I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:  I have responded but did not agree to the website silence they attempted to force me into in order to receive my rightful refund - see their email below last sentence added after I removed the negative review[redacted]

[redacted]  Their response is completely insincere, Not only have they lied, failed to provide any service, but in order to falsely justify taking my deposit, they provided a phoney dispatch where the supposed carrier never arrived as scheduled nor contacted me or the pickup contact to inform us of a supposed brakedown.  When I called him the day after the scheduled pickup and asked about the timeframe to get running again the carrier hung up and would no longer receive my calls.  Then after requesting from AT123 the refund the agreement provides after 10 business days elapsed they failed to refund and when later called again indicated they didn't issue refunds.  Their agreement states "Reservations are fully refundable at any time, if we do not perform our services after 10 business days per this agreement."  Now they attempt to mandate my silence, (see their email below) in order to receive the refund I am entitled to.  I did respond to this by removing the initial (honest) negative review in question as I agreed in the phone conversation mentioned, but then they added the clause I did not agree to in that phone conversation "respond back that you will not post anymore negative feed on any website ...." This I did not agree to and therefore they have withheld my rightful refund.  Further they attempted with additional calls to persuade me to agree to their demands.  When I reposted a negative review on the "Transport" website, that they obviously manipulate, they attempted to keep it down by refuting that I was ever a customer of theirs.  The "Transport" website found in my favor and reposted my lonely negative review.  But how many people will go to this trouble and why should they have to?  This company works hard to present a false positive image.  In reality they lie to get business, frequently don't produce results, treat customers horribly, blame them for misunderstanding, cheat people with phoney dispatches, then attempt to deny rightful refunds.  Apparently this is their pattern and it must be profitable, but the owners of AT123 deserve to be permanently shut down under any name.  And I still don't have my rightful refund?

The company was contacted for a partial refund on 9/**.The sales representative texted that the delivery dates would be set in stone if it was booked by a certain date.  It was booked but the delivery dates fluctuated as previously described.  Via phone conversation on August **, the original order was requested to be cancelled and the customer service agent notified of the $100 fee.  It was not cancelled as requested. In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

I have never received an email or any other response from either AT 123 or CFR Auto Direct.  I think its unrcontionable that this big companies are stonewalling me when they advertise that their carriers are fully insured.  I'm very unhappy about the dent, but I also understand that accidents happen, what I can not accept is this not being dealt with by the companies who were in possession of my car when it happened.  Take responsibility and make this right.  File the claim from your insurance carrier and have my car fixed.  I would imagine if anyone who is reading this was in my situation you would expect nothing less.

I explicitly mentioned that the representative from Auto Transport 123 have mis-guided during the 10-15 minute phone call while pursuing to book with them and to sign and give CC information. He assures me that there won't be any charge for cancelling before 5 business days before the pickup date. And now when I am cancelling me they are showing me agreement but they are not ready to release the phone conversation that they claimed to have in which there representative that they hired essentially lied. I am highly skeptical about such business practices. Not an honest business, I should have read and listen to their reviews online before doing any business with them.

I just want to add that even though I accept the partial refund, I am still dissatisfied with Auto transport123's service and sales department. I realized I signed the contract, but if I had known that there was a chance that the car wouldn't be picked up in the 4 day window promised to me from the sales department, I would have never contracted with this company. I stressed the importance of this pick up time frame and was assured it would be picked up then. I had no choice but to cancel on day 4 of the window when I could not get any answer from them as to when the car would be picked up. They said this was out of their control, but then they should not promise a 4 day window for pick-up time. There are a lot of similar complaints about this company on the Revdex.com site and something should be done to better serve their customers.

Delivered 7/**/2017 - Customer's Credit Card Charged Required Reservation Fee: $325.00 and Amount Due on Delivery of $900.00 Total Transport Cost $**25.00 - Transport was coming from Brooklyn,  New York 1**03 to Santa Clara,  California 95054 we are unsure if customer was maybe confused with pick up window of 72 business hours, but it is physically impossible to get from NY to CA in three days.
