorting this all out. I am beyond disappointed. I had to ask my military unit to extend my leave for a day because Autotransport 123 failed to honor their commitment. [redacted], a representative of Autotransport 123, sent me a text message indicating that he had removed a customer service review that I posted on Transporter reviews. Transporter reviews contacted me to ask for proof that I was a client. Autotransport 123 denied servicing me. I had to submit cc payment information along with all the other documentation just to try and have my review reposted.Desired Settlement: I want an a public apology posted on the homepage of autotransport123 that must remain on that page for up to one year. I'd also like my original review to remain poster on Transpoert Reviews. My CC company will dispute the charges. I want Autotransport 123 to honor their commitment.

now that 10 days of contract are over we told you , we would refund you... There was absolutely no reason for this. The money was refunded a few minutes ago. Now you just cost us a Revdex.com complaint for no reason when we have spoken to you every day of your order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have not recieved the refund yet as I said my credit card was lost and have to be replaced so hopefully in 2-3 days it should show up on my account if it does I will happily close this case, but as for my 10 bussiness days being up I called the other day and the very rude custermer service rep told us it wasnt up untill wed and either way we not recieve our refund I told her you guys had no right to charge my credit card if you have not sighned a driver to pick up my car and she said cause I threatened to cancel my contract if the car wasnt picked up by the agreed date your custermer service rep anthony told us , your bussiness tells people one thing and does the total oppasite from day 1 you said you had your own drivers and had 1 open spot on a truck and this was a lie also you said 950.00 would be my total cost the driver requested and I found out you only offered to pay 785.00 to any driver to pick up my car you guys have lied from day 1 untill now we have tried to contact your bussiness everyday to find out how my shipment is going and our calls was ignored or not returned I will never recomend useing you again

Response:

We apologize if there was any discrepancy with the window which is why I immediately refunded any amount taken from you. The route was tough I have numerous calls and emails on record where there was correspndsce between yourself the agent and my customer service department . I truly do apologize the transport did not work for you the money has been refunded as can be verified with your credit card company. If someone was rude to you I will take that up with them there is no reason that should have happened. We are not perfect I worked very hard to try to work out options and find you a driver it did not work.. I'm sure you can understand that [redacted] and as I have referenced we will be taking no money for your order or our time.

Sincerely

DO NOT USE AUTO TRANSPORT 123, I made a reservation with them on a Friday and Ross told me that their drivers don't run on weekends, so I opted out and decided to cancel and drive me car instead of me transporting and he charged me a $100 cancellation fee!!! On top of my other expenses I told him about. They have no type of consideration towards others!

Review: Auto Transport was contracted to move two motorcycles from Florida to Washington. They represented themselves as family owned with their own trucks. I found out they use sub contractors and I needed to coordinate pick up of the bikes. They promised to coordinate deliver times and payment, I was called by the independent trucker asking for payment and deliver coordination. My emails and phone calls were ignored.Desired Settlement: Credit my bank card the charges they have applied

Review: I placed an order on December [redacted], 2014 to have my 2014 Ford Focus be transported from North Carolina to California. Since I am in the military and my orders are subject to change, I clearly asked the sales representative ([redacted]) if I would receive a complete refund from the initial deposit and no cancellation fees/penalty if I decided to cancel. On the morning of January [redacted] 2015, I called into to cancel my service after receiving military orders that I would be allowed to drive my vehicle myself. The customer service representative informed that I would be charge $100 for such cancellation which is a complete contradiction from what the sales representative, [redacted], stated on December [redacted], 2014.Desired Settlement: I desire a complete refund which is the $100 "cancellation fee".

Review: I started a contract with Auto transport 123 to transport my car from [redacted]. During the sales call, they lied to me and told me that they are not a broker, and that one driver will pick up the car, and the same guy is going to deliver it.

