I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The company never sent me an email containing the driver's information. I have a record of every call I made from my cell phone to the company. The first is at 10:04 to discuss pick-up, it was then that I said I need to check to be sure it is still available for pick-up. Branden assured me that he would speak to the car broker before charging my card. I did not hear back from Branden so I called and spoke to her and she told me that his company never called her. I called him back on March **, at 1:12 pm left message for him to call. No response. I called again 1;24 spoke to a woman, she said he would call me back. He did not and I called again at 2:20 was transferred to his extension was became disconnected. I called back again at 2:22 pm. If I were at fault in anyway I would have agreed to a settlement like the one proposed, but I feel that a charge was made on my card in spite of me telling him to check first. I even said I will call and get back to him, he saiod don't worry he would take care of it.

The response is only proving my case further because it is full of false truths.  First of all, I never ever mentioned to this company that I was working with another one simultaneously -- not even a hint.  Secondly, they never mentioned anything at all about needing to cancel with any other companies because we never discussed any others at any point.  Finally, a cancellation fee was never brought up in the initial phone call.  If it had, I would never have moved forward with them.  I would like a recording of the initial phone call to help validate my facts and disprove their blantant lies.
