There are many benefits of accessing as a commercial member, which right now she is not getting through the consumer site. I have listed a few key benefits below.- Buyback Protection does not cover commercial entities on the consumer site and it also will not cover buyers.

Our records indicate that the consumer emailed
our customer service center on 2/27/14. 
We replied and closed the case out on 2/28/14 reinstating their
account.  The previous repeat...

were patterns of commercial use and our system picked this up.  We have made notes that the consumer is not
using for commercial use and do apologize for any inconveniences the consumer
may have experienced.  We will not refund
any past purchases because the service was frequently used, but out of customer
good will, we have extended their access an additional two weeks and their
account is now set to expire on 4/4/14 instead of 3/20/14.

We have reviewed the case details and consumer’s concerns regarding
the Auction Announced Frame Damage record showing on AutoCheck.  After careful review and consideration, we
have concluded that we will not be able to remove the record because the data
source that...

provided us the information confirmed the announcement at the time
of sale in their systems back in 2011.
The selling party at that time, would have been informed that an
announcement of frame damage due to the alterations on the frame, would have to
be reported prior to moving forward with a sale.  The buying party would have also been
informed of the announcement.
AutoCheck has no reason to doubt that the modifications done to the
vehicle’s frame to accommodate a wheelchair lift were in compliance and
performed by qualified professionals.  However,
the auctions that report the information to AutoCheck follow their own specific
guidelines for what constitutes as frame damage in their line of business.  In most cases, this would be the result of any
type of damage, modification, welds, etc., that impact the vehicle’s originally
manufactured frame specifications / measurements.
At this point, we recommend that the consumer present supporting
documentation to any of the buying parties that might be interested in
purchasing their vehicle that explains exactly what has been done.

Based on these unaccountable and dismissive responses to a customer complaint that I must continue to respectfully decline [redacted]'s (Autochecks) resolution. I believe that the emails I received from [redacted] during my subscription period are proof that [redacted] is practicing false advertising.  False advertising or deceptive advertising is the use of false or misleading statements in advertising, and misrepresentation of the product at hand, which may negatively affect many stakeholders, especially consumers.It is apparent that [redacted] is more interested in making another sale than addressing problems and meeting customer expectations.  I trust Revdex.com staff and any potential new customers reading this can draw their own conclusions.

this company advertises on the Kelly Blue book site for 'FREE" vin check, then once you request the check, pricing is displayed in order to see the report. if you are going to charge then say so up front. Shady business practice.