Two days before my car is supposed to be picked up (January [redacted], 2015), I got an email, telling me that CFR transportation will be transporting my car. So auto transport 123 lied, and they are indeed a broker. When I tried to arrange the pick up with CFR, I was told that it is terminal to door, instead of the door to door transportation I had paid for. The terminal is in New Jersey- I live in [redacted]. I called auto transport 123 to ask what was going on. The operator (Ashley) told me that a driver had already come to my location, and left because the street was too narrow. I live on one of the widest streets in Pittsburgh, and I never received any calls about a driver coming and determining if the street was too narrow. The operator then asked me to drive it to the terminal in NJ myself (a 6 hour drive). I paid for door to door service, I don't know how they thought they could get away from this, but auto transport 123 tried to lie its way out of providing the full service that we had agreed upon. After 5 calls back and forth, eventually I got auto transport 123 to admit that no one had come to my street. They said my order was in fact a two-part job, and that they would send someone to pick my car up from Pittsburgh and drop it off in NJ. So they had lied about one driver being with the car the entire time.

From that day to January [redacted], I kept calling and asking about when the driver was actually going to get here, as I, trusting them, was flying to my new address on the [redacted]. The operators kept changing their stories, and eventually just told me that they didn't know what was going on, and could not give me any answers or guarantees. I then asked for a refund- she said she cannot authorize a refund because the manager is not in. I have been trying to reach this "manager" since January [redacted]. She said the manager "[redacted]". Since I encountered any problems, the manager has been unavailable and I was never able to reach the "manager". In addition, they want to keep $100 from my deposit, after all the lies and mistakes they made.

Throughout the entire process, I was lied to numerous times, and NOT ONCE did they apologize for what they did. I cannot believe how anybody can run a business like this. I want to cancel my order, and get a full refund.Desired Settlement: I want to cancel my order, have my info removed from the central dispatch system, and I want a full refund of $575.

Review: First, I must say the Revdex.com should do an industry-wide investigation of the online marketed vehicle transport business. It is littered with fraud. I was in need of moving a vehicle from Texas to Maryland. Auto Transport 123 responded with a quote and a gentleman named Matt introduced himself as the son of the owner. My need was immediate and Matt assured me that if I signed his contract, he would have the vehicle picked up on a date specific. I signed and they charged a deposit of $325.00 to my Credit Card. In following up on the day of the pickup I come to find it wasn't picked up. After numerous calls I finally got a hold of Matt who explains they do not have a driver (yet) and they will get back to me on Monday. Monday comes and goes... no calls.... no return of my calls. Given the tight deadline I had, I had no other choice but to seek another service. I sent an email to Matt explaining that because there was no return calls and no plan, I had to move on and I cancelled the deal in writing and requested that they credit my [redacted]. I have not heard a response since. I have now been forced to do a dispute with [redacted]. After a number of weeks without response, Auto Transport 123 finally responded to [redacted] saying I did not cancel the deal. Of course, I have sent a copy of the email to [redacted] and hope that will resolve the money issue.

Sad business practice offering services with the specific intent of stealing deposit money. The unusual part is that I will be moving up to 50 cars this year and told them so. You would think they would have been smart enough to simply return what wasn't there's and move on to the bigger business opportunity.Desired Settlement: Of course, I would like Auto Transport to simply do the right thing. Thus far they have refused and certainly not told the truth. They are illegitimately offering services and making promises they can not keep as a way to cheat people out of the deposit money. Sad commentary. More important than the money I think these guys need to be restricted from offering services online and should be investigated for these horrible business practices.

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Auto Transport 123 regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sadly, this proves my point about their lack of business ethics and customer service. This business style is sadly pervasive throughout that industry. I did dispute the bill with [redacted] and they credited the charge after I submitted proof of my cancellation letter. They credited the funds NOT because AutoTransport123 responded but because they did NOT respond. They are certainly proving their guilt by their silence.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: Contract clearly states, 'The vehicle Is covered under our our 0 deductible $50,000 Insurance polity while It Is in transit on the carrier"

Car was damaged during transport. As soon as Iattempted to open the trunk after car was delivered to FL, I was unable to open It due to damage to car's roof that was not present when car was picked up by vendor In CA. Vendor states that the driver is responsible. However, contact states that the vendor, Auto Transport 123 wlll cover any damage during transport. Vendor has hung up on me over S times In past 4- S weeks. E-mails have been unanswered.

