email saying they are processing the refunds to my credit card and those charges should appear on my account in 2 to 5 business days.  Thank you for your help.  I do not believe this would have been resolved without your intervention because they were just refusing to deal with the problem.

We reviewed the complaint submitted by [redacted].   We sincerely regret the inconvenience [redacted] has experienced with unsolicited emails from Barnes & Noble.  We have completed a universal opt out of [redacted]’s email address so that he will be unsubscribed from...
