Ms. [redacted],I have included a digital image of the WA State Trooper's accident report.  This is the only paperwork we have from the day of the accident.  I am hopeful this will suffice and that the wrong that was committed against me will be righted.  Please let me know.  As it is digital I am hopeful you can open the document and review it in a better, larger view. Many Thanks,[redacted]253-370-4059

As previously mentioned, AutoCheck relies on third party data sources to provide information to display on our reports.  We truly apologize for any inconvenience to the customer and wish there was something that could be done to make their experience with us more enjoyable, however, the situation described by the customer does not qualify towards any sort of compensation.    We cannot 100% guarantee we will have complete information, however, we feel confident enough to guarantee that we will have complete state title brand information which is what our Buyback protection program covers.   If the odometer readings the customer explains resulted in a title brand (i.e. Not Actual Miles, etc.) and AutoCheck missed that brand from the state, we would pay the customer up to 110% of the price paid for the vehicle.  However, since this situation explained does not appear to be the case, we unfortunately regret to inform the customer that we cannot provide any additional compensation aside from letting them out of their contract with us early.  We again apologize for any inconveniences this has caused.

As per the AutoCheck Buyback Terms and Conditions, I am entitled to reimbursement for the purchase price of the vehicle as the AutoCheck report ran prior to buying the Jeep did not state the title was branded as a "Manufacturer Buyback.", The score was a high 79. I have since submitted a claim complete with needed paperwork, which was mailed out 04-15-2015 via USPS Priority Mail, which states that claim was delivered on 04-17-2015.

A brief description of the damage should and can be added to your report. A detailed description of the damage was furnished to you by way of a letter from my automobile insurance company. All that you have done thus far is remove 2 words from the report, the inaccurate location of incidents in 2007.
