our calls are recorded for Quality Assurance and Training Purposes. A Contract is also signed in the Comfort of their own home, or Mobile Device with Internet Access. We do not force anyone to place orders, we provide Guaranteed Rates, and secure Reservations with Credit Card Details.Customer contacted us and advised us that his Brother had already made arrangements to transport the Vehicle - in which he did not know. Customer was assessed a one-time Cancellation Fee of $100.00.Cancellation Policy All orders must be canceled in writing and delivered by U.S. registered, or certified mail return receipt requested by Auto Transport 123. Reservations are fully refundable at any time if we do not perform our services after 10 business days. If your vehicle has been dispatched and it was cancelled, your reservation fee will be charged in full. complaint) insulted me via email and would not discuss the complaint.  Instead of taking care of the issue at hand, this woman belittled me and pretty much told me to screw off!  SERIOUSLY.. DUE TO THIS COMPANY'S NEGLIGENCE, I OR MY SON COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED!!!! So you see, that is how bad this company is. The only thing they seem to care about is money. I am seriously thinking about getting my lawyer involved. Not for the money that I paid but to hopefully keep someone else from being injured or killed by this unfit for business company. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!   I am just wondering if anyone is going to listen to my plea? It is sad these days that someone can almost kill or  injure you during a supposed civil business transaction and walk away free without consequences! On top of that, ridicule and belittle without anyone giving a damn! Very sad
