Our records indicate that you submitted an inquiry for credit with Avant on July 31, On this same day you were approved for a loan in the amount of $7,and executed your loan agreementOn September 8, you made your first installment payment in the amount of $via ACH
On September 24, you contacted Avant telephonically in order to pay the remaining balance of your loanYou indicated that you wished to pay the remaining balance from a different bank account than the account on fileYou were advised that, in order to update the bank account on file, you would need to submit a voided check, bank statement, or official bank document on bank letterhead showing the bank name and the full routing and account numberYou were also advised that, upon receipt of this document, Avant would be able to update the bank account on file and schedule a payoff
On September 29, Avant received a bank document via email which had been signed by the branch managerAs this document did not include the full routing and account numbers for your new bank account, Avant was unable to update the bank account on fileThat same day, Avant subsequently contacted you via email with an explanation of why the submitted document was unacceptable, and provided a list of documents required to update the bank account on file
Later that same day, you set up a full payoff via your Customer Dashboard via ACH, which was set to come out of the bank account on file on September 30, Please note that financial institutions need time to process ACH paymentsAccordingly, all bank files for ACH payments are sent to your financial institution on the business day before, as is an industry standard procedureAs such, the bank file for the September 30, payment was sent to your bank on September 29, and could not be cancelled
On September 30, Avant received a voided check via email showing all of the necessary information to update the bank account on fileAccordingly, on that same day, the bank account on file was updatedHowever, as you know, the payment set up by you via your Customer Dashboard had already been processedConsequently, Avant was unable to set up a new payoff payment until this previously scheduled payment had returnedOn Friday, October 2, 2015, the payment scheduled via your Customer Dashboard returned
On October 5, 2015, you contacted Avant telephonically and set up a payoff payment scheduled for October 6, 2015, the next business dayThis payment has been processed and your account is now paid in full

postal mail from you regarding your identity theft claim Here at Avant, we take allegations of fraud
very seriouslyIn order to begin a thorough fraud investigation, an individual
must submit a written request including proof of identity and an executed FTC
Identity Theft AffidavitUpon receipt of your letter, your account was
immediately escalatedLater that same day, a letter outlining the fraud
investigation process along with a copy of the FTC identity theft affidavit was
sent via U.Smail to the address provided by youThis letter advised you that
an inquiry for credit was received by Avant via ***, and that the loan
request was subsequently declinedThe letter also included instructions to
complete the attached FTC identity theft affidavitOn November 2, 2015, you submitted a completed
affidavit, as well as a copy of a police report and your driver’s licenseAccordingly,
the account on file was appropriately updated and notice was sent to the

I applied for a loan from this company once I completed the online application and up loaded two bank statement I keep getting email saying I didn't complete the application I log back in and the online application shown it was being process, but I was still getting all these random application saying call them, I made so many attempts to contact them, I stay on hold on time for minutes and that when I said for get it, and I sent them a email and told them if they wanted to talk to me call me, I left my number and no never call, after two days of this, when I got another email for me to contact them, I just replied cancel my application, and don't contact me again So far so good, no more email nor did I every get a phone callTo be a business this company really have communication issuesafter reading some of the other people complaints here on this Revdex.com website, I'm very glad we didn't connect I don't trust them

On December 16, at 10:pm, a check was received and applied to your account in order to pay off your loanHowever, as you know, your regularly scheduled installment payment was scheduled to be debited on December 19, 2016, the next business day and, as this check was applied to your account after business hours the business day before the payment was due, Avant was unable to cancel this installment paymentNote that all ACH payment files are sent to your bank for processing the business day before they are dueThis is due to the time required by banks in order to process the transaction. On December 19, 2016, following the debit of your regularly scheduled installment payment, you contacted Avant via telephone in order to inquire about the debitAt this time, you were advised that any overpayment would be refunded and that you would receive a follow up regarding your account the next business day. On December 20, 2016, a representative attempted to contact you via telephone regarding your accountUnfortunately, they were unable to reach you. On December 22, 2016, you again contacted Avant via telephone to inquire about your accountYou were advised that refunds for overpayment of paper checks may take up to three weeksThis time frame ensures that the payment does not return prior to the refund being issued. I am rejecting this response because:
On Jan 12th I explained to the representative that I would be paying off the loan and the quote needed to include any amounts due including upcoming payments and interestHence, the reason why I requested the payoff to be effective up until Feb22nd to allow for plenty of time for the check to be received by youI was previously enrolled in automatic payments, so the reason for my telephonic contact on Jan26th was to disenroll because I did not want an automatic payment to be debited from my checking account on Feb1st because, as I've already stated, my intent was to mail a final payoff check for the entire amount due I find your response unsatisfactory, and what's even more unprofessional is that the amount of times I have tried requesting a response from your Compliance team by going through your respresentives you all have not bothered to respond to my issue other than via the Revdex.com platform.

The offer via mail is really deceivingIt says you can check your rates without it affecting your FICO but after you go through all of their questions you have to agree for them to do a credit pull

This company does bad business They charge interest after payoff I do not recommend anyone utilizing their services
