To whom it may concern-While we regret that any delays or errors occurred during the transport, we were unable to reimburse the customer for any rental expenses, however we were able to cover the vehicle transport from CA to destination in replace of the error. The vehicle was delivered days

The person that I talked with (*** ***) we discussed that if it was not picked up on Saturday that I would not want there service and I would not be chargedYou can go to the recorded phone calls that they would have on fileThere was never a truck dispatched from the companyNo phone call was ever made to me on SaturdayNo driver ever contacted meWhere is the proof from thatCalled *** *** on Saturday after not hearing from a driver and I was told at that time that the driver was not available and it would not be picked up on SatAfter not getting a transport from them on Saturday, I told *** *** that I would not need there service and I was told that is fine and I would not be charged.They tell me that they record phone callsBring up the records and listen to the phone callsThey took money, when they shouldn't have, I was not only charged for the $but it overdrafted my account for $since I didn't know I would be charged after conversations with the rep *** ***They promise things to get you to sign up and then don't deliver and still charge you for no service.What they are offering is not acceptable and I am sure this is not the first time it happenThe min that I would accept for this settlement to be resolved is the $refunded back to my credit card.

Tell us whyTo Whom it May Concern-After reviewing the order, we have found that the order was Placed on 03/**/We assigned Customers driver the very same day: 03/**/11:AM - Customer was notified via email as soon as the driver signed off: TO: *** - Driver scheduled for
pick up as of 03/**/and Delivery Estimated for 03/**/We did not receive any telephone calls, emails, nor Registered Letters advising that the Order was cancelled, until Driver contacted Customer for pick upCustomer was emailed again on 03/**/after being advised by the Carrier Company that “No Longer Available - Another Company already picked up.” on 03/**/at 3:19PMCustomer finally reached on 03/**/at 3:36PM indicating that where he brought the car from a Broker contacted another Company inadvertentlyTherefore two transport requests were placedCustomer was charged his required Deposit of $when Order was Dispatched 03/**/Considering the Circumstances, we can offer that the Reservation Fee be used towards an alternate move, otherwise we can credit a Portion of the Reservation Fee back to the Customer of $and maintain $on file for the Cancellation.If Customer would like to obtain a Partial Credit Adjustment, he can Contact Casey Marquis between the Hours of 10AM-4PM M-F and Reference Complaint#*** or Order ID***I hope this information is helpful.Respectfully,Auto Transport here