In addition, vendor charged my credit card $650 lnsteaq of $450, and had me pay the driver $1450 instead of $1850 for the 2001 Subaru and 2007 Prius to be transported CA to FL in July 2014. Prius was not damaged during transport.

Desired Settlement: I am requesting payment for fixing dent on roof of car so that trunk tan be opened again. I have not yet obtained a quote as niy attempts at finding out where Auto ransport 123 would like me to take the car for repair have been met with no replies.

Review: We used AT123 to ship our 2007 Jeep from west coast to east coast. Up to pick up and loading of the car, everything was done satisfactorily and as expected. However, upon delivery at a different than the previously agreed to location and having parked the car the wrong way on a 1 way street, the transport driver rushed transfer of the car. When we got the car into a location with better light we examined the exterior of the car to find the front bumper had been dented and scratch in at least 7 different locations. This damage was obviously due to the location of the car bouncing against some part of the cargo area of the transport. We called the company, AutoTransport123 to make a claim, sent multiple emails with pictures from the day before the transport with a pristine bumper and front-end, and after the car had been delivered with the damage clearly visible. Multiple contacts to their service center resulted in initial progress toward reportedly filing of the claim, but calls and emails for follow up were met with little more than delayed or lack of response. When I called to follow up 2 weeks after initially filing the claim to get a status, I was met with rudeness and a lack of concern for my claim, with the representative for this company now telling me "this could take up to 6 months". When I indicated I would contact my insurance company to help handle the claim, the response from this same representative of AutoTransport123 was "you are going to file a claim over a couple of scratches?". I was obviously flabbergasted at both her attitude as well as her lack of professionalism, on top of being gravely disappointed in any progress being made toward my claim, or any concern (if even fake concern) for the delays, or the damage done. My initial estimates on the damage are estimated at $1200, nearly the cost of having transported the car. I will NEVER use this company or the company they used to transport the car, and will do everything in my e-power to ensure others are knowledgeable of the serious lack of professionalism both companies exhibited after having received payment.Desired Settlement: Local estimate to repair the damage from a company of my choice and restitution of that repair to be completed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I appreciate the intent of the response, and the apology, but I still have no visible path to restitution or any acceptance or confirmation what restitution will be made. I gave them my card # . Later that day I call to check in and Ross assured me that if the driver couldn't make it by 5 (the closing time of the shops it was at) that it would be first thing in the morning....I emailed Ross on 8/*/15 asking about the status of my car I got my response. On 8/*/15 they charged my card for $250.00. I sent another email asking if he knew where my car was because I haven't heard anything from anyone. Still no response... On 8/*/15 I call the driver he tells me that he told Ross the loading date would be 8/*/15 or 8/*/15. Not the 8/*/15 or 8/[redacted] that Ross promised me...... Come 8/**/15 still no car no communication on where my car is or anything. I call the the driver, he tells me that he canceled the load on 8/*/15 but no told me....I called Ross and told him I wanted a refund and to cancel my order. Ross told me that they scheduled another driver. I said I don't know you haven't done what you said you would I'll call you back..... I called back no one would answer the phone I would be on hold and go from caller 3 to 2 back to 3 over and over again... Finally I emailed Ross stating I wanted a full refund and I didn't want to do business with them anymore because of all the lies and no communication. He gives me the run around and does not cancel the driver. The driver shows up to load my car and he can't because Ross failed to hire a driver that could load a non operational car. The driver then cancels the load with Ross.... I tried many time to talk to them and resolve this issue they offered me $100.00 back. because they "had to pay a dry run free to the driver" of $125.00.... Thats a lie they didn't pay the driver anything I asked.. They didn't hire anymore drivers... I had to pay someone else to load my car and bring it to VA.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $225.00 because they failed to hire someone that could load my car and bring it to VA......$225.00 because at one point they refunded $25.00 do to overcharging.

Review: Auto Transport 123 charged us $400 on April [redacted] for what the first claimed was a reservation fee. When my husband informed the agent we had canceled in November, the story changes to the charge being a cancelation fee. The company refuses to refund our money, even though their website says nothing about cancelation fees or automatic reservations. The email was neglected for 5 months and the agent who received the email, admitted to getting it and not responding. The situation is not up to pay with their supposed business standards and the fact they charged us, even though they had nothing to qualify as a reservation under company standards is sketchy. They refuse to contact us or send us the contract and are rude and hostile when we call them.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund.

