I have talked to Mr*** at the beginning of AugustTold him we have no record of his emailI have checked all of our systems and have no such address.I informed Mr*** to forward any emails he received to me so I can research their origin. Mr*** has yet to send these

Revdex.com:At this time, my complaint, ID *** regarding Barnesandnoble.com has been resolved. Barnes and Noble never contacted me. However, the shipping company did contact me and delivered the appropriate product. It was to be shipped priority delivery, but took
nearly two weeks before it was delivered to me. I am still not extremely satisfied with the process and the quality of the service that was provided, but I did receive the product I ordered. In that respect the complaint has been resolved. However the main issue of the complaint was the service provided and Barnes and Nobles refusal to take responsibility for contacting the shipping company to correct the order. They must have contacted them after this complaint, because I heard from the shipping company less than one hour from the time I received confirmation that the complaint had been filed. Since I had not contacted them, then B&N or the Revdex.com had to have instigated the contact with the shipper.

They are now willing to issue credit for the difference on the pre-ordered books, but I will need to check
the price on their website, verify price change, and then contact them in order to receive a credit I then must follow up to be sure credit was issued This is very time-consuming on my end I have stopped pre-ordering ebooks, but I still have ebooks that I have pre-ordered and will no doubt have to contact Barnes & Noble about

sales tax to residents of Delaware, which is a sales tax free state. My complaint number was ***. The Department of Finance with the State of Delaware was also working with Barnes and Noble to resolve this issue. I received notification from the Department of Finance that they were able to get Barnes and Noble to correct this sales tax issue. So, I would like to withdraw my complaint since it has been resolved. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me
