I contacted Moleskine the maker of this product within 14 days, and they replaced the pen only to have it break once again within 2 weeks. I had been dealing with Moleskine since they were the maker of this product, only to learn after the fact that a full refund could only be granted through B&N. All of the dates, and correspondences are dated on the original file, and I can easily box up the items and return them for a refund as this product is defective - I don't think this technology was ready for the marketplace as it doesn't work as described.

Barnes & Noble, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality merchandise and we sincerely apologize for the damaged items [redacted] received in his orders.    Upon receipt of [redacted] complaint, we immediately processed replacements for the damaged items.  We show that the replacements were shipped on September **, 2017 via Lasership tracking #s [redacted] and [redacted]  According to the online tracking information, the deliveries were completed on September **, 2017.   We have reached out to [redacted] and offered our apologies for the poor customer service described in his complaint.  Unfortunately, we were not able to locate any contacts from [redacted] to our customer service department and therefore we are unable to address those issues.    To facilitate the return of the damaged items, we have emailed [redacted] a prepaid merchandise return and have further explained that as a courtesy, we will refund the items upon receipt of the returns.  [redacted] was satisfied with our resolution.   If [redacted] requires any further assistance, he may contact me directly at ###-###-#### M - F 9am – 5:30pm EST.  Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any further questions or concerns.   Respectfully,     Cavellene L[redacted] Sr. Consumer Affairs Advocate Barnes & Noble [redacted]

I wasn't sure how to add more information to my complaint. The business insured my fiancée yesterday evening when he went inside to inform them of the new noise being made by the door on the driver's side (back seat; noticed as I was helping my 5 year old daughter into the car) that they would email...

me the documents that were requested. These documents were to include what was found wrong with my vehicle for both the running board and the headlights during the technicians diagnostic testing. The technician said the running board was bent from excessive force. I wanted to see this documentation. I wanted to know what caused the spider cracks on my headlights. I have not received an email from this business. They also did not return phone calls regarding my concerns that my door was now making, a sound that it hadn't been making prior to taking the vehicle to the business. At this point, I believe any documentation they would provide would be skewed unless time stamped. I've never known of a business not to provide papers regarding a vehicle that was brought in for servicing. If I don't see one dime from this business, I would hope at least the public would be aware of the situation and not lose money like I did. This has caused unnecessary financial stress. Sent from Outlook