Business

Response:

The reason any email cancellation was no approved is we do not take cancellation via email as it states in the contract you signed. It also states the $400 reservation free if charged is for the booking with the port which way pay to reserve your spot. If you provide your order # or so called quote # I would be happy to provide the contract which was signed dated and tracked via IP scan to your home computer at he time of signing. I do not know who you contacted in regards to trying to get that paperwork since you did include anyone's name or ext. but I wod be more than happy to provide it to you.

We have e mails from [redacted] that state otherwise. He states that he needed to be provided a down payment, vehicle and driver informstion. I talked to your company's supervisor yesterday, who promised she would send the contract my husband signed, and still has yet to do so. Just like your company has yet to contact our banking institution or us for that matter. Also, your terms and conditions page on your website does not mention a $400 reservation fee, and even states informstion is required before making a reservation. [redacted] neglected our email requesting cancelation and did not respond. He contacted us twice for the vehicle information and expressly states that he needs it in order to book. Yet, despite not having what your company requires per your website, you still felt the need to charge us money, even though there was no pick up date or anything.

Response:

Really is that so... Considering my lawyer and I wrote the contract were speaking about I 'd love to know where it says that we dont charge until we have a scheduled pick up. It specifically states upon your first available date we re allowed to bill the reservation fee... Nor did you cancel the correct way which if your lawyer and bank were really involved would instruct you.

So Basically were bad people because you never properly cancelled with us, I held your reservation free of charge into April since November including a booking with my port and I have employees who I pay to be in contact with you for your order. I'm the bad guy because exactly as my contract states we are capable of providing the service for you but you choose to use the military shipper instead of us... The type of company we are.. Im still to this day offering to ship the car at the rate we quoted you... Your complaining and making us out to be bad people yet you very well know we communicated with you to complete your reservation we stayed in contact, we didn't bill until april its disgusting that your going around like were some terrible people and to boot your not the person who placed the order with us! we have never spoken with you you didnt sign our contract and its completely under someone else info.

No where in the contract or on your website does it say anything about

automatic reservations. Anywhere. At All. We are not shipping our

vehicle through you. We sent it via a military transfer. Which,

according to our bank, you claimed was your company. It wasn't. And

again, the fact one of your employees admitted to receiving the email

and did nothing about it, knowingly, it's proof enough of the type of

company you ru

My husband made the reservation. And the fact you are trying to call my character into question is ridiculous. You are also making false accusations against, claiming I said you were scamming people. Nowhere in my messages to you did it state that. My husband did not cancel properly and your employee neglected (and admitted to that) to make sure it was properly taken care of. The fact when we called, we were told the $400 was a cancelation fee (which was later changed to $225) and that it is listed on the website (a lie) and the contract (another lie) is awful business practice. My bank is USAA and our lawyer is Air Force. Both of which have stated your contract is too vague (meaning that your lawyer should be fired if what you say is true) and that you had no authority to take our money. Especially with emails from [redacted] asking for all that information in order to make the reservation. I have seen the reviews on multiple websites ([redacted], etc...) where you do exactly what you are doing here, attempting to discredit me or anyone who negatively reviews your company.

What exactly makes you think we would want to ship our vehicle with a company who can't make up there minds about cancelation fees and has rude employees? If you yell at me, I'm going to yell back.

Review: I spoke to a customer sales rep in the middle of the week and explained to him that I need my car delivered to me by Sunday. He explained that it would be tough but they could make it happen. He gave me a price that was over $100+ more than the last time I had my car transported the same distance. He explained that it was because they do such a good job and it was a short amount of time. I understood and accepted the price. He explained that they have 24 hour customer service and not to worry. They charged my card half the money by Friday and I had no information. I was patient because I know how these things work. Friday I was at work and got 2 missed calls from a number I don’t in an area I am not familiar with. Apparently that was the person getting my car. I called the number back and got a crotchety women telling me that I would have to pay more for her driver, that I knew nothing about, to go and get my car. There was no way. I was already paying more than usual.

