But the business never contacted me I was in contact with someone, if I remember accurately she is located in New Jersey, who was very responsible and sincere and who did credit the charge because of my inconvenience, aggravation, and upset She was efficient, understanding, and caring But she could not respond to my several questions, and the business never contacted me to respond to my many questions It as though the business viewed my questions and concerns as unimportant, which is wrong This all had taken up a tremendous lot of my time, and I remember that I was terribly upset and worried I know I was very upset and worried since there was a deadline for the gift to arrive, as it was for a special birthday The woman in New Jersey, who credited the charge, did understand and that is why she credited the charges I also believe that I had suggested an improvement and a change in how Barnes & Noble notifies its customers about a forthcoming shipment In any case I never heard from Barnes & Noble -which is rude- about my questions, my concerns, my suggestion for an improvement and change Perhaps Barnes & Noble view that my having been provided the credit was adequate enough? Enough time now has passed so that this has faded into the background, for life keeps moving on But I do remember that it took up much too much time and that I was very worried If not for the woman in New Jersey I probably would have been even more concerned and worried than I was She was responsible, concerned and caring I do not view that any of the other people with whom I had contact with at Barnes & Noble were responsible And it is not at all responsible the failure of Barnes & Noble to respond to my complaint with you

I called and spoke to a supervisor about my problem(This was after I called customer service and was
"disconnected")I then called back and just asked to speak to a supervisorHe said he understood my frustration and complaint but they will not give me a refund

***In response to *** ***'s complaint, he was here on 11/30/and did agree to purchase a truck for $a month for months. He went outside and had an argument with his wife on his phone for approximately an hour while the salesman was getting the
paperwork for his deal ready. The customer left and didn't tell anyone that he was leavingWe just assumed he did not want the dealThe salesperson tried ***'s cell phone a few times that evening with no answerWe were very aggressive trying to put a deal together because it was the last day of the month, and we needed one more deal to meet a quota for sales. We discounted the truck, gave more money for the customer's trade then we necessarily thought it was worth, and agreed to make minor repairs to the truck he was purchasing that we wouldn't normally makeThe customer was informed that this was an end of the month deal, which was why we could do the $payment in the first place. He chose to leave after agreeing to purchase without giving proper notice. When the customer called back the next day, we informed him again of the reasons for not completing the agreed upon sale. He apologized for leaving, and said that he was tired of arguing with his wife, but it was fine and hung up the phone on the salesmen. I have attached the requested documentsAs to how something is considered warrantable, Lincoln/ Ford supplies us with a policy and procedure manual that gives us guide lines of what is covered and what is notAny type of physical damage is not covered under the manufacture defect warrantyAs to some items Lincoln/ Ford will request us to take pictures and submit for prior approval. So in the case with the head lamps I looked to verify there was no visual damage from an outside source. When none was found I took pictures and submitted to Lincoln/ FordI have attached a copy of the correspondence I had with Lincoln/FordI have put a couple asterisks beside there reason for coverageThe head lights have been ordered and the only reason they were not installed during your last visit, one of the head lights were on back order. The part has been released and we now have bothAs to the noise when opening the door I am guessing that you may have come in after hours to pick upIn that case there would have been no one here to take care of that concernWhen you make the appointment to have the head lamps installed we can take a look and see what is going on with that

several supervisors, I finally reached one who sent an investigation to the receiving warehouse where the book was found- which is what I believed had happened all along. Sincerely,[redacted]
