Auto loss did everything they said they were going to doI was having a lot of trouble dealing with the insurance directly as soon as I got Auto loss involved they helped me get a fair offer from the Insurance cofor the dimenising value for my truckDefinelty will do business with them again in the future

I ordered a report with the company and was told that there was a money back guaranteed if my claim did not get paidI began asking for my refund mid-August once we found out my claim was unsuccessfulI have sent a monthly email reminderThe website says it can take up to days to get the refundThe days has passsed and the company has stopped communicating with me months ago

I am rejecting this response because: Monica F* on behalf of Autoloss made one phone call to me about my concerns of receiving a over exaggerated appraisal I have my cell phone log to support that claim As I stated earlier, every other legitimate company that offers appraisals for Diminished Value came to the same opinion that Autoloss's appraisal was incorrect and misrepresented my true loss At the end of the day, there's nothing I can do with the Appraisal Report issued by Autoloss Having said that, if a mutual agreement can't be reached, I'm happy to settle with the fact that a true stain will be left on Autoloss's record with the Revdex.com I'm a customer that is unsatisfied with quality of work, the so called customer service and finally the liar after liar of we did everything for *** *** That is absolutely inaccurate I can only hope that this compliant will let other consumers know to stay away from this vendor due to the misrepresented Report I was given and the subpar customer service

Autoloss takes a lot of pride in their work product Monica and the team took the extra time and made sure everything was perfect on my claim I wanted to total my vehicle but I was unable to get it done Autoloss was able to have my vehicle totaled and get me $1,in addition to what I owed on my *** I was able to buy a better *** because of themThanks so much, *** ***