I called customer service and spoke to an impolite young lady by the name of [redacted]. She was rude as she explained that I was being recorded when I made the deal with the sales rep. I explained to her that she should know that I expect my car by Sunday because that was the deal that was supposedly recorded. She explained that she would have answers for me shortly. I again waited patiently but got no call. I called back and there was no answer. I continued to call and still no answer. I called the sales rep personally and he said that he would have it handled by Saturday. Saturday came and went and there was no call. There was nothing. When I called the rep he told me that a customer service agent would have answers for me. I got no call from customer service and they were not answering the phone.

Sunday has come and again no answer all day. Finally a customer service rep calls me back after I call over and over and over. It is the same rep with the same attitude explaining to me that they have 10 days to get me my car and she doesn’t know when it will be picked up but I should have it by the end of the week. The last time I got my car transported, less than 4 months ago, it didn’t cost as much or take as long.

She was rude and presumptuous and I don’t know how they are still in business with her as a [redacted], a “[redacted]” as she put it. I’m very disappointed and can’t see myself ever doing this again.Desired Settlement: I would like to never deal with [redacted] again. I would like to get my car to Miami by Tuesday night/ Wednesday the latest. I would like to pay $50 less than what they are claiming they deserve for their great business practices.

Review: I called auto 123 to get a quote. when the young lady answered I gave her all the info she needed. she had to ask her dad to "quote" the vehicle I gave him. he threw out a number which I thought was rather low so I asked her is she sure? she comfirmed the amount and sent pricing and shipping info, she guaranteed the price would not change no matter what. she immedietly went into.....needing a credit card to hold the price. (if you look on their web page it states that they never ask for a down payment or any charges prior to receiving your item) when I mentioned this to her, she said the card will not be charged until they have the item in their possession. hesitant I went to the bank and got a prepaid cc because I did not feel secure giving my bank info out. just as I thought as soon as I gave her the number the card was emptied. at that point they stopped answering my calls. two or three days later I had a carrier call me lo king to get the info he needed. they gave him nothing. sent him to the location with a box truck (to pick up a semi truck/ no trailer). then they informed me I would have to pay for another truck to load it. I told them that wasn't possible, that the truck would not go on a boxtruck. I agreed that they would find another carrier that could properly haul this item. at that point I was just hoping to get the problem resolved. they from then on would not take my calls and when I did call they put me on hold, when they realized I wasn't gonna hang up on them, they just hung up on me. I asked for a refund and they refused! this is a terrible company! very dishonest and not professional at all! they are family. I tried to resolve this with three of them, [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]. all three were rude, and insulting. once they get the cc# and take their deposit they drop the ball and leave the customer (and the driver) hanging. they need to be put out of business. ironically when I was on the phone with [redacted] I could hear [redacted] giving someone else the same line they gave me....(they need a cc# to hold the price guarantee). companies like this make it hard on the honest companies to make a living. after two tries with them....im done! if they are not ignoring your calls their either screaming at you, or they just hang up on you!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS!Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund on the $225.00 they took. they had no intentions on delivering the item. I hope the next person looks them up prior to giving any info to them, they are listed under a totally

different address when they give you your paperwork. they led me to believe they were located in florida. the Revdex.com needs to list them on their website so the next person doesn't get taken like I did

they are CROOKS!

Review: I canceled their service the same day I called them because of their terrible on line reviews. No one ever mentioned to me anything about a cancelation fee, however it apparently is in the on line agreement.I phoned and emailed [redacted] who works there to make them aware of the cancelation. I have since sent certified mail letter to ensure cancellation was followed as per their instructions via [redacted].

