The response from from AT123 in regards to the damage to the vehicle is not why I filed the complaint. The issue of the damage is being resolved.My issue is with AT123 and not the carrier. AT123 as you can see from my complaint breached the contract I had with them to pick-up and deliver my car from Virginia to Arizona on a specific dates. I choose AT123 because they guaranteed that they could pick-up and deliver the car on those specific dates (Sales-person Adrian guaranteed the pick-up and delivery dates). I even paid a price higher for AT123 service because they guaranteed the specific dates. The contract that I have with AT123 has the dates written in it. Also, AT123 charges my card without my permission. I had allowed them to charge me $225 but without my permission AT123 charged $300. The sales people, managers, and customer service people have continued to lie and misrepresent there services to me since they charged me the $300. I have had no luck trying to deal with AT123 on my own so I ask you to please help. I was told that all AT123 employees are paid on 1099s. This is why I believe there is no accountability for the actions of the people that work at AT123. I do not want any other person to have to go through what I have had to deal with in trying to resolve these issues with AT123.
