We then scheduled another driver for his specific dates
IN this matter of time the customer contracted with another company and got picked up. We were never told or cancelled withThe customer told our driver it was already delivered by a different company with zero communication. Furthermore this customer claims to have spoken with *** in sales yet we have no documentation of that call ever happening. We refuned an overages that were taken so if it was $it was refunded back to be doing $our standard dispatch feeWhy would we refund you?

First, I had never spoken with *** *** ***. All my conversations and e-mails had been with *** ***. I contacted her a few weeks after Quality Relocation Services failed to response to several attempts to contact them. On Tuesday ** May, several days after I cancelled the pick up with Auto Transport 123, Quality Relocation Services contacted me to "schedule" the pick up of the vehicle "sometime" on Wednesday ** May or Thursday ** May. Again, of particular note was the fact the company calls to pick up my $25,plus vehicle and once again the person on the phone failed to identify the company or provide a name. Also, once I told the "Lady" calling in behalf of Quality Relocation Services the request was cancelled almost a week prior, she proceeded to hang up the phone without even a "Thank you" or "Apology". On my book, and since I am the one paying for the "service" my book counts, this is very unprofessional behavior.
Regardless of *** *** statements, on my opinion neither Auto Transport nor Quality Relocation Services provided the service as promised

1.- I had to leave the car in a storage for them to pick up since they did not find a "driver" by the my moving date (days after the contract).2.- The first diver they hired showed up at the storage location at 6:00PM of a Friday night and expected me to pay for his hotel to wait for the following dayI rejected that irresponsible proposal.3.- They took more than one week to find a second driver that overcharged by $100.The fact that they returned the $overcharge does not excuse for the extreme delay, lack of commitment to what they promised and unprofessional attitude at customer service.A compensation for days delay should be in placeOr a note at the Revdex.com of how unresponsive this company isAt least other potential customers should know this company does not stand to their commitments.*** ***

I explained to the sales rep that I was contemplating driving my car from AZ to IL and was informed that I could cancel at anytime without charge I decided to drive and responded via certified mail with return receipt I of course was shocked when they attempted to charge my account $for a cancellation fee I was fortunate that it was declined by my financial institution, but question if this will be the end of this after reviewing all of the negative reviews

If this customer can provide concrete proof the car was driven any mileage at all we will have the driving company refund the money due to mileage on car At the same time these are very serious accusations Your gas level bears no means So the truck travels with less weight often
times the carriers will release-the gas prior to beginning their route
Also we have heard similar reading based off your cars system often times when on the truck it gets tracked much like a EZ pass would if the pass is not removed We do not own these carriers or trucks and you are our customer , if these things did happen we are here to help you IF you can provide true factual details about this happening and not just did he get pulled over ? or did he get a ticket? I will be happy to get you a refund and help you fair enough???

Really is that soConsidering my lawyer and I wrote the contract were speaking about I 'd love to know where it says that we dont charge until we have a scheduled pick up. It specifically states upon your first available date we re allowed to bill the reservation feeNor did you cancel the correct way which if your lawyer and bank were really involved would instruct you.
So Basically were bad people because you never properly cancelled with us, I held your reservation free of charge into April since November including a booking with my port and I have employees who I pay to be in contact with you for your order. I'm the bad guy because exactly as my contract states we are capable of providing the service for you but you choose to use the military shipper instead of us... The type of company we areIm still to this day offering to ship the car at the rate we quoted youYour complaining and making us out to be bad people yet you very well know we communicated with you to complete your reservation we stayed in contact, we didn't bill until april its disgusting that your going around like were some terrible people and to boot your not the person who placed the order with us! we have never spoken with you you didnt sign our contract and its completely under someone else info

Is this a joke? you signed a contract with us on Friday. Here are our terms and conditions the terms were not if your car isn't picked up on Saturday or Sunday you can just cancel the orderOh you got lower quotes for different dates? and for some reason that should have something to do

Do not trust this company with any of your information Do not even call or contact this company for any reason They will not follow through on having your vehicle shipped at the agreed upon date, they will not call to let you know the driver isn't coming to pick up your vehicle, and then they will charge you a cancellation fee if you try to cancel your reservation Quite possibly the worst business I have ever tried doing business with I sincerely wish I had looked at reviews on the Revdex.com website before trying to do business with them I would be surprised if the two positive reviews are real
