used this company times ,both times very bad experience,first time ordered Harmony one universal control which was suppose to be refurbish,but the item in reality was used had a lot of scratches on it,and second time instead of JBL earpieces they send me some aftermarket unknown company product!!!!

I tried to purchase a JBL Pulse refurbished from techrabbit.com.The website glitched and did not complete my order but they sure did charge my bank account
I have contacted techrabbit numerous times however since they don't see an order they cannot process a refund to my bank accountSo here I am I have to wait 22+ days from my bank just to get my transaction returned
I will not be trying to re purchase this product as its an absolute nightmare to get your money back if something happens.I am very angry about this experience and it could have been a lot better if Anthony from techrabbit would give me my money back
Tech Rabbit is a company where you get what you pay for! I ordered a Nest protect that was listed as "New-Hassle Free" packaging What I received was an open box item that smelled like breath mints After a series of confusing back and forth emails I returned the product, and they said they were sending out a new product I've repeatedly attempted to get them to give me information on the exchange, a tracking number - something! They have refused to provide that information In my most recent exchange from them they claim they haven't received the return even though they previously acknowledged they had I have proof from USPS that they signed for it Stay away from this company It's not worth the headache to save a few dollars
Terrible service the iPhone I bought replace I know after because the Apple told to me the cellphone doesn’t work the battery die I did the complaint but without solution

I ordered a refurbished MacBook Air from TechRabitit came to me a bit later than I expected but the product was is decent condition, only a few minor dents and a few spots on the screen where the pixles were messed up but over all the functionality of the computer worked and looked finethey called it "Grade B refurbished" the only issue I can really say that I have had with the computer is that it seemed to be priorly owned by school student or a business bc every mins or less I'm getting a pop up that states "Device Enrollment" "*** *** School Corporation can automatically configure your Mac" and I can only skip it or click for detailsif I skip it it just keeps coming back and if I hit details its trying to enroll my computer and make changes to it that I don't wantit has gotten very frustrating when I'm doing something important or even sitting back and watching Netflix with this thing popping up on the screen every few mins gets very old very fastI attempted to call them about it but every time I call it just rings till voicemailid really like this to be fixed or something because I can't get it to stop! I paid a lot of money for this computer and its still within the day warranty I would hope that they don't wait till after the days to get back to me
