As you know, Avant contacted you via telephone on April 13, in an effort to resolve this matterDuring this call, you were advised that on April 1, you were sent an email titled “Your application for credit has expired, but we invite you to reapply at your convenience” due to the incomplete nature of your loan requestThis expired application notice is provided to every customer whose loan request is not completed within seven (7) calendar days after the initial loan request is submittedThis process is designed to help consumers by providing transparency to the credit underwriting process.Once again, adverse action was only taken on your credit application because it was incompleteFor this reason, you are still able to continue with the loan request process, if you decide to do so.You were advised during this call that the final step to completing this process is a three-way call with your financial institutionOnce this step is completed, you will receive a final decision on your loan request. They still only reported payments to *** up to 5/1/and balance is showing *** which is incorrect as it is only I have also since this filed a complaint with The government agency that handles these type issues as it is wrong for Avant to report information to the credit bureau and for them when asked to verify to verify erroneous information with regards to balancesThe government agency is now investigatingAgain Avant needs to update the correct balance or I will continue to lodge valid complaints

Due to an isolated process issue, your minimum monthly payment was inadvertently debited via ACH on December 28, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. On December 28, 2015, you contacted Avant regarding the ACH payment taken that same day and were informed that Avant would refund your payment as well as any applicable fees incurred through your bank as a result of the debitYou subsequently provided a bank statement detailing applicable fees. On December 23, 2015, you contacted Avant via e-mail and stated that you received a promotional offer in the mailThis offer states that, if you are successfully approved for a new loan and subsequently make your first payment on time, you will be eligible to receive a $*** gift cardAvant responded that same day advising you that only new loans are eligible for this promotional offer, and that the promotional code must be applied prior to approval in order to be honored. Later that same day you contacted Avant via online chat and again requested that the promotional offer be applied to your accountYou were again advised that all promotional codes must be applied prior to approval, and therefore you were not eligible to receive a gift card. Month after month receiving "preapproval" letter in the mailAfter receiving several I fill out a loan formGet an email from saying approved and to sign contract only to click on the link to be declined on the loanWho sends an approval email if you're not??? My gripe is you don't send approval emails if you are not approved

This is my second loan with avant and decided to pay it offI called customer service and was advised that they cannot take a payment with another bank accountThey told me I needed to email or fax my bank statement to verify it was my accountThe next day I found a bank statement that was from December before I changed to paperless and emailed it overI called and was advised it has to be within daysI told them I am paperless and can only send a screen print of my account with just the last digits of my accountThe rep said management won't take itNow I am having to go through my *** and have *** as an external transfer so I can make a payment to pay the loan offThis is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and will never do business again

I just located Avant Credit, but they are now Avant, with the same business logoI haven't had a negative or positive experience since I've just applied for the loan Once I have actually spoken to a live person, I will update my comment I just wanted to make you aware that the name had changed

Consolidated 10k CC (4) for 33% interest which incresed credit scoreI was able to then refinance a mortgage to pay off this high interest loan in monthsActually overpaid by $and have been fighting with them for weeks to receive over-payment refund"it's in investigation" is what I am toldHow long does it take to see the over-payment on months (payments)? Customer Service is absolutely the WORST!

I RECENTLY PAID OFF A LOAN WITH AVANT I SENT THEM A CASHIERS CHECK ON AUG 31,AS THEY ASKED THEY RECEIVED THE CHECK AND CASHED IT ON SEPT 7THLAST WEEK WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY RECORD OF THE CHECKSO I HAD TO GO BACK TO MY BANK AND GET A COPY OF THE CHECK AND EMAIL IT BACK TO AVANT THEY RECEIVED IT AND CLAIM THEY WOULD LOOOK INTO IT AS OF TODAY THEY STILL HAVE NOT BE ABLE TO FIND THE CHECK OR CREDIT MY ACCOUNT AS PAID IN FULLSEPT 19TH I WOULD LIKE SOME KIND OF ACTION TO SOLVE THIS

