Review: After visiting a reputable home decorating app, I was redirected to Bathkitchendecor to purchase a lamp. After processing my order on 9/*/2014, my credit was charged and I received an email confirming my purchase. I was advised via email the delivery would depend on the lead time from the manufacturer (2 weeks). As it was the beginning of October (a month after placing my order) and I had not received my product I began emailing [redacted] and [redacted] on a daily basis with no response back EVER! I contacted the phone number on the website and they simply advise you to visit the site and then the call ends. It is impossible to speak to a living human being in this company. I also contacted the manufacturer directly and they advised they had plenty of lamps in stock and they could not understand why I had not received my product. Unfortunately they only sell B2B and they could not provide more information. After a month and a half of being without my product and my money taken, I called my credit card provider and issued a complaint as this company is clearly running a scam and stealing the consumer's money. Thankfully the credit card company refunded my money. I would advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to NEVER EVER EVER buy anything from them. They clearly cannot deliver on customer service and they are only interested in taking your money and never giving you a response on your product.

Review: On June **, I paid this company $570.30 for a lamp. To date, and after repeatedly telling me it was on it's way, it has not shown up. They now don't answer my emails and they won't respond to my request to have my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like a prompt refund.

Review: I purchased three Emerson CF955BS Midway Eco Brushed Steel ceiling fans from Bath Kitchen Decor on 8/**/2014, and $1284.50 was processed onto my credit card 8/**/2014. Shipping from the supplier was estimated at two weeks. It has now been two months (10/**/2014) and I have not received notice of shipping. I have contacted them via email ([redacted]) three times with no reply and have attempted to telephone them at both of their telephone numbers. The ###-###-#### is simply a looped tape saying to use the website to contact via email. The ###-###-#### is now answered by a recording that says the number is no longer being answered. Therefore, I am left to assume the business is not providing customer service if it is actually in business. The original purchase was Order Number:: [redacted]. The billing to my credit card shows a transaction from BATH KITCHEN DECOR ###-###-#### NY with a date of 08/**/14. I can provide the transaction number upon request.Desired Settlement: Refund in full immediately.

My credit card company has provisionally refunded the disputed amount, but the company has not contacted me further and has not refunded the purchase price to my knowledge.

Review: I ordered a product on 8/*/2014. It's been over a month and I still haven't received it, nor any confirmation that it has been sent. Only once did they say it was being processed but there is no tracking number still. And I have sent numerous emails since but there is no response. This is a ridiculous company and makes you wonder if it is a scam the way they don't respond. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from this company as it will only lead to the headache of waiting for your product, if it ever comes. We accidentally ordered again from them this time when we found our item online as we forgot the name of the company, because we had the same issues once before with them. But, now I am writing their name down so not to have to go through this again! Even when we finally got a hold of someone by phone (last time) they say it is being processed but weeks go by and it's still never shipped. I am trying to avoid having to deal with them by phone again, as it doesn't go anywhere. My biggest issue is that they accept and process your payment immediately but weeks and months go by before they send the item. Sure, makes you feel like it's a scam.Desired Settlement: We wish to receive a confirmation with tracking number that it has been sent and not just sitting in a warehouse (like last time). If not, then we want a full refund of our purchase.

Review: Hi,

I've had the worst customer experience thus far. I placed an order over a month ago and immediately (minutes later) called your customer service to inquire about a delivery date. Getting this mirror is essential to our bathroom remodel, and work has been halted because we do not have it. They assured me it would be in my hands within two weeks (Feb [redacted]deadline). Throughout the previous month, I've reached out through e-mails and phone calls only to find out my delivery date keeps getting pushed back two more weeks every time I call. I've been on hold multiple times for hours (over an hour on hold today). The only explanation for the delay was the following:

“Its on a large shipment from Currey. We place Currey orders once every 1 - 2 weeks of all the items we have ready to order for them. It will take a day or two for us to break it down into individual customers and have them shipped. I apologize for the inconvenience, We are trying to get this out to you ASAP.”

As a reminder, I placed my order over 5 weeks ago. That is not a valid explanation. I was assured by [redacted] that I would receive the tracking update VIA email by last week, but have not received anything.Desired Settlement: I will order the same item from someone who can deliver. This company is a scam.

Review: I placed an order with BathKitchenDecor on October [redacted] for two Robert Abbey pendant lights totaling $663.80. On October *, I was informed that the lights were on backorder until the end of the month. I agreed to proceed with the order and was told I would not be charged until the lights were available to ship. On October [redacted] BathKitchenDecor charged my account for the total amount of my order, but I did not receive tracking information as promised. On November [redacted] I contacted the company to inquire about the status of my order and was told it was on backorder until the end of October. I reminded them that it was now November. They told me they would process the order. On November [redacted] I contacted the company again to inquire as to the status of the order. They informed me the pendants were on backorder until the end of October, and that an order had not been placed for my pendants. Again, I reminded them that it was now November *, and could they please place the order. I asked for confirmation in writing that BathKitchenDecor had placed the order and was told this was not possible. I was told that my pendants *should* be in the warehouse in about a week and a half. It has now been three weeks since BathKitchenDecor took my money with no confirmation that I will ever receive the pendants I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive written confirmation that my order has been placed with the manufacturer ([redacted]), along with a tracking number for my delivery. I would like delivery ASAP.
