This company lied about being able to transport my vehicle when I needed it to be shippedIt took days longer than they kept promising me and the only reason I didn't have another company transport it was because they wouldn't give my $deposit backI ended up having to pay an extra $for storage of my vehicle because they kept lying about when they could pick it up

I was told by one of owners/employees they own their own trucksThey do notI received a call from the shipper a couple days before the shipping dateI was very surprised because I had no idea someone else would shipI did my research on Auto Transport & had no information on the other companyI tried calling Auto Transport & was on hold an hour before finally hanging upAfter finally reaching, Casey, I requested information on the shipper, which I received a couple days laterI chose this company because I was told by their representative, that they have their own trucksI felt there was deceptionThe shipper (Cars Inc) was hours lateThe car arrived in one piece

Requested a quote throught their websiteGot a callback within a hourExplained how my mother was in a abusive situation ans car needed to be picked up a certain day within a certain time windowThey checked with management and agreed they can "clear the drivers schedule for a fee" to ensure they can accompany the day and time requestAgreed to the extra feeThey were a day late and not even within the time window we discussed We had to have my mom take her car to a local hotel and leave it there as to not cause a situation with her now exMultiple calls and emails went unanswered and no response to my request to refund me the added fee

Good Morning-
While we are sorry that Customers Vehicle Windshield was damaged furtherWe were able to obtain the Original Bill of Lading - please find attached confirming that there was a Crack in the Windshield at pick up
Unfortunately due to the circumstances and the Windshield
being damaged prior to pick up - we are unable to assist furtherCustomer signed a Waiver at pick up that if further damages were caused during an Open Transport the Carrier nor Transport Company would be held liable.The documentation supplied is the original inspection form at pick up I have circled the Damages recordedRegards,

Beware! In September I had hired ATto take my car to a location and we were going to fly out one way and meet it for a vacation and drive back to homeThey said no problemThey gave me a day window to pick it up and I had called to make sure things were on scheduleThey said yes, I'd hear from the truckerNo call/email4th day I called them and they said no truck will come until they we were actually going to fly out and then we wouldn't have the car until days laterThey didn't careAs it turned out, they never even listed our car on the docket for a trucker to pick it upThey just wanted us to panic, which we did, to break the contract so they could take our depositI had to put a stop on our credit card
They are lying fraudulent swindlers

My husband made the reservationAnd the fact you are trying to call my character into question is ridiculous You are also making accusations against, claiming I said you were scamming people Nowhere in my messages to you did it state thatMy husband did not cancel properly and your employee neglected (and admitted to that) to make sure it was properly taken care ofThe fact when we called, we were told the $was a cancelation fee (which was later changed to $225) and that it is listed on the website (a lie) and the contract (another lie) is awful business practiceMy bank is USAA and our lawyer is Air ForceBoth of which have stated your contract is too vague (meaning that your lawyer should be fired if what you say is true) and that you had no authority to take our moneyEspecially with emails from *** asking for all that information in order to make the reservationI have seen the reviews on multiple websites (*** *** *** *** ***, etc...) where you do exactly what you are doing here, attempting to discredit me or anyone who negatively reviews your company
What exactly makes you think we would want to ship our vehicle with a company who can't make up there minds about cancelation fees and has rude employees? If you yell at me, I'm going to yell back

The customer states right in this complaint we sent a driverThe driver was delayed. It states in our paperwork these times are estimates and we tell all customers if their is an issue with any drivers we will happily send another. We don't have that any money is owed on file if the
car was never picked upWe billed the reservatoin fee as it states in the contract. IF they would still like to ship the car we will happily ship the car for the customer. After he drove away , we never got a call heard anything and this is the first we are ever hearing about any issues. This a local customer to us and wish they would have just called us rather then jump to this Revdex.com complaint. I truly apologize if this customer had any issues with service. I have been having our customer service dept reach out to her since she wrote negative feedback last night on a ** post. There was a slight delay in delviery. Other than that we are always avaialbe for communication I have numerous notes from *** on this file and *** stating tracking where the vehicle was and delviery estimated times. I feel really bad for this client. AFter this was written I once again had *** reach out to try and resolve any issues which may have occured. We are sorry ***. Delays do occur and we are sorry if the slight communication was not on par with your expectations

This is my final communication regarding this matter. Auto Transport is responsible and accountable for the unprofessionalism and terrible customer service of their "sub-contractor" Quality Relocation Services. They are also accountable for the misleading statements regarding their cancellation fees, deposit policies and who actually provides their transportation services. I submitted a dispute for $to our credit card company and do not plan to back out of my position
After serving this country with distinction and honor for years as both an Enlisted member and *** ***, I do not appreciated the company insinuating I lied on my previous statement. The person who contacted me last from Quality Relocation Services was to the best of my ability to determine "female".
Finally, I would never have any future direct or indirect business contact with the company or their subcontractor. In fact, if this dispute is not resolved to my satisfaction by the end of this month, I plan to report the company and the subcontractor conduct to the Department of Defense contractor performance evaluation and qualification office. Although this is not a direct contract through the Department of Defense, I am sure Auto Transport receives offers to transport servicemen and women vehicles from the Department of Defense Transportation Offices

I gave the lady the dates in which the vehicle could be picked upI mentioned that the date on the contract was in error, she said no problem she would note the correct first available dateWhen I cancelled the pino one mentioned that the cancellation had to be in writingthe only response I got was the same one my daughter received and in the same rude manner.It seems there is a communication problem amongst the employees and with the customerIn no way was this transaction handled professionallyBecause of the way in which I was treated, I feel both an apology and refund are warrentedI see no way further communication with this company will improve the situation.
