I ordered a vehicle report because I wanted to find out who the vehicle belonged toI wanted a title searchAll it states is (I think) is that the title was changed to a new title number as of recent daysThe report was very non specific and I was greatly disappointed on the records this site provided

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Regards,
*** ***
If Auto Check is going to produce information as absolute then it should be verifiableI understand that you have a contract agreement, however if they are not willing to provide proof then they need to remove the entry! I have provide proof of repair with no frame/sub frame damageFrom earlier emails it was stated due to apron damage and a welded mufflerThe apron of my car is plastic! it is a bolt on item, unless they are referring to something different I have no other idea of what an "Apron" isAs for welded muffler, how in the world is that part of a frame issue? It isn't even part of the frame or any sub-structureAs I have said prior, I have provided proof of no damage and they have notIf they cannot provide proof then the incorrect entry needs to be and demanded to be removed from my car's recordI have the original CarFax that show no frame or sub frame damageAll accidents were not bad enough to bend or twist the frame/sub frame

We apologize for the misunderstanding, Experian does not advertise, nor offer free vehicle history reportsExperian advertises a free VIN Check which will provide information decoded from the VIN, as well as a record count, which tells consumers how many records we have available for that
particular vehicle to guide them towards the purchase of a full report to learn more about those records listedValuable records provided on an AutoCheck report may include, but are not limited to state title & registration data, accident data, auction data, theft data, service records, etcwhich are specific to the VIN requestedAccess to this additional information will need to be purchased through www.autocheck.comA single report for one vehicle is $and an unlimited subscription good for days is $

charging my Credit Card for service not received

I bought a used car from a local dealer that provided me with an *** report that showed my vehicle had not been in an accidentA couple months later when changing insurance companies I found out it had been wreckedThe insurance company found The wreck using ***The bumper is coming off, the alignment is beyond fixable and I'm now stuck with a car that is worth far less than what I owe or paidThe dealer said they'll buy it back, but for $3,less than what I oweAutocheck is not accurate!

We would like to thank Mr*** for taking the time to share his feedback regarding the email offers he received after creating an Account at AutoCheck.comHowever, our Site does not state that email notifications will be sent to advise of the time remaining for the purchased subscriptionAs previously advised, the subscription term is clearly stated throughout the purchasing screensBased on this information, we must continue to respectfully decline Mr***'s request

How can this worthless company maintain a high Revdex.com rating when all I read are complaints I can't sell my car because of all the faulty information in the report Autocheck live chat is not working, they refuse to respond to e-mails and they customer service phone is constantly busy I guess I will just sue these bums