[redacted] told me on the phone that he was working on removing the calculation charges, he said the he would call me back in a few minutes. The next call I recieved from this company was from an irate, extremely rude woman. She was yelling and screaming at me that I signed a contract to transport a car, she never mentioned anything about [redacted] removing a free? She appeared to be attempting to collect the full $225? Her indignant manor on the phone was completely unacceptable. I told her that I became aware of their poor business practice's and I call my bank to cancel the card because other consumers complained about un authorized charges appearing on their card after providing it to auto transport 123. This woman threatened me with legal action and ruining my credit, all this over a few hundred dollars. Today I recieved a email from auto transportation threatening to slander my good name to my local media! Any local business's in my area, falsely report to all credit agencys that I gave them a fraudulent credit card. My card was in fact valid, I only took action of canceling my card upon learning how many consumers had been victimized by this company. This email advised me to send them $100 by this Friday the [redacted] of Aug. or they will unleash a smear campaign against me. What business gets away with this?Desired Settlement: as per my conversation with the owners son [redacted] I would like to have this $100 extortion bill be adjusted to zero. I also insist that this company take no further action towards defaming my good name, or my credit. I would like a written response ( via email is fine ) from the Revdex.com with some resolution.

Thank you

I HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT FROM THIS CUSTOMER STATING HE WILL PAY A CANCELLATION FEE IF HE CHOOSES TO CANCEL. HE CANCELLED HIS CREDIT CARD AND REFUSES TO PAY AND HE GETS TO WRITE A Revdex.com CLAIM AGAINST ME??? AS AN INTERMEDIARY PARTY I THINK THE Revdex.com SHOULD FORCE PAYMENT FROM THIS DISGUSTING CUSTOMER. INCLUDED IS A SIGNED CONTRACT. I can also provide the IP address from the computer in his office which he signed this agreement from. Furthermore since your such a smart guy to go to the Revdex.com [redacted] of Falcone motors , we will now be lodging a complaint against falcone motors due to non payment.

Thanks, If you want to just pay your $100 cancellation fee like a ethical business man that would be the way to handle this.. IF you dont want to do business with us than we don't want you as a customer but cancelling your credit card and refusing phone calls is not ethical its cowardly.

[Your Answer Here]

They are not accurately representing this issue to the Revdex.com. The tone of their response is typical of the way they talked on the phone to me and other customers who also lodged simular complaints. Due to their many complaints on line I will not provide them with a credit card, I do not trust this company. In addition I was told that my reservation fee was being handled/ waived regardless of the electronic contract. I called them two hours after the inetiation of the "contract" to cancel. Their threats to continue to harass me for $100 indicates everything I and everyone on the Internet needs to know about them. Also I am not avoiding any calls from them as they mentioned, interesting how they resorted to name calling ny calling me a coward

Review: I called the business 9/**/2015 at 10 am. I then emailed them at 11:18 am and requested that my reservation be canceled. I was then called by Ross and he stated that I would be charged a cancellation fee and I told him I would not pay it because I just called the reservation in. During his sales pitch he stated to me that there would be no upfront fees and if I decided to cancel there would be no charges to me. Ross then sent me an email stating that he would place a mechanical lien on my car if I did not pay $100. At that point I told him to re frame from contacting me any further and that I would be reporting him to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want this company to no longer contact me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Please note that I never had any further contact with them and I never told them to keep it open. I want something in writing stating that they have canceled the reservation and no monies will be owed to them from me.

Review: I contacted Auto Transport 123 to transport my truck from WA to TN when I was out to sea. I'm in the Navy. We agreed on a fee and the dates I needed the truck to be transported. I called the day I got back from sea, May *, 2015, to confirm everything was on track, [redacted] informed me the truck had broken down in CA. Not only was it not going to be transported when I needed it, but the driver was also going to need $300 more to make the transport happen at all. I told him I couldn't wait and would find someone else to take care of the service. He tried to convince me to go with them, but eventually seemed to understand my need to get it shipped. He agreed there WOULD NOT be a cancellation fee and even sent me an email stating that fact. They then proceeded to charge my credit card $100 for canceling. I have spoken with [redacted] and every other person (it seems) at the business in an attempt to get the money back. [redacted] continues to come up with one excuse after another and lies every time we discuss the situation. Again, I have an email stating there would NOT be a cancellation charge. This should be a nonissue. They are crooks! Plain and simple. They do not support the military and they do not care that their word means nothing. They shouldn't be allowed to do business. Period.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $100 I was charged for canceling a service that was never performed. As stated in an email I have from [redacted], I WOULD NOT be charged a cancellation fee, and therefore I should receive my money back.
