The vehicle in question was purchased from our dealership on June 20th with 23,on the odometer. At the time of purchase the Navigator showed a clean Carfax history report, showing no accidents, and continues to show a clean report to this day. We purchase pre-owned vehicles at auction, take them in on trade from our customers, or purchase them out right from customers that are looking to sell their cars. Unless an accident happened while we were in possession of a vehicle, it is impossible to know a vehicle's history 100%. The Navigator passed all of our stringent safety checks, as well as the Pennsylvania state inspection and emissions protocol, so there was no reason to doubt the quality of the vehicle at time of purchase. We do recondition all of the vehicles that we sell on our pre-owned lot and this reconditioning includes paintwork where necessary. This doesn't imply an accident but rather reflects the consumer wanting a pre-owned vehicle that looks as new as possible.It is unfortunate that the customer has had issues with her headlights but Ford has approved the warranty claim and they will be fixed. With the running board Ford has declined that particular claim on the basis of excessive use. That is their right under the customer's warranty and it is impossible to pinpoint an exact moment in time when the damage occurred. We take every precaution possible when handling a customer's vehicle and any damage by our staff is reported immediately to management. The Navigator was purchased with 23,miles and returned with approximately 35,miles for an alignment. During the course of 11,miles of travel in less than months there are several things that could have lead to the vehicle being misaligned but we still took care of the vehicle for the customer as a courtesy. Ultimately, every effort has been made to satisfy the customer with her purchase but there is no reason to suspect that a covered up accident has been the source of all of her issues. With a current clean Carfax history report any loss of value the customer would incur if she should chose to sell her Navigator would be from the 11,miles she put on the vehicle, not from any accident or service related issue.Frank D***General Sales Manager Woltz & Wind Ford*** ***

The business never showed me proof of the original order or discussed any information on why I was charged and sent to a collection agency without ever contacting me They sent me a generic email after I paid the collection company stating that to prevent additional fees I should return by textbooks on time with the new due date of 12/*/on a book that was clearly already returned I never got any response from the multiple emails to customer service regarding my phone call, being hung up on by customer service, and in whole how the entire issue was handled.