Well, I keep getting preapproved letters for up to to pay off debts and cards etcGood credit score...never missed a payment on anything in or more yearsThey say.....declined due to high balances and use of credit cards***If I had low balances I wouldn't be looking to consolidate

I mailed a payoff payment via check on January 7th to the address provide by customer support along with my cr, email, phone and last of SSN to ensure proper credit The check was deposited on January 12th, however, my account was not credited as being paid so I have been charged interest daily and also my monthly payment on January 17th was auto deducted (even though the check had cleared days prior) Just received my new monthly statement showing my full balance and payment due in two weeks, but no credit of the payment which paid my account in full Customer support states they have no record of this payment, and a gentleman on the phone told me I had to provide evidence the payment cleared via mail or fax As a customer who has paid thousands in interest over the years to Avant and never missed a payment, Avant should research that deposit via their billing department before I have to jump through hoops to PROVE I paid them Very poor service and lack of concern toward a loyal customer in this case I should be refunded my payment on January 17th and my account back dated to January 12th as paid in full without having to mail off a copy of the check they deposited I did what I was supposed to do on my end I am not going to gather a copy of the check and send to them to do whatever with and wait and wait to see what happens when they have a record of the deposit that will take a few minutes to retrieve on their end

The representative from AvantCredit explained the process, and why my loan was reduced from the initial amountHe explained that two secondary credit bureaus were deciding factors of the loan reduction and rate increaseBecause I am a victim of identity theft, I have now notified both bureaus of the inaccurate information,so it can resolve the issues

This company collected my personal information.....wasted days of my time...and the day I thought my loan was finally going to be funded...yet another so-called customer service rep called and requested yet again...more documents that the previous cs rep had told me weren't needed...and said he was sorry for the confusionThere was no confusion...there was simply total mis-representation...total lies...and time wasted that was very important to meI truly believe this company should be investigated for their unscrupulous business practices..and completely and mis-leading advertising

Upon review of your loan request, it was determined that the monthly net income amount which Avant was able to verify was less than the amount provided by you at the time of the applicationPlease be advised that all pre-approvals are subject to verification of the information that you provide during the loan request process As a result, the terms which Avant was able to offer changed. Later that same day, Avant received your notice via email that you were revoking ACH authorization and made the corresponding changes to your account.On August 26, 2016, you failed to make your installment payment as agreedAccordingly, your account fell into “late” statusPlease note, Avant did not have authorization to debit this payment from your bank account as you previously had requested to be opted out of automatic ACH payments.Once your account fell into “late” status, Avant made numerous attempts to contact you to inform you of your missed paymentPlease be advised, each of these attempts to contact you were unansweredAdditionally, our records reflect that, while your account was past due, your customer dashboard notified you of the late status of your account and advised you to contact Avant telephonically in order to resolve the matter. According to our records, on September 22, 2016, you changed your upcoming installment payment due on September 26, from the amount of $to the amount of $via your customer dashboardHowever, you did not provide Avant authorization to debit this paymentAccordingly, Avant was unable to debit this payment automatically, as you had previously revoked your ACH authorization. This company is impossible to communicate with once you have completed your application and received your loan and are making paymentsI have tried many times to get my loan number and to change my password so I can get into my account and locate the loan number but they will not respondI keep getting this pop up and they will send me an email message with a link to change my password but it never is postedI would not recommend this company to anyoneI do appreciate that they gave me a chance by giving me the loan when my credit was poor but I still deserve to be treated with respect and not ignored

Dont waste your time I have excellent credit Got a letter Needed to do some home improvement So I applied Their Email said approved Select amount and term I did as asked Sent necessary documents Then Denied Wow Plz choose someone else They ask for Bank info and personal info Sure they will respond with a BLAH BLAH BLAH But my income score and credit history are fine Use Local Companies THESE PEOPLE ARE A SHAM
